Hello,
I’ve read every thread about this topic but there is no answer that solves my issue.
My site is very well optimized, it fully loads in 2.2 seconds: https://imgur.com/lobFPdt
As soon as I add the 5 most popular posts, the site is ruined completely: https://imgur.com/lUIgn9b
The settings are OK, I’ve selected “last 24 hours” as suggested in another thread: https://imgur.com/MVDpfXL
As soon as I get rid of that single module of popular news, the site ranks perfect again.
The site gets just 30 or 40 news a day, so it shouldn’t be a query that consumes that amount of resources. We use a dedicated server and Cloudflare and no, it’s not a resources issue.
How can I solve this?
Thanks
Hi,
The error is only on homepage page. I read your link suggestions but it doesn’t help. I used WP Optimize to delete all the revisions, it also did not work.
Hello Team,
Please help, I have already optimized my website but it is not running good and it is taking time for open the web page. So kindly advise us that what to do for this.
Thanks,
Ripunjay
Hi,
Indeed, if you are using the mobile theme plugin and you want to optimize the mobile-theme.eot fonts, then you need to add the swap manually in the theme plugin, the file that needs to be edited is this one -> wp-content\plugins\td-composer\mobile\style.css -> https://i.imgur.com/dkOzlUg.png you need to add the font-display: swap; like this -> https://i.imgur.com/flkHuFP.png
This should help you!
Hello,
I am facing a lot of problems with mobile pagespeed optimization. The theme is really slowing down my website for mobile devices.
There are a few of the render-blocking resources that show up for mobile devices.
https://snipboard.io/3lzOcC.jpg
https://snipboard.io/bO8SxX.jpg
https://snipboard.io/A0c63T.jpg
My domain is wirefray.com
I would request you to look through all the render-blocking resources, unused CSS and unused JavaScript in PageSpeed Insights, and tell me what I should do to fix them all.
Please note, the result will carry from time to time since I am using a cache and CDN to optimize my website, but these problems do exist.
Regards.
Hello!
When I access your website, it is working well and pretty fast.
Maybe you can try to optimize your website.
The speed of the plugins depends on your host provider, internet speed, and even your computer performance and how many elements you use on that page.

Hello!
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. Edit the page with TagDiv Composer. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB; there you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-speedy-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and design for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
You can choose to use whichever one is more affordable and useful for you.
If anyone doesn’t fit as you created, then make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Note: If you want to use version 1 or 2, then you need to deactivate the mobile theme plugin and see the results.
Thank you!
Hello!
This won’t work like that. You’re using 2 different templates. When you install and activate the Mobile Theme plugin, then the cloud template won’t display.

Hello!
The toggles are disabled(Mobile theme layout is disabled) from what I can see in your screenshot. If you want the Mobile theme layout to display on your homepage, then you need to install the Mobile Theme plugin.

Hello!
Unfortunately, we do not have any option or code to optimize pictures.
For customization and other services you can contact our custom work team here: https://tagdiv.com/premium-customization-services/

Hello, This issue still seems to be occurring. We have turned off all of our firewalls and even basically all of out plugins at certain points to try and fix this with no luck.
Do you happen to have any recommendation for hosting an Siteground, while using Cloudflare as we can not control the setting you are speaking of in your last message? The SG Optimizer has been disabled and tested, but that has not helped the issue.
Here are the logs that we get from the consol when we try to update the footer in general, or specifically the content on the home page:

Hello @metacoach!
It looks like the resources can not be loaded responding with a 404 error.
Please uninstall the Siteground Optimizer plugin and see the results.
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi,
Indeed, your score is quite impression!
About those images from the mega menu, most of the time using a plugin like EWWW Image Optimizer -> https://i.imgur.com/jXs3AIS.png is resolving the problem.
Also, you can try those options for preload -> https://i.imgur.com/5sELvb0.png
I hope will help you!
Hello, first of all congratulations for your work. The truth is that it is greatly appreciated that a topic has a support like you.
The case is that I am trying to optimize the speed of the web, and the truth is that I have achieved good metrics.
But there is a problem with the images displayed in the menu. In the menu design, I wanted the articles of the subcategories to show the cover image. But that makes it load slow. As those images are embedded in a Css code, I don’t know how to optimize them. I attach images so you can understand it better.
Thank you very much for your help
Hi,
We also used this plugin -> Ewww-image-optimizer to optimize the images, and they were also displayed on blocks.
Also, I will investigate some more settings and I will let you know the result.
Thank you!
Hello!
We recommend using only one cache plugin, the WP Super Cache plugin with this configuration: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure
You need to take into account:
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors.
Our developers are working a lot to improve the page speed in every update.
As a suggestion, disable the lazy load animation. Other starting points to improve your website page speed are here:

My website is conflicting with the siteground optimizer plugin’s caching feature which is causing the mobile view displaying on desktop. The plugin provider has recommended me to consult with the theme developers since the they were able to narrow down the issue to specifically the header styles compiled by the theme. They said this:
‘And what happens is that the Dynamic Cache caches this page, where no dynamic styling is generated and from that point on the server continues to serve the cached page that has no styling.
I would recommend consulting with the theme’s developer on what might be preventing the theme from reliably compiling its stylings.’
Should you need more details to help you investigate the matter, please let me know.
Some mailboxes and domain mailboxes will be judged invalid and incorrect when entering mailboxes in the comments area.
For example, 1: email@linguang.me is judged to be the wrong type of mailbox
For example, 2: xxx@usj.cc is the wrong type of mailbox
I hope you can optimize and improve the support for domain mailboxes
Hi, I have the same problem. After updating Newspaper theme the hamburger menu for mobile has stopped working: https://www.hellpress.com/
