Hello!
If you follow the steps which are presented in this tutorial here: https://tagdiv.com/how-to-increase-page-loading-speed/ you’ll be able to increase the speed of your website.
Also, to increase the page speed you can check these similar topics for more solutions:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/a-few-tips-for-newspaper-x-speed-high-cpu-usage-issues/
– https://tagdiv.com/how-to-increase-page-loading-speed/
Please note that page speed is not covered by the support team: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/
Please give it a try and follow the steps which I presented above about page speed.
Also, check our guide from here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster ; make sure your WordPress and plugins are up to date(specially Standard Pack installed and active if you use default templates).
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
We recommend using WP Super Cache plugin https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
We tested our tool, and we have such great results!
Take a look in this topic because it could help you: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/css-analyzer-step-by-step-and-doubts/

Hello!
You can have a sticky menu only in a responsive version or mobile pages. Please check this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-menu-58/
If you have installed Mobile Theme plugin, then you can not modify or customize it so much because Mobile Theme has its own design template.
For more information, check our documentation here:

Hello!
I just tested your website for example for the tag: wordpress and the link is redirecting to the tag page and not to the tag template.
Unfortunately, there is no setting to hide the URLs.
Thank you!
Hello,
The footer templates do not have the button to be edited with tagDiv Composer in the backend. Please check this guide:https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
If you a Pro Prebuilt Website you can edit with tagDiv Composer the footer template can be edited only from the frontend if it is assigned, edit a page/post template with tagDiv Composer and go down to the footer. => https://www.screencast.com/t/rpfNhfyrF
Also, if you have a standard footer template https://www.screencast.com/t/ND7OiqEpPFK ->https://www.screencast.com/t/Z5ZdVYY4wAuP then you need to make changes in Theme Panel -> Footer.
If this is not what you mean, please provide some screenshots and more details.
Thank you!

Hello!
In order to edit a page with TagDiv Composer you need to use a PRO/cloud template and not a default one. If you have a cloud/PRO template, but you can’t edit the footer, then edit your homepage with TagDiv Composer, scroll till footer, click on footer zone and you can edit it.
For more information about this plugin, check this tutorial: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Please take a look here also: https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
Thank you!
Hello !
Unfortunately on pages you cannot set a template to be global. What you can do is to create a template for 1 page, and you can after that copy the shortcodes for the next pages and you will have the same template for more pages. You can copy the shortcodes by using this function: https://www.screencast.com/t/ELh7ZVQX

I have made changes to my home template with the theme editor. But when you try to save the changes, you keep thinking and they are not saved. When exiting the editor it says “there are pending changes if you close you will lose them”. It has happened to me already 6 times in six attempts. This problem only occurs when you make changes to the home page template. The categories are edited without problem.
how do I edit the template on one page and not have it change the global template?
Hello,
When you install and activate the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
Also, usually, the problem is from the cache plugin used, because the mobile layout will have a different design and most of the cache plugins do not recognize this and provide the mobile version for desktop (or vice versa).
Also, if you use multiple cache plugins this problem may occur.
We tested and recommend the WP Super Cache plugin https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Hello!
If you created the mobile pages with TagDiv Composer, then when you install Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin.
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Better deactivate the plugin and see the results.
Please note that Mobile Theme can not be edited with TagDiv Composer.

Hello!
Please check which template you have assigned for the header in mobile version, desktop version and set it one for all.
You can try our newest tool called tagDiv CSS Analyzer which comes in handy to resolve some of your issues. Take a look at the video guide here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tnkVapqhIHc
“This custom tool performs an automatic test to find missing CSS rules applied by user interaction. Moreover, you can manually interact with a chosen section/component from the page while the tool records all the involved CSS. It will generate the final CSS file for this page and also will split the rules in Critical CSS to be loaded in the website’s header.” ( https://tagdiv.com/whats-new-in-the-newspaper-theme-10-4-update/ )
We tested our tool on our demos, and we have such great results!

Hey, I’m using the Newspaper theme past 1 month. Everything is working fine for me, but i dont know how to use the mobile theme.
Let me explain my problem.
I activated the mobile theme and AMP plugins, after that whenever I add the new page, edit in WordPress itself and down there will have a mobile editor option.
But my question was.
For the about and contact page, I need to import a page from the cloud template. I did too, but the pages are not showing on mobile. what can I do now? how to make to show that on mobile
My header look other in all site. In mobile other, in web other. Template is very slow. Site full read is 14s https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?hl=pl&url=czasostrefa.pl&tab=mobile

Hi,
Using our theme you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
Seems you have installed the Mobile theme plugin => https://www.screencast.com/t/KqhPuJV43yf. Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activate and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activate.
Thank you!
Hello,
Unfortunately, you can’t achieve that using standard templates, but you can use Single Post Template from Cloud Library and you can design it with tagDiv Composer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6m8-EebnfM0 -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I1R3j1QYod0 or using custom code css.
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
We have finally started using cloud templates, modified to suit our site.
But up to now we have never used these, the site was developed with a very early version of TD Composer and we did not use templates.
So now, in the backend only, when I click on a link I get this error on most pages:
wp_booster error:
td_api_base::mark_used_on_page : a component with the ID: single_template_5 is not set.
/www/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_api.php
I have figured out that if I apply one of my new templates to this post through:
Edit Post>Post Settings>General>Post template:
the error goes away. Problem solved, for this one post.
So the solution seems simple enough, I just have to apply the correct template to over 10,000 posts…
Obviously that is not a workable solution.
Is there any way to edit the post info in the database to assign a template for a great number of posts at the same time? Is this stored in wp_postmeta?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Kim Christiansen
