Yesterday I checked and http://prntscr.com/njvpjz this option was set to mobile. I changed it to the mobile + amp. Now I have changed it just amp.
It is still not working 🙁
What else can we do.
Update: We also thought that maybe WP-rocket is the issue, however we disabled that and checked, the AMP is still not working on any page.
Update 2: We removed the amp plugin that Tagdiv recommends. Installed AMP for WP – Accelerated Mobile Pages. Set it up.
And amp has started to work.

Then the demo homepage will be imported and you can edit it with the composer, and configure the elements in it to show the posts you want

Also replace the other demo elements with your own (logo, menus etc).

Updating via FTP also leads to the same error. I think you guys have updated the Theme but not the Mobile Theme Plugin appropriately or there is some kind of configuration mismatch.
When I install the mobile theme plugin (which is given in the same theme package) it disabled automatically and also prompting the error in my WP Dashboard like as I already shown you above in the screenshot.
That’s Why I am reporting you? I think it has some kind of Configuration Mismatch.
I have also purchased the Newsmag theme (Current version is 4.8) from you guys which is currently installed in one of my other site. There also the problem associated with Mobile theme. It doesn’t work with theme (amp pages not generates there).
I do not have any problem for now, because in both of my site I am using one of the earlier version of both the theme and it is working fine. However, At some point I have to update it and that’s why I’m reporting you.

The message you get is quite common with WordPress. In most cases it can be easily fixed.

In that case the max upload size was limited, increasing it solved the problem. Usually this is the main cause.
Check this guide carefully and make modifications if needed

If everything is set properly there should be no problem. Contact your hosting provider if needed and ask them to make changes as the guide suggests.
You can also install the theme by FTP, that is not difficult to do and it’s very useful to know how to use FTP. If our guide is not detailed enough check some more online

I keep getting this error on larger images when tagdiv composer is enabled. My memory limit is set to 256mb/request and everything in the system status looks fine:

thanks for the advise. But the guide does not help to solve this issue. I followed exactly the steps mentioned in the guide. However, the upload process of the zip file does only end with an automatically triggered download of a php file and not in the notification “successfully installed”. Therefore I’m not able to activate and use the theme. The last update before this was successfully installed without any problems.

I tried it all: reinstalled the theme by ftp, set the memory limit to 256, entered the code in the htaccess (but some doubt about where to put it exactly in the file). But nothing helps. Would be good if you could take a look.
But isn’t there a secure way instead of plain mail to provide you with the login?

Remove or replace the image found there. It is an image set by the demo that is installed, seems there is a 404 on it. This could potentially delay the loading of the page. Please do this and check again.

Notice that the Speed Booster is an optional plugin and if you are using another untested plugin with the theme, this plugin will be automatically disabled. The speed booster is an optional plugin and it is tested only with these plugins – http://screencast.com/t/hcjLnOqh4i2 and if you use other plugins it will be automatically disabled. A lot of people install the plugin without knowing what it does and after that, they add many plugins and some of them are not written fine so the developer took this decision. I have installed Newspaper 9.7.2 theme and activated all the plugins it ask me to do.
However, I got an error displaying Mobile Theme not supported by current Active Theme.
Let me tell you the Mobile theme version that is installed is 1.2.
I got this error back from Newspaper 9.7 update. Therefore, rolled back my site again to version 9.6.1.
And of course, I have updated the theme by following all the guidelines provided by you.

I suppose that you are referring to the appearance of a flash/time loading when you enter on your website, right? This behavior appears when you have additional customization through custom CSS code. Please notice that the CSS is working in cascade and the first time will take the code from style.css that is set it by default and then the theme will take the custom code that you have changed from the Theme panel and practically this flash is generated by this cause. As a workaround, you have to check your style.css and try to add directly to this file your desired custom code. So, if your problem is still there, please try to revert the theme to the default settings, without any customizations and let us know how it goes. Also, you can try to make a new install with the latest version of the theme and check the results. Also, please make sure every time you cleared caches. Noticed that the only files where you will have to edit are style.css. Also, please update the theme to the latest version of it. Please not that our demos are build with tagDiv Composer, also some of them like iGossip, Gaming need tagDiv Cloud Library , so in order to make them to work you’ll need to have tagDiv Composer activate, also if the demo use cloud templates you need to have tagDiv Cloud library activate too;

The 9.7 contained some issues, most of which are now fixed in 9.7.2. You can update directly to this version, this would be best.
However if there are problems maybe you could take your time and first test this update in a sub-domain or local install containing a copy of the website, instead of the live website.
The 9.7 update was a major update, there were modifications to the theme structure, many theme files were moved in the tagDiv composer plugin. This plugin has to be active at all times in order to maintain the same functionality as before.
There could be various issues that cause an issue like you mention, a child theme, a plugin maybe, custom code or theme modifications. Let me know if you have more questions.

You can set it normally, the theme can be activated for testing as well as for the live website – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-6-how-to-activate-the-theme/
Some features like the cloud library will not work when the theme is not activated, so you can activate it.
It could deactivate when demos are uninstalled, but other than this only manually could the key be removed, with the reset button. If it doesn’t remain active, maybe it is something wrong with the database where you are testing, or maybe plugin interference.
