Please see here the sidebar ad (the one that’s on top of Latest Posts) https://www.dailyprosper.com/test/, it is disabled on mobile phones Screenshot and we are loading it there via widget sidebar module.

Now resize your screen and you still see it appear, and our lower ad unit (that is a custom unit, not disabled on phone) just disappears, even if we enabled it on the mobile screen sizes.

I built an entire website using TagDiv, but when I look at it on mobile, the page content is not showing.
How do I turn it on so it shows on mobile?

Or, do I have build mobile site totally separate???????

Hello,

I am using the tagDiv Mobile Theme Plugin for my posts.
Unfortunately the posts are not as customizable as I would like (e.g. header & footer).
For this reason I wanted to use Mobile Cloud Templates >> https://drive.google.com/file/d/1MJTe5sTmIqvAuaRqFfr7SFFG5PM6VlTw/view?usp=sharing
So far everything fits. The page looks good and I reduced the elements a lot, so there are only a few elements.

But the Pagespeed Insights result is very very bad. Have a look at the lab data:

Mobile Theme Enable >> https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Wt03kmaeJl7P-3SEgMED1BYI4ouWS-uH/view?usp=sharing
Mobile Theme Disable >> https://drive.google.com/file/d/1o8imOj1lPIgkgdX0FDmYMJpRKMZsTtuI/view?usp=sharing

How can this be? Did I do something wrong?
I have adjusted the posts so that they are exactly identical in content. Only the footer is different. And then such a big difference? 🙁

Info:
Yes, I have disabled and enabled caching and tested all possibilities. Unfortunately nothing helps.

but no logo is showed in mobile version (logo is showed in all other views).

You can see the page here: https://new.yescalabria.com/

Hello,

The cache may cause problems with unrecognized mobile theme plugins and mobile page and what version it should display.
Please try to clear also, that cache.

Thank you!

Hello,

I have indeed edited the mobile page, that is what the screenshot is showing. It is just not taking anything under the navigation. It will save, but nothing shows frontend.

Hi,

It doesn’t make a change.
Google Analytics only counts the AMP traffic.
It works when I set it again on Mobile+AMP but doesn’t work when I switch back to Mobile only.

Can you help?

Hello,

https://www.multippl.com/
You will be asked to enter credentials to login

The way the submenu is set up, it is layered over the community page which makes it hard to click on logout or in your case register/login

I am using the mobile responsive page on TD composer and made the mobile menu via the Website Manager. Please see attached – https://paste.pics/C55BB

All the best

Hello,

Do you have a mobile theme plugin enabled? if so, please disable it if you are not using it.
Also, for the filter on the block, why do you say that no filter is applied, what filter would you like to apply?
For me, that pagination on the block works fine => https://www.screencast.com/t/jGyXBomdl

Thank you!

Hi Bettina, thank you for your reply. I was able to fix it by removing the amp auto ads tag in the amp section of the mobile theme.

I so far have only two problems right now. I hope you can help point me to the right direction on how to fix them –

1. Social media icons before and after the articles in any post page doesn’t appear in mobile devices. It does appear but as invisible. You can click on them but you don’t see them.

This is the desktop version highlighting the social icons – https://imgur.com/SU4bMe3

This is the mobile version (using chrome or safari regardless of iOS or Android)
https://imgur.com/mEc1acy
https://imgur.com/AkD13rN

2. The other problem I have still got to do with the header and the footer going garbled. This happens when you click on any categories like for example – https://insideios.com/category/aapl-stock/ https://insideios.com/category/apple/homepod/ this is what appears – https://imgur.com/jo2OrgP The header and the footer is very garbled. It seems to appear erratic and sometimes it appears well so I don’t know why as the category page is only connected to one cloud template. As usual I have cleared all cache.

Appreciate it if you can point me to how I can fix both the problems. And as always, thank you for your support.

I’m sorry, I don’t understand what you’re trying to say about the menus. Can you elaborate please and show me how to make the text centre aligned for mobile and tablet devices please.

I have added the custom css to increase the spacing between icon and title along with also adding 20px padding to the menus as seen here: https://firstcardev.wpengine.com/buying/

Hello!

This issue has been discussed already here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/themes-pageviews-count-vs-ga-pageviews-count/

Please note that AMP Analytics from theme panel settings will appear only if you set up “Mobile + AMP” or just “AMP”.

Thank you!

Hello !

The Theme is wrapping my header so it dose not work on both desktop and mobile. Can you show us exactly what is happening ? Unfortunately the theme is much more complex than a hook and it will require very much custom work which unfortunately is not covered by the newspaper support team.

Thank you !

Hello,

To adjust the space betttween image and tite you need to use this custom code => https://www.screencast.com/t/rJK7nhCRLjt
.tdb_header_menu .far {
margin-right: 15px;
}

For the mobile menu, you can use a custom code CSS, or you can create two menus, add a row and in that row add an inner row, and on each inner column, you can set a mobile menu and a menu.
The code needs to be set in the Theme panel -> Custom code -> Custom CSS => https://www.screencast.com/t/fxetQe24ZHf

Thank you!

Hello!

Please make sure you use the same demo with the old captions.
Unfortunately, AMP is faster and works better only with Mobile Theme, and is not working because it is not compatible with cloud templates.

Thank you!

Hello!

This situation appear when you are using the mobile theme plugin and the cache plugin that you have does not feature options for a separate mobile theme plugin therefore do not know when to deliver the mobile version and when to deliver the desktop version.
We tested with our theme the WP Super Cache and with the settings from our guide this is working correctly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Thank you!

I am a licensed newspaper theme user. I added 1/2 + 1/2 column in TagDiv composer.
I have added a single image to each of these columns.
It appears side by side on the web. But in mobile view, these two columns appear one under the other.
I want them to stand side by side in mobile view as well.
Can you help me?

Hello,

I have tried this but unfortunately nothing changes. What is the best way for you to investigate the problem?

Even though I created the mobile header, it does not show up on my mobile site, same as the footer I made. Before we customise the mobile menu we need to resolve this first! Sorry for all the issues!

Hi all,

I have reduced the mobile width to half, instead of it being the full screen. The question is, what is the proper JS code to close the mobile menu when the user taps on the right side of the screen?

I have narrowed it to the element with the following id and class: .td-menu-mob-open-menu #td-outer-wrap

What is the proper js code to implement, so when this element with the id/class mentioned above is clicked, the mobile menu is closed?

Hello!

It seems you modify the header and not the mobile page.
Please edit the mobile page with TagDiv Composer and then you will have the same settings as desktop version.
For more information, please check this article: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/

Hope that helps you!

Thank you!

Hi,

In Theme panel > Mobile theme > Mobile settings, I changed “Mobile + AMP” to “Mobile”.
Since then, my traffic is at zero in Analytics, which makes no sense as I see 1000 clicks a day in GSC.
I’ve been looking everywhere in the theme but couldn’t find what the problem was.
I searched for “AMP Analytics” but this menu doesn’t seem to exist anymore since the last update. Maybe my AMP Analytics code is still in the code but I can’t access it anymore to remove it? Or maybe is it something else?
The website is http://www.coupdepoker.com

Could you kindly help?

Thanks
