It seems you are installing both td-composer and js_composer. They are 2 very different plugins. The td_composer is the tagdiv composer and js-composer is visual composer by wpbakery
Please do not use both at the same time. Only install 1 or the other.
If the issue is still present please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and ftp access so we can login and investigate.

I could not say if it will work or not. We have not made any tests between the theme and such plugins. You could install it and configure it, then make tests with it. Check if everything works properly.

This could be a caching issue, please clear any caching installed. Check with the hosting provider there might be a server side cache as well.

Please check after making the changes in the theme panel, if the modifications are saved. Refresh the theme panel and see if the settings are remembered. Every customization should be displayed on the website after saving. These are the all the category settings

Take a look at the theme system status and make modifications to these parameters if needed

You could ask your hosting to make them for you if needed. Then try again to save your settings in the theme panel, check if it works properly. Also clear any caching installed.

The regeneration process will recreate all the necessary thumbnails needed for the theme modules. If you have regenerated the thumbnails and there is still a problem, please take note that the GD library is required to be installed on the server

You could check with the hosting provider if it is installed. Then there should be no problem with the thumbnails.

I have inspected the website, it seems the mobile theme plugin is installed. The live theme demo does not have the mobile theme plugin active. If you want the website to display the same, deactivate the mobile plugin.
This mobile theme plugin is not required, so you can simply deactivate it.

It’s strange! Try to disable all of your untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, you should make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case and check the results! Each demo has custom design, this is one of the design choices for this demo. Along with module comments, post views in the post page and comment count in the post page. If you want to display the author name, you will have to remove this code in the demo stylesheet

Remove just the author name from the code if that is the only meta you want to display.

The FTP method is the most recommended in this matter.
The theme activation is a one time action, you don’t have to activate the theme again

The activation key will be stored in the database after the theme is activated.
The tagDiv composer plugin is a required plugin and will automatically be installed and activated when the theme is installed or updated (starting with version 8 of the theme)

Both tagDiv composer and Visual composer are provided in the theme package. If you want to use Visual composer for your pages, deactivate the tagDiv composer.
You do not have to activate Visual composer, simply disregard the messages
