Hi, II purchased your theme through ThemeForest but it has issues – This warning appears on the header for desktop and mobile as soon as I tried replacing with my own logo.
Warning: getimagesize(website name.png): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden in /plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/header/tdb_header_logo.php on line 782
I can see many people have been complaining about the same issue since October 2018.
How do I fix? My host has said its template conflicting with a required plugin (td-cloud-libray)

The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor.
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

If you are not using the mobile theme plugin then you should be able to force the ads for the mobile header from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/3JCqZMr.png if you are using the mobile theme plugin, then you can set that mobile add in theme panel> mobile theme > mobile ads> header ad -> https://i.imgur.com/dWeGmf1.png

Please notice that the amp version can be seen only by the visitors that are using a mobile device ( AMP -> Accelerated Mobile Pages), using the “/?amp” at the end of url is only to see how it will look the amp version ( it is just for test ), also on amp you’ll not longer have a sidebar, only the main page content.

The custom cloud library header and navbar are not displaying properly on my website https://lucascharnyai.com/.
I’m having the following issues:
1 – The mobile navbar menu button is not working. When using the default template or the custom cloud header, the website content just zoom out a little and become not clickable or sometimes it makes all the page elements disappear except for the footer. 2 – The sticky navbar is not appearing with the default header and the custom header. I have set the navbar to be sticky in the theme panel and in the tagdiv composer for the custom header. But it doesn’t work on desktop and mobile. The sticky navbar appears normally only when editing the header on the tagdiv composer.
3 – There is a display issue with the custom cloud library headers (I’m using the edited template 11 for the homepage and template 2 for the rest): the menu itens, the submenus and the background header image I have set are hidden. 4 – There is a display issue with the sharing buttons on blog posts: they have no opacity. That’s it. I have tried deactivating all plugins (only left the tagdiv composer, cloud library and standard pack activated), cleared the cache, but nothing worked. I don’t know if it’s relevant, but I have installed the Newspaper theme for the first time using the current version. I previously was using the old ionMag free theme.

Hi I am trying to activate the mobile theme on my site http://www.dailydream360.com. The featured images do not appear in either the list or the grid formats. I’m not sure which thumb modules I need to activate if any.
Could you take a look at my website? I activated the tagDiv Mobile Theme and the Official AMP for WP but when I click on the link to check to see at Google if my website is AMP capable is says there is no AMP on the website.
Also, I have looked all over the theme panel and can not find where to turn off the top bar!

I am following the recommended cache plugin and Cloudflare setting. However, my Instagram embeds keep breaking after a few days for default desktop and mobile theme. For AMP pages, though, the embeds remain intact. This appears to be a caching issue. Please, how do I resolve this?

Also please note that for the mobile versions there is available the Mobile Theme plugin which mean a smaller version of Newspaper theme with almost no modifications available. On the pages you disable the Mobile theme you will have to edit the responsive page in order to have the same layout. You will have to select the mobile Viewport and start customizing your mobile layout. This will affect only the mobile view: https://www.screencast.com/t/QjfltxaJSopt

I think that the mobile version is look like that because you have the mobile theme plugin that provide you a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)

1. If I’m right you have set on the post the post template 4 and you have activate the mobile theme plugin, this have a different layout, if you want to have the one from post style 4 you can disable the mobile theme plugin, indeed you can use custom css to achieve the similar, but you need to customize a lots of elements and this is not quite indicate.
2. You can try to regenerate the thumbs, please check our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
3. Unfortunately we did not tested the aps-product plugin and therefore, we cannot say for sure if it will work or not as expected with our theme, sorry! Also, we cannot provide support for untested plugins, all I can do is to take a look to the problem and make some suggestions, but for this I need a link to inspect the problem.
