Hi there!
We adquired the Newspaper Theme a couple of weeks ago, and as we develop our news site, we’ve got some questions:
1. Problem with “Sharing” social-media buttons for Single Post
We’re using a Post Template from your CloudLibrary. The one we’re using is the “Single Post Template 11”. There’s a section for sharing buttons on the top of the template, but the configuration options doesn’t give us any chance to insert our social media links.
So we’ve gone to the “Sharing” section inside “Post settings” of the Theme Panel. We activated the options TOP ARTICLE SHARING, TOP ARTICLE SHARE TEXT, BOTTOM ARTICLE SHARING BOTTOM and ARTICLE SHARE TEXT, but even doing that, no share buttons appeared.
In the section “Social Networks”, the only option that appears us for selecting is NAVER. We’ve filled with our social media links, the PANEL’S section SOCIAL NETWORKS. We’ve added facebook, Instagram, Soundcloud, Twitter, Vimeo and Youtube. Yet none of them appears as a configurable option inside Post Settings.
What could be happening? None of the default post templates displays us the share buttons. Can we solve this?
2. Youtube linkage problems
We’re trying to add a Youtube Video Playlist in the Home Page that we’re designing, so we’ve tried to use the “Youtube Video Playlist” from the TagDiv composer, but it’s not working. We’ve tried adding the videos id, and also the whole links, but none of them are working, which is something that doesn’t happen with the Vimeo option.
This YOUTUBE connection problem has also appeared in the “Social Counter” element, where the social media counter for facebook, twitter and Instagram is working, but the Youtube channel id doesn’t load any info.

I would like to change the shark image, but somehow can’t change it.
2) Is there a possibilty to have single blog posts having another template than others? For example every blog post from a certain category? I don’t mean the category page, but the blog posts of a certain category.
Would like to create a podcast page, and the single episode pages (single blog posts) should be another template.

Starting tuesday march 17, i noticed the cloud library templates are not importing to pages.
i sit and wait for a few mins just to see if it’s slow but it’s not, templates are not loading to pages. what could be wrong???
Hi, want to add a row with three buttons to my template. Thats already done. Each button should contain an ancor link. Onclick the user should be guided to a section of the same pages. Best case would be that onlick the page scrolls down to the top of the h2-title of the pages section.
What would be the best way to do this with your td composer / cloud library?

The problems seems to be the YouTube playlist from the demos, all demos that have a video playlist -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_racing/ will provide that error, to fix the problem you need to make sure that your Newspaper version is at least 10.3 and the YouTube api key is set in theme panel as in our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/youtube-api-key/

If you are using the mobile theme plugin that provide you a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)

The “Latest article” articles can be set in two ways in pages, this can be set from page template using Page Builder + Latest Articles + Pagination or using tagDiv Composer and set the posts loop element -> https://i.imgur.com/wiqKXih.jpg using tagDiv Composer you can select the option that you want for the pagination like this -> https://i.imgur.com/1rqr3C3.jpg

Hi,
I was trying to enter a shortcode in to the Pro footer template using the column text element. When I go to edit the text, the text editor will not open. I simply get a blank dialog box with the circle spinning in the middle.
Then when I try to save, I get another spinning box and the page will not save.
Then when I try to edit the template with TD Composer, that option is not available. When I click edit I get the standard WP text editor and all of the TD Composer shortcodes…
How in the heck am I supposed to make new templates to get rid of the legacy code when the editor doesn’t work.
Yes, I have disabled ALL plugins except tagDiv Cloud Library, tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Social Counter.
That did nothing to help the problem.

I think that you are using footer style 1, if yes, this is a premade footer and it can not be edited -> https://i.imgur.com/a2Cnksj.png therefore you can not edit the elemnts from it, you can only add more in footer 1,2,3, if you want to edit the footer you can choose an empty footer and set the widgets you want in it -> https://i.imgur.com/dhVshoH.png -> https://i.imgur.com/WnezpeD.png or you can use a footer page.

“The current content hasn’t been created by TagDiv Composer” – that notice isn’t be the result of actual issues in most cases. If you can successfully edit the page or could template then there is no problem, despite the message.
It could also mean that the page contains elements that are not part of the tagDiv composer, or the page has been built with with a different method, this can create problems.

Please note that disabling standard pack may lead into seeing shortcodes on your pages. You will need to edit your pages using tagDiv Composer and replace the old blocks with new Flex ones.
