Hi there,
I have a problem with my mobile theme template, it’s not responding with the AMP and it gives me a blank page. How can I set up it so my modified template will show up on the mobile devices?
Here is the Mobile Theme Page https://prnt.sc/lkJ5AOHkUbps
Here is the page, everything is done correctly – https://prnt.sc/7GBNHX_N2HZe – https://prnt.sc/wcRj7AuivLuX
And now this is the page that is loaded on mobile devices https://prnt.sc/fnLqIZcmbJRe instead of this https://prnt.sc/raRUBmuVVoni (my template)
Can you help me with how I can set up my mobile theme to load on mobile devices with the AMP plugin, just don’t send me those forum links with docs, I go thru them and nothing helps me.
I can even give you my login info on email so you can log in and fix this for me, cuz it’s’ easy for you.
Thank you.

I have templates set for my main site language. How I can copy them to other languages I have for my website?
I don’t see templates in Pages section, only ‘footer mobile’ (don’t know why).
If I change the language, Cloud templates pave shows me no templates and I have the only one option – download from cloud, but I dont need to download, I want to translate mine.

WordPress has posts and pages.
they are quite similar. They have a title and content sections.
For Posts, I can build tagdiv template. I can play with different elements like post title, post author, featured image etc.
But not for pages! For pages tagdiv composer editor has only one element – “Page title”. how come?
How to define for page template where and how want to see the content?
Hello!
Please make a test and switch the theme to another one, and check the amp pages with your stories.
AMP is faster and works better only with the Mobile Theme plugin. From my point of view, if you don’t use the Mobile Theme plugin, then there is no reason or benefit to AMP. Please read all about AMP here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
It comes with its own templates/design for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Documentation here:

Thank you!
Hello!
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. Edit the page with TagDiv Composer. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB; there you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-speedy-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and design for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
You can choose to use whichever one is more affordable and useful for you.
If anyone doesn’t fit as you created, then make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Note: If you want to use version 1 or 2, then you need to deactivate the mobile theme plugin and see the results.
Thank you!
Hello,
You can import a page template from tagDiv Cloud Library from frontend -> https://i.imgur.com/crxdDEm.png
Thank you!
Hello,
Our theme is a frontend theme for most of the elements and changes, you’ll need to use the tagDiv Composer to edit the pages and templates for posts/categories, etc => https://i.imgur.com/I3OUYxr.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/mMrEufY.jpg from the frontend -> https://www.screencast.com/t/LDdokrHPl
The options from the Theme Panel are for the standard template and we recommend cloud templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the tagDiv Composer which contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

Hello,
The pagination number has only the elements posts loop and posts loop 2 -> https://i.imgur.com/RXAh0iM.png
The Posts Loops settings are divided into 5 tabs: General, Layout, Style, ADS and CSS. The Posts loop is a special block and doesn’t have filtering options.
Also, one of the options for pagination of the Posts Loop has the option for normal numbered and the flex blocks do not have this option.
The Posts Loop is automatically filtering the posts depending on the cloud template you set (for example on the category page there will be posted posts from that category).
The Flex Block, have the option for pagination to load more button and infinite load -> https://i.imgur.com/NTHv3g6.png
Also, there is no scroll bar, if you have a mouse with the scroll you can use it to scroll in tagDiv Composer.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please let me know where you set the block. If the block is added in the Category cloud template then this should work without any problem, if it is added on another template or page, then this will not work, please check the section with a special filters -> https://i.imgur.com/rRU6l1r.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
Thank you!

To set the page width, you need to set it for the row, ie you can stretch the row -> https://i.imgur.com/34LEl6W.png or set the width https://i.imgur.com/YXsoMSl.png
You can create a sidebar with tagDiv Composer like in this article https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/
Also, if you want to create the sidebar in Appearance -> Widgets and set the sidebar on pages, using the element from tagDiv Composer, Widget sidebar https://i.imgur.com/e1FPdYU.png -> https://i.imgur.com/q20UCZf.png
Thank you!
Thanks, but I don’t think this will work. The potential for breaking something, by having to go into the template anytime I have to edit is too large.
All I want is a sidebar widget that displays the content of one post on every page. Then when I edit that post, the content changes. But if I have to edit the template every time, then it’s too easy for something to go wrong and mess up the entire website.
I am getting the error “Invalid error from server endpoint” when loading templates. I read your forum and all set up are okay. However the problem is still occurring. I cannot load homepage templates and page templates. Can you please help me with the issue? Thanks.
But is it then possible to assign a template to an individual page? Because i can’t seem to do that either. I can only assign a mobile template.
When trying to edit a ‘column text’ I get the following error:
https://111111111111.com/wp-admin/post.php?post_id=105&td_action=tdc&tdbTemplateType=page&prev_url=%2F%111111111111.com%2Fcontact%2F is displaying unsafe content from https://111111111111.com/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/includes/wpeditor.php?wp_path=/home/754431.cloudwaysapps.com/111111111111/public_html/

Hello!
You can add a button with a link below the flex block: https://prnt.sc/aLD8n1AduBcd
If you like the design, you can import the 404 template from the Chained News PRO demo and save the section as an element and use it on your page.
Thank you!
Hello,
Unfortunately, a global page template cannot be set for all pages, because each page is individual (for example, contact page, checkout page, login page, etc.).
Thank you!
Hello!
We recommend to use cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer which contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Documentation here:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/

By editing a page with TagDiv Composer you could delete elements but also the row called “Empty column”.
You could try to delete it like this: select the row, press the button delete from your keyboard, then with your mouse select “YES”.
Also you have another option too, check this: https://www.screencast.com/t/pxuOzYIIpcG
A cloud page has a code when you edit it normally, so it is not affecting the SEO.
“Column text” and “text with title” elements have a button called “edit content” and if you click on that button, the WP Editor will open and you can add some text/code/shortcode there. Close the WP Editor from X, save the changes from Composer and view the page to see the changes.
Thank you!
Hello!
Please make sure you use other templates on other pages or posts that you use. You need to have them different. A workaround there could be to duplicate the template with another name but the same template and make the changes for only one post. Assign the duplicate template for your special post, or you can import a new one from the Cloud Templates->Single templates. There is documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
Thank you!
We have made the changes per your instructions. We added the view counter to our single post cloud template and updated the Trending section of our home page to display the top viewed posts past 7days. All seems to be working except, that the post does not display the most viewed posts in order. For example, the post in position 1 is not the highest viewed post. See video https://www.screencast.com/t/pUaGzwPqXq
Please advise.
The problem is on https://nmichchristianvoice.com/ and https://dallaschristianvoice.com/.
The original theme was black many years ago. I am trying to implement a white theme from icloud.
Here is a screenshot of it.
https://nmichchristianvoice.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/06/Screen-Shot-2022-06-23-at-6.27.58-PM.png
Also, the header won’t show on the homepage. I have created and deleted two headers from the cloud templates and selected the global option, but they are not working.
Hi there!
Sorry beforehand for asking questions already asked, but is it possible to redesign all pages at once by assigning a cloud template to them? I can’t get it to work. I’ve downloaded a cloud template i liked and enabled it in the ‘Page Templates’ block under ‘cloud templates’. But i don’t see my changes on the frontend. What am i doing wrong?
Thanks!
Hello!
Edit the pages with the TagDiv Composer, click on the ad element called “AD box” and delete it. They are set up in the post templates inside the element called “Single Post Content” in the Ads tab.
Thank you!

Hello!
The toggles are disabled(Mobile theme layout is disabled) from what I can see in your screenshot. If you want the Mobile theme layout to display on your homepage, then you need to install the Mobile Theme plugin.
