Chances are the issue is related to your main website, MySQL database, plugins, etc. You will have to speak to the creator of the software or check their forum’s to find out the best possible ways of site optimising.
Hey, i don’t know why, but Newspaper theme heavy load my server. Without caching pages load for 5 – 20 seconds at https://zag-s.ru
htop stats – https://imgur.com/KtlrHDu
wp settings – https://imgur.com/dXkCsoZ. Without setting WP Memory Limit to 512 – Newspaper theme won’t work.
Server info
Xeon E5645 – 1 core 2ghz
2gb RAM, 25gb SSD
Any advice how to improve page speed loading?
Copy-pasting Calin’s reply from an earlier topic:
Usually the “Invalid reply from server endpoint error” is caused by insufficient WP_Memory_limit.
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Also please notice that we do not recommend to use WP Bakery with tagDiv Cloud Library, if you want to use cloud templates, please deactivate it.
The other scenario could be of a plugin conflict. I disabled all plugins apart from “Tested Plugins”, by the way, tested plugins can be found in Newspaper->Plugins(https://www.yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=td_theme_support). I tried enabling Untested Plugins one by one and then checking the Cloud Templates->Add New(https://prnt.sc/q4li14). By this testing, I could find the plugin which caused this error. Now the culprit untested plugin was not a new install, but after the recent updates to it, this “Invalid reply from server endpoint error” started throwing up in Cloud Templates. So, that’s how I solved it.
Hello Vlad,
Problem solved. Had to increase the php.ini memory limit.
Thank you,
Nik
Hi,
Also please do not share your private credentials on forum.
Usually the “Invalid reply from server endpoint error” is caused by insufficient WP_Memory_limit, I’ve set it to 256M, now it should work -> https://i.imgur.com/Hjpd1Qk.png

Thank you for your understanding!
i keep getting this error whenever I try to install a template: Error at zones: 5(models) : 4(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue.
And the import process just hangs.. like the screenshot shows.. I checked the requirements and have the memory, etc… ”What am I doing wrong??
Hi,
I checked the system requirements and all are green except for the caching plugin since my host already. Would I also need to add WP Super Cache?
I’ve been working with WP Engine support and they’re saying its a memory issue with the td composer and cloud library. I’ll try to add WP Super Cache and see if that does anything.
Please see notes from WP Engine below:
Ash C: After gathering a little more information, it looks like the tagDiv Cloud Library, Composer, and Social counter look to be causing the issue. They are causing these phpfatal errors every time we test the site. It looks like it is in fact memory related. Your memory is set to it maximum and the error is still occurring. At this point, I would suggest reaching out to the plugin developer to see if they can optimize the plugin to utilize less memory
Winton Wedderburn: OK. Is there a way that I can explain it so they can understand exactly what you all found? I’m just afraid I’ll be bounced around here…
Ash C: Sure thing one moment
Ash C: I would provide them with this content and inform them that we’ve set your memory max to 512MB:

Hello !
This seems to be directly hosting issue, as you can see most of the website loaded from my cache memory and it still took 5 seconds to load: https://www.screencast.com/t/Kqsse9KU
We suggest you to contact your host regarding this matter.
Thank you !

Hi,
Usually the “Invalid reply from server endpoint error” is caused by insufficient WP_Memory_limit.

Hi, when I update posts, I get this error:
Updating failed. Error message: The response is not a valid JSON response.
I’ve deactivated all plugins except tagDiv ones. This is my php configuration:
PHP Version: 7.1.33
memory_limit 256

max_input_time 300
post_max_size 256M

I’m getting a critical error message and the have to refresh to get a page to load. In the error log it list a PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 104857600 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1069056 bytes), but the PHP memory is set to 256MB in wp-config.php file. I’m hosting with WP Engine and they said it might be an issue with the Tag Div Editor.
I purchase a newspaper theme in the previous month and install in my site techwisdom.in
And since then the problem started and my sites show out of memory problems. I increase my PHP and WordPress memory but the problem did not solve and my site often down and does not open by visitors and showing a critical error. I try to deactivate all plugins and find the td-composer causes of these errors. Now in last week, I update my theme into new version 10.2 and update all plugins and then TD-composer broke my site and it’s not allowing the dashboard and

We are having trouble with the TD composer freezing and running extremely slowly, despite having increased the memory allowance.

This “Invalid reply from server endpoint error” is really frustrating, and very recently I started facing it. I solved it myself and hence I thought to write a post so that all Newspaper theme users looking on how to solve this “Invalid reply from server endpoint error”, can rectify on their own. It is pretty simple, usually the “Invalid reply from server endpoint error” is caused by insufficient WP_Memory_limit. But in my case, it was a plugin conflict.
Here is the error as it is after debugging:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in /wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_util.php on line 1674
Why this error?
