Hello Raveess,
Unfortunately, please notice that the menu on mobile is too different than the desktop, sorry! The theme does not have any such an option that allows you to display the mobile menu like the desktop menu, sorry! If you want to display something like this, you should recreate the code the entire mobile menu, task which is not easy and which involves doing such custom work. Notice that we cannot provide custom services at the moment and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
You could modify the code, a specific setting for that does not exist. Similar topic here

Hello,
I’m doing some tests because I want to change my home page, however, it doesn’t always work the way I want it to:
I inserted HTML code and made a small menu (to facilitate on mobile devices).
url: encantadordeperros.com
https://fotos.subefotos.com/b4a80a50c4dfcd469c8d82a8f82453dao.jpg
How can I reduce the white space shown in the photo?
Is it possible to make this html code (menu) only be visible on mobile devices and not on pc / desktop?
Second question
I really liked this, so I decided to use it on my second website, but…. something is wrong. I have inserted exactly the same HTML code, but in this website, the menu looks very bad, it gets cut, it doesn’t get complete…
What did I do wrong?

Last question
I’m inserting a “call to action”, but I can’t set button colors, the changes don’t apply, I don’t know why:

Can you help me with this 3 problems?
Cheers
Thanks for you reply.
Sorry my last question.
If i use the plugin: td-theme-mobile, I must put the google analytics code, or is taken automatically from the main theme?
Thanks
P.S for the boxed layout the solution is use a backgorund color or image, true?
Thanks Simion!
It seems to me that the problem was with the TD-Mobile plugin.
Maybe I have installed an old version. Later I will try again.
Thanks!
Hi,
I tried accessing some of your post links from your twitter page on mobile. For me the intended version is displayed
– https://www.screencast.com/t/qyMHrBwpsmn
– https://www.screencast.com/t/zLLNXfFTm
Either the default responsive version or mobile theme is installed, will be shown. AMP versions of posts can only be served by Google through Google search. I used Chrome mobile browser in my test.
Thanks
I see there sometimes is a warning displayed
– https://www.screencast.com/t/0GPJGdsjRe6
From what I find online it might be related to Chrome
– https://productforums.google.com/forum/?hl=zh-cn#!topic/dfp/nmLsuBKfoFY;context-place=forum/dfp
Not much information online however about this issue. I checked on mobile and the ads sometimes were not displayed on Chrome, while displayed every single time on Firefox. This is highly unusual.

Mobile Home: https://screenshots.firefox.com/uj2pSqkfCLWetCwM/bengaloorism.com
I want it to display four articles at the top. How do i change that?
Hello Raveess,
Try this code ->
.td-icon-mobile{
display:none!important;
}
Thanks.
On the screenshots I see that it all works. However, it really does not work on my mobile. I just use Google Chrome on my mobile, the latest version.

Hi guys,
I tried to embed some youtube links in my post. they look good on desktop but won’t load on mobile.
Any solutions?
I want to fix main menu on mobile like desktop.
I don’t want menu icon on mobile.
Can i do and how to?
Please help.
Thank you
Hi,
That is most unusual indeed. I never seen this before in relation to the mobile theme plugin. A plugin may deactivate itself if intended by the plugin author, but we did not make such a modification to it. I don’t know what could be the cause of this, also nothing concrete online.
After updating the theme update the mobile theme as well. Theme version 8.8 uses this mobile plugin
– https://www.screencast.com/t/LyYLUByWxq
Check the system status panel, see if there are enough resources

If possible please let us know if you find the cause of the problem.
Thanks
Hello,
I am playing around with the new template designs. This is a great add-on (cloud library), thank you for your effort, guys.
In fact, I have only one question: is it possible to design a single post template with a sidebar, where the sidebar content that is displayed in desktop view on the sidebar falls under the main content when viewed in tablet portrait view. That is, just as it falls under the main content block in mobile views.
My point is that e.g. on the iPad and smaller tablets the tablet portrait view becomes very crowded when the sidebar remains, well, at the sidebar 🙂 It just does not give you a clean look (like when only the article text block remains, and the sidebar is displayed UNDER the the article block).
For me the sidebar has an important function in desktop view (or tablet landscape). So I would not like to eliminate that altogether from the post templates. But it is a bit too much in tablet portrait view.
Thank you for your help,
Sz.
Hi Bogdan
Yes I understand AMP – but some WP plugins can force all mobile posts to AMP – just wanted to check that TagDiv doesn’t – have implemented and it’s great – allowed me to delete other plugins too
It looks really much better
Thank you
Hi there,
we are using Newspaper + the mobile theme. Funny thing: since the update from 8.7.4 to 8.7.5 (currently running on 8.8.) the tagDiv Mobile Theme Plugin (version 1.1) is deactivating itself randomly. We do not get any warnings or similar within wordpress, it just deactivates itself and we have to switch it on again. This could then work for minutes or hours until it deactivates itself again.
Our site has around 300k visitors a month – so we should normally see a pattern or a trigger that’s responsible for this behavior, but till now we haven’t found out.
We checked the database logs and the server logs – nothing. We also activated debugging – also nothing related to this strange behavior (just a warning we already fixed).
Any ideas what could go wrong? Did you introduce any changes to the mobile theme related to the last updates of the theme?
Server Setup: nginx, easy engine, fastcgi-cache – worked like a charm till the update from 8.7.4 to 8.7.5
Thanks
Hi,
You simply have to install and activate the AMP plugin, if you decide to use it

More information about AMP can be found online, please check here for example

Hello,
1. The alt tags were added inthe composerr code as empty alt tags. It will not grab the alt tag of the iamages on the composer elements. I have added this to our list for future updates and we will fix it in future releases.
2. Yes, it was disabled for mobile devices and can be enabled by removing the mentioned code.
3. Unfortunately with background images, you will get a responsive issue as they cannot display as a standard img tag, but rather they are added as a css backgorund-image property and that will not scale as a standard image when on narrow screens.
Thank you!
Hi,
I configured the WP Super Cache like you said in: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
But we got big problems with release time of our posts. In Browsers like Opera or Firefox the Posts are working normally but on all mobile devices the posts are released about a day later. Is the reason the new integrated AMP Plugin?
Hi,
That would be the current functionality yes, there is now method I could provide you to chnage it unfortunately. Both the default responsive version and also the mobile theme will do the same, once the menu or search is accessed and the modal is opened, the page will scroll to top. Sorry of this is an inconvenience.
I will however add this on our list of suggestions and maybe in the future a different functionality will be considered.
Thanks
Hello,
Please read the official amp docs to learn how amp works
https://www.ampproject.org/docs/
Not all mobile views will be amp. Only views coming from google on mobile.
Thanks.
Hi,
So the website is not displaying on mobile, using the mobile theme plugin and super cache. Please try as a quick test to deactivate all your other plugins, leave theme plugins and super cache active. Also clear the cache. Then test again to see if the problem is solved, which should happen. Let us know.
Thanks
Hi,
The mobile theme may not support switching menus or multi-language implementations and plugins for this. It is designed to be as simple as possible with limited functionality, for improved performance.
It is also optional, you could deactivate it and have the same usability as on desktop. That would be a solution in this case.
Thanks
Hi
I resolved it myself, one of the things that was not suggested is that the plugin may have been out of date and it was. I was not aware you needed to manually update the ship plugs.
Once I uninstalled the mobile plugin and reinstalled, it now works fine
