Hello. We face this when try to edit the single post template, it only works with one post which is this: https://test.birgun.net/secimler-yaklasirken-yine-o-soru-ekmegi-nasil-bolusecegiz.html
Also, when i try to enter Cloud Templates panel on admin bar, i get this error:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 2147483648 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 69632 bytes) in /var/www/html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3743

Could be caused by insufficient resources, may get worse in this case. There is a theme requirements guide that you could check

Those would be the recommended values for some server and WordPress parameters. The WP-memory can be set higher if possible. For most websites 256M would be enough.

First please check the Requirements for Newspaper and make sure that you have configure them correctly ( like in the guide ).
Most of time this is happening because the wp_memory_limit is too low.

The same thing is happening on my end. I increased the WP memory and max input to 5000, and they still deactivate on their own.

Please make show that you have the last version of theme, and the tagDiv Composer updated and activate, check to have the last version of tagDiv Cloud Library activate.
Also make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully

Thanks for your answer. I received error “One of the images failed to upload” when I want to load some of templates. Interesting fact is that I can load smaller templates but it’s impossible with bigger one.
I increased the WP_MEMORY_LIMIT to 512M

What problem are you facing?, please provide some more details, or some screenshots with the problem.
Please make sure that you have TagDiv Composer activate, also you can try to increase the WP_MEMORY_LIMIT to 512M
Also can be a plugin conflict, you can try to deactivate all plugins that are no theme, and try again.

I increased the WP Memory Limit to 300 MB/request and max_input_vars to 5000 as you recommended in another post. Will let you know if the problem goes away.

Maybe the recommended values in the requirements guide are still not enough, that could be the problem. In some previous similar cases this was resolved by increasing the WP-memory and max_input_vars to a higher value.

If needed the hosting provider should be able to increase the values of the parameters mentioned there.

You could also try to install them theme by FTP if possible, as an alternative to installing by WordPress

Nevermind fixed it. I turned on PHP debugger and it was ’cause I needed to increase PHP memory limit.

I got my site – http://www.pcguide.lk and the theme is doing an excellent job giving it a pro look & feel. but the thing is when ever i write a post & upload images (for cover or as media) this error occurs and prevents me from doing anything for a few minutes. “wordpress connection lost. saving has been disabled until you’re reconnected”
My server config is a moderate one. 1GB RAM but i have increased the memory limit to 64 via php ini.
also my other site which does not have this theme but runs in an identical hosting package does not have this issue. any solutions?

In some cases 500 errors were solved by increasing the WP memory, for most users 256M would be enough.

The Social Counter widget has a couple of issues,
The FaceBook like count is zero, but we have over 22,000 followers on FB!
I am using just our page ID, rvtravelnewsletter and I’ve even tried to use the whole URL as well as just adding in the slashes before and after the FB username. Still, zed likes show up in our footer.
Also – in the instructions for YouTube it says to put user/ in front the actual user name. This is incorrect. I just put in our YouTube user name “rvtravel” and the likes showed right up.
Any guidance you can offer on the FaceBook likes would be appreciated.

In your solution above I tried it and it did not work for me, I copied the code from loop-single-1 into loop single 13 but that broke the loop single 13 template. I do not want to overwrite single-1 as it is my core template for posts.

WP-memory can be set higher if possible, for most users a value of 256M would be enough.
Check the values in the theme system status panel, if needed increase them by the methods provided in the guide. Or contact your hosting provider to do it for you, they should be able to do that. Chances are this will solve the problem, let us know the results.

Please read the Requirements for Newspaper, is possible to need to incise some values like WP Memory Limit.
Also please clear all cache and fore refresh your website.
In order to move the reviews at the top without cloud library you need to edit the post template you have set on posts.
