Most probably that is because you are using mobile theme plugin( then you’ll use only two thumbs -> https://imgur.com/vwVIXUg), using this plugin, you’ll gain a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)

Unfortunately this can be achieve only using a cloud header. The responsive logo need to be change using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/rnCB9b3.png also is look that the login is coming from mobile menu, from these files -> https://i.imgur.com/j6cUNKy.png and -> https://i.imgur.com/gKE4RTZ.png removeing the code from there should solve the problem.

Thanks for the reply i have done as adviced, checked all the requirements and changed. i still have the same issue. the featured image on mobile is invisible but if you click on the picture holder, it opens up in a new tab. For desktop its ok… Being a new site i installed the cache just two days ago, i also deactivated the plug ins… still no change.

As I can see the mobile icons are not apply, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Hi,
By default our theme will generate thumbs for modules inside the blocks and grids, in this way the image will adapt and look well on all elements and viewporst you are using.
If you are using mobile theme, then you’ll use only two thumbs -> https://imgur.com/vwVIXUg here the mobile grid will display the largest image and the other one is the block for the smallest one.

The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

These 4 images are get from your posts, these are not static to can be set as in your example, the rel=”preload” need to be set on the dynamical code that is displaying the images, also in order to be apply correctly this code need to be set by a developer.
The file responsive for the big image 741×486 from mobile and amp is this one wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/includes/modules/td_module_mob_2.php but most probably the code that need to be edited is in this function ->https://i.imgur.com/TpLoK21.png -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_module.php

I use jetpack cookies and consent widgets for GDPR on my site. I made a few changes to a Footer template that I downloaded from the cloud. I added jetpack cookies and consent widgets to this footer page and activated it to be used on the whole site.
When a page is displayed on the site for the first time, a warning appears at the bottom of the page and disappears when the user approves this warning. However, from now on, whenever every page is displayed, it appears very short at the bottom of the page and disappears by itself. This attracts a lot of attention, especially on mobile devices. What should I do to make this never happen again? What am I doing missing or wrong?

I have an issue with my new AMP version of the website, that improved a lot in layout thanks to your Mobile Plugin + AMP by WordPress, thank you very much, now the look & feel is so consistent with the responsive version!
But, basically I use Disqus to manage comments and, while it works fine on Responsive and Mobile version, in AMP version I see only standard WordPress comments form – that I don’t use at all – and I don’t know how to show Disqus or at least how to close comments on AMP and avoid that WordPress standard comments form appears.

I’ve been through two developers and wpengine support and they can’t seem to pinpoint the source of this problem.
Please visit georgegammon.com ON MOBILE and select any post. You’ll see that the featured video is a black box.
Do you know what could be preventing the featured videos from loading?
We’ve been disabling plugins, purging cache, trying everything in our power to restore this feature but unsure how to proceed next.
There was a server crash two days ago, and I started noticing this problem yesterday. So I’m not sure if something got messed up during the crash/reboot maybe?
Anyway, you guys have a better understand out of anybody with respect to how this theme loads these videos on mobile, so any guidance would help greatly..

Hi, the default advertising sizes on mobile in the responsive version of hte them (not mobile theme) are big and square and not appropriate. I want them changed to 320×100.
Using the menu in the Theme Panel > Ads > Header Ad I successfully changed the mobile size to 320×100… on the home page only! The category pages are still using the square size and I cannot find where to change that.
