If you have installed Mobile Theme plugin, then you can not modify or customize it so much because Mobile Theme has its own design template.

I just tested your website for example for the tag: wordpress and the link is redirecting to the tag page and not to the tag template.
Unfortunately, there is no setting to hide the URLs.

The footer templates do not have the button to be edited with tagDiv Composer in the backend. Please check this guide:https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
If you a Pro Prebuilt Website you can edit with tagDiv Composer the footer template can be edited only from the frontend if it is assigned, edit a page/post template with tagDiv Composer and go down to the footer. => https://www.screencast.com/t/rpfNhfyrF
Also, if you have a standard footer template https://www.screencast.com/t/ND7OiqEpPFK ->https://www.screencast.com/t/Z5ZdVYY4wAuP then you need to make changes in Theme Panel -> Footer.

In order to edit a page with TagDiv Composer you need to use a PRO/cloud template and not a default one. If you have a cloud/PRO template, but you can’t edit the footer, then edit your homepage with TagDiv Composer, scroll till footer, click on footer zone and you can edit it.

Unfortunately on pages you cannot set a template to be global. What you can do is to create a template for 1 page, and you can after that copy the shortcodes for the next pages and you will have the same template for more pages. When you install and activate the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
Also, usually, the problem is from the cache plugin used, because the mobile layout will have a different design and most of the cache plugins do not recognize this and provide the mobile version for desktop (or vice versa).
Also, if you use multiple cache plugins this problem may occur.

If you created the mobile pages with TagDiv Composer, then when you install Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin.
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activate and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activate.

Unfortunately, you can’t achieve that using standard templates, but you can use Single Post Template from Cloud Library and you can design it with tagDiv Composer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6m8-EebnfM0 -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I1R3j1QYod0 or using custom code css.
