i understand how to set a global post/page template and i understand how to create a cloud or blank single page/post but i can’t figure out how to edit an existing page/posts’s content or post new content to the page with tagdiv! any page or post i open is wordpress and i see no option to edit with tagdiv. for example: if i want to edit one of the MANY pre-set demo pages that came with the theme (ie pages linked to homepage that came wiith pre-existing fake content) how do i change the fake articles into real ones??
i just opened one of these pre-existing pages and had to alter all of the text and photos deleting one block at a time and adding my own using wordpress because i can’t figure out how to do it with tagdiv.
with wordpress i was unable to customize the pull quotes or layout etc.
all of the tutorials say you can create a custom template and they all show how but not a single one tells you how to open an existing page and edit with tagdiv instead of wordpress. thank you.

I have your “La Mode” template for my website and I have a little consultation. My page is http://www.minilittleparty.com and as you could will see I have removed the logo that comes by default from the template “La Mode” from my personalized logo on my website home. My problem is the following: I can not remove “LA MODE” logo that it comes by default in the main menu bar when I scroll down the page.
My logo looks perfect on the main menu bar when this bar is static but when I scroll down the page, then my logo changes to “La Mode” logo. I dont’ know how I can fix this problem? I want to delete “La Mode” logo and I want to change this logo for my personalized logo.

Good afternoon,
I have your “LA MODE” template for my website. I tried to install Google Adsence but it won’t let me because they tell me the following: “Ad blocker detected, you need to disable it in order to set up AdSense”. I’ve been looking at my plugins if I have any about advertising plugin but I haven’t found any. You know exactly what they mean? How can I disable the ad blocker they say I have? I interpret that the “LA MODE” template comes with some advertising settings. My page is http://www.minilittleparty.com. You will see that I have an space on my website home for advertising, maybe they refer to this. If I delete this ad that I have on my website home with the “Edith with TD Composer” tool is enough? Or is something about settings and plugins?

Unfortunately there is no option for the standard post templates this can be achieve only on single post templates from cloud templates.

If you are using a pro demo, the footer is a cloud template, then you’ll need to edit it from a page, for example, you can edit the homepage, click on edit with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uweNRrc.jpg after that go down to the footer end edit it how you want (now you can customize the the whole web-page from fronted).

To can use a feared video like this https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-video-popup-sticky-video-features/?utm_source=newsletter&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=td_blog&utm_content=email94 you need to use a single post template from tagDiv cloud Library edit it with tagDiv Composer and make sure that you are using a single post featured image not a Single Post BG Featured Image -> https://i.imgur.com/S3FVRa2.png and set it as global in theme panel, in this way it will be apply on all post and these with a featured video will be display as in our guide (also the settings for this option can be done from theme panel).
This option is not integrate on standard post style.

Lets try to take the problems one by one:
1. Post images are cropped – The theme crop automatically the thumb size set in theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/IJe27ab.png Each post style/template use a thumb dimension, this thumb is made by cropping the featured image.
If you choose to use a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, you can edit it using tagDiv Composer and choose the featured image size you want to use -> https://i.imgur.com/DHsb7ar.png
2. I am not able to change the color of the menu bar, nor change the size of the title -> you need to check if you are using a standard header (then you can use the options from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/t7g1mz0.png -> https://i.imgur.com/KE9Q5D5.png) or a cloud header, this can be edited with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/RILkoYd.png

Unfortunately Newspaper Theme does not have pre-defined templates but you can build your custom pages using tagDiv Composer and the shortcodes from woocommerce: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/
You can use the column text element in order to render shortcodes or use HTML codes.
Simply copy the shortcode and insert it in the text area of the column text as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/UEMEsVKog

In the categories template, I have the post imported the Medicine Pro template.
It has a post loop on top and a post loop at the bottom of the page.
I have set for the second post loop to have an offset of 2 and 9 posts limit with pagination.
What I get in the front end is the posts on the second one are the same as the posts on the first loop (offset not working), and I can only see 3 posts and have to press to load more (post limit not working). This is for any category.

I have already tried to deactivate all plugins, server requirements are OK, we use VPS with 16cpu`s and 32GB of RAM memory. Allow_url_fopen = On is OK, solved that a few days ago, there were some problems with changing logo so I had to enable that option.
This options works in Cloud templates (for example 404 page, screenshot: https://drive.google.com/file/d/18mIwp0ne3M-n_o4-HMxMZrFKtOT3wmlU/view?usp=sharing ) but I can not change the banner image at homepage.
We use London News Pro demo theme.

For header ads you can use two header templates, ( both from tagDiv Cloud library, or only one with out ads ), you need to have set a global header for all pages/post and an individual one on the pages where you do not want to have the ads.

Maybe use a plugin such as Adrotate to better manage the ads in the website. There are many theme users that recommend this plugin. I believe it has settings for what you have to do per specific posts.

Also if you want to set the WRC RACING WORLD block below Video Player you can edit the page using tagDiv Composer and use drag and drop or for that block or for video player.

Public post preview plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/public-post-preview/) – something I used before with my old theme is not working – it generates the page, but the link gets redirected to an empty custom template for the post type instead.

This is because you are using the mobile theme plugin, you’ll gain a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders or shortcodes ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)

Unfortunately if you are using same plugin for shortcodes, this will not work on mobile theme, it will be interpreted as a html text, this will work only on responsive version. Also because amp plugin is use with mobile theme plugin the shortcode will not work on amp too, only if you do not use the mobile theme for amp.

This is posted in case anyone else has the same need to set specific headers for a CPT single page template.
In TagDiv the headers and footers displayed for a post are controlled by entries in the {db-prefix}-postmeta table. In particular, the meta data values for ‘tdc_header_template_id’ and ‘tdc_header_template_id’.
If you create or edit a cloud template take note of the post_id.
In this use case the post is being created programmatically.
The insert is:

Exactly! That’s why I asked if there’s a short code to show it on pages or other post. I think it’s possible because I tried to copy a code from the template and it works. The only issue is, it shows all the sharing buttons even those disabled on theme panel.

In order to make the post page full width you will have to add a single post template and then edit it. oops… does it mean if I make whole site backup with files, DB,SQL and run all data on the site2 WordPress, posts, pages will work but NewsPaper Template will not operate.

Does it mean that I need to create again pages on target site 2 and copy-paste content of page from source site 1 ?
