Hello, i`m new with newsmag7 and maybe my questions are stupid, but i really need help.
I dont like the home page template. I really dont need the leatest posts in the end of the page (after everything i build with visual composer).
I want the weather and the date in the top menu to float left, but the menu elements to float right.
I have a bug. Even when i disable ads, if i enter one more time to theme panel, they are appearing again. I had to delete the code, to hide them. Any ideas why?

right now I want to create a post template for the articles I will write in the future. So I want to save my Sidebar also that I created on the startpage. The Sidebar should appear on every page, every article etc. The sidebar I have was created in visual composer. Just a facebook box and instagram box. I was able to save these two together as a preset but I cant insert it in the post template is not created with visual composer, i think theres even no way to make it with visual composer. so how can i get my sidebar in my posts?

The homepage of Baby blog is made using page-builder+latest article as a page template and there is only a slide added with Visual Composer. Twist the bottom of the page site and you will find that there is a problem!

We only tested the page speed test on the homepage. We only suggest scanning the homepage on the page speed tests, not other parts of the site. We have not tested posts, categories, tags or other templates.

We have amazing SEO results, but that’s because the content was created from the get go without concern for the “template” impacting SEO.
Meaning, the theme does not add/change your actual post content, title, meta data, h2/h3 tags in post or basic SEO practice of having your primary keywords in post title, meta title, first paragraph, description, and used couple of times in the actual post.
So, if your page is about chicken soup and that isn’t used properly it won’t rank as such, and regardless of theme/template/fonts/style/colors used.
Perhaps you mis-understand ‘focus keywords’ — what that means is that for any given page/post about something, like “chocolate recipe” — that “focus” keyword is used to “test” the SEO value of that post under that phrase. So, the “focus keyword” for that page might be “chocolate recipes” and you’d need to ensure that page is “optimized” for that content.
You can’t auto-magically add more content to posts without knowing what each post is supposed to be focused on; meaning if you have an article about Fords, just randomly inserting 20 instances of “FORD” on the page isn’t going to help anything.
You could hire us to help on this but frankly, the best course is simply look at your content and the posts you wish to rank well and really look at them one by one, and use the tools to ‘review’ that post/page. Yoast SEO then can help you “analyze” that — just because there was no focus keywords entered in yoast panel doesn’t mean there are none. Any page on any topic has built in focus keywords just by having the text in there.
So, my suggestion would be to read through the YOAST documentation and tutorials in depth to better understand what it actually does in this context (pun there).
We’re not cheap; but we’ve been doing SEO for 21 years now. But the point of using Yoast is to educate you on how you can do it yourself.
Start with good content about something. Then optimize that post using Yoast as an aid, but not always the 100% accurate expert. It’s an opinion, not the law. YOu can use it as help, not a requirement.

If that is not possible, how can I turn off the search engine in the navigation bar in the template so I can use the Google Search Engine which I have added to the Side Bar?
Just to let you know I read of a custom solution in creating the Google Custom Search Engine. Unfortunately it is too technical for me to implement.

I have a welcome page that is different from the other pages. It will only have a background image (only applied to that page) and two links.

I’m creating a blog containing pages and articles. No problem with it. But i’m trying to add a homepage with a different template.
The idea is to have on that template only one image as a background and one or two text fields. And i’m having problems in creating that template, I can’t remove the main menu.
It there an easy way to create that “blank” template without footer, header, menus… ?

Your homepage takes a very long time until is fully loaded. This time vary from 30-40 seconds to over 1 minute. This affect the way js works. You’re using lazy load animation and the images are displayed only after all resources are loaded on the page. The js will not do anything until all resources are loaded but if the time is to big will not work at all.
Try to deactivate lazy load animation from theme panel > template settings: http://screencast.com/t/JLeDGGgmT then test the site again. For my site http://pavlikeni.com, I have logo and ad sizes that are different than the ones you have set in the template. I assume other clients of yours are in the same situation.
Every time you release an update I have to make sure the custom CSS code can offset your preset sizes for the logo and the ad in the header.
If you load my site, you will see that my logo and ad first appear the way you have set their sizes to be and after a split second they resize to the custom size I have specified in the custom CSS area.
I think it would be great if you include more userfriendly way of managing the issue. I bet not all of your clients are programmers, who can take care of things on their own.
Can you please comment on this (especially the resizing upon loading my page) and plan to fix for your next release?

Please notice that the Latest articles appear at the bottom of your page only if you are using the pagebuilder+latest articles+post pagination as the page template from the wp panel. Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option that allows you a way to change the structure of this page template and you can achieve as you wish only if you will edit the page-pagebuilder-latest.php core file and to move some sections of code, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/96m5w72IF3P (from line 102 to line 182). This section you will have to cut and paste to the 73 line where begin that td-main-content-wrap container, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/Jm2MIoImV

Hello, I’m using Newsmag 3.0. When editing a page with PageBuilder, in Composer the template 2/3+1/3 is in blue, while 1/3+2/3 isn’t in the list.

Well to my knowledge you cannot have both a static page and a blog page at the same time. WordPress does not allow it: http://screencast.com/t/creXLxUD I;m not sure of your previous theme;s implementation but not all theme s share the same options and features. In our theme you can use visual composer and add your preferred elements on your homepage and setlect what posts get shown on the page using the block settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-tutorial/
If you want to customize categories, you cannot do it in visual composer. Visual composer does not have any options for category pages. you can customize a category page from the per category settings in the theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/EWAL2uhz

The theme login widget was created for the theme and all users, not the buddypress members area. Unfortunately there are no specific options implemented for buddypress.

Please try to disable all plugins except buddypress and visual composer an see if there is no plugin conflict affecting the members page. It should work as expected.
