Problem 1:
My TagDiv Composer no longer works
When I click on the edit with TD Composer button, I get a 502 error message.
Problem 2:
I’ve disabled the comment counter on each individual article since I use Facebook’s comment plugin, but on the home page, the posts still show a little black comment counter in a speech bubble. Since I don’t use the in-built comment, every article on my front page shows up as 0 comments. How can I remove this counter? Or at least make it read the number of comments from the facebook plugin?
Problem 3: My URL’s all have forced slashes, how do I get rid of this?
Hi,
From what I can see it’s working at the moment, please see here
– https://jotem.in/audio-video-show-2018-odwiedz-najwieksza-w-polsce-strefe-winyli/amp/
You can test AMP posts by adding /amp to the URL of a post.
There are some errors in the AMP posts, for example this auto ads code
– https://www.screencast.com/t/LSoFj8PT3cBh
That has to be entered in the AMP header file
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/info-adv-amp/
Normal Adsense ad codes have to be entered like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/YpYDe7huyb
– https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/7183212?hl=en
The more articles box is displayed in the bottom of the posts for some reason. Did you make any modifications to the main theme or the AMP plugin? If so please test without them. The more articles box should not be loaded in the AMP version.
Also, if you entered javascript code in the post content, please remove it and test again with the validator. Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except theme plugins and test
– https://validator.ampproject.org/
Should be some positive results after trying these suggestions.
Thanks

Hello manuangel,
Unfortunately, I do not exactly understand what you mean, sorry! If you want to assign a category to a post, this thing can be done when you edit that post, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/yhjY8HxY6jp0
If is not what you mean, please provide more details so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
At the second question, is talking about Ajax Filter theme’s functionality. The “Altro button” appears when you have more categories which do not fit through the bar and then, appears this one which is a drop-down button with all the rest of your categories.
Also, if you want to remove it, you can use the following custom CSS code and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS Area.
.td-subcat-more{
display:none!important;
}
All the options regarding on Advertisement sizes can be found here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-ads-adsense/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
If you want to display posts from a category and remove the posts included in one of it’s sub-categories, first add the parent category ID (ex. Fashion category: 341) and after it place the sub-category ID (ex. Daily subcategory id: 342) with a ‘-’ symbol in front, like it’s shown in the image. If you decide to use the ‘multiple categories filter’, the standard Category Filter will be ignored.
Please check the Filter Tab documentation from Block settings tutorial: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-tutorial/
Thank you.
Hi,
That is the popular category widget, the categories will be picked automatically. They will be ordered by the number of posts in each category. So the categories with most posts will be the first.
If you want to remove certain categories there are no settings for this at the moment. But there are a couple of methods you could try
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/hide-1-categories-from-widget-popular/
Thanks
Hi,
You can do that whit a cloud template ( https://www.screencast.com/t/oCkxoCs0Hu ), there you can set/edit the relented articles and the all design post for this template ( https://www.screencast.com/t/oCkxoCs0Hu ), after that just set in in panel ( https://www.screencast.com/t/dcjPXTWwoa6 ), of individual post.
Or if you are using default template and you don’t want to use cloud template please read this topic : https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/related-articles-remove-or-hide-more-from-author-newspaper-theme/
Thank you for your understanding.
Hello Vlad111,
Please notice that we do not have any bad reports until now, regarding this process of post-publication. I have made some tests on my website and works as expected. Ensure that your theme has been correctly installed via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, ensure that you have respected all the theme’s requirements from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Thanks for your understanding!
I am using tag div template Pagebuilder + latest articles + pagination with mobile theme plugin on recently I noticed in mobile homepage at the top it shows no post how to remove this see the reference image below
https://prntscr.com/l46ejr and here is the direct link to my site https://www.beingtricky.com
Hi,
The excerpts will be cut the specified limit, but there will be no clickable link after the cutting process. Some modules display a read more button which will lead to the post page, you could use one of those. There is a list here
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/remove-category-label-on-big-grid-slider/
The three dots are defined here if this is helpful to you

I’m using the Social Media Counter on my homepage, however, we are a new company and do not have many Social Media Followers yet. I’d like to use the Social Media Counter to allow visitors to like/share etc., but not show the number.
I saw someone else asked the same question here https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/remove-numbers-from-social-media-counter/#post-256477 and it was recommended to add this code to custom css, however, it seems to remove the like/share text as well.
Hello, I have installed Animal News Demo in Yogesh Khetani blog. I want to remove the footer Instagram content completely. How can I? Here is what I am talking about:
It’s not deleting from home page editing options (both Edit With TD Composer and normal WordPress Post edit in html mode)
Here is what I get after doing CTRL + U on homepage:
<div class=”td-main-content-wrap td-footer-instagram-container td-container-wrap “>
<div class=”td-instagram-user”>
<h4 class=”td-footer-instagram-title”>
Follow us on Instagram @wildlifeplanet
</h4>
</div>
I want to remove the footer Instagram content completely. How can I?
Send the login details on our email contact@tagdiv.com please don’t post them here, everyone can see them. I will remove them and you should change them on your end as soon as possible.
Then contact us with new login information by email and we will investigate this further. Include a link to this topic in the email.
You won’t lose anything, updating the theme will not remove the website. All your posts, pages, theme panel settings are saved in the database.
Only if you made modifications to the theme files, these will be lost as the files get replaced.
Simply follow the steps from the update guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
It is good practice and also recommended to make a full backup before you update just to be safe.
So that error appears when you access AMP versions of posts? Did you maybe add any code in the theme files or theme panel, or maybe by a child theme? Or maybe modified the AMP plugin? Temporarily remove theme if you did and test again.
Regarding the mobile theme plugin, once activated plugins don’t deactivate themselves. Unless this is defined in their code maybe. Our mobile theme plugin doesn’t have an auto deactivation function.
Could be insufficient resources maybe, you could check that
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Or maybe a server problem. You could also ask your hosting to check if there are any errors in the server error log, that might indicate why plugins deactivate themselves.
I’m trying to modify td_module.php on Child Theme, in order to remove < h3 > in modules Title. It’s working fine If I modify it on parent theme, but not in child theme… You has answered me:
Unfortunately not all theme files will work from the child theme. Some modifications can only be done from the main theme such as the one you describe. Sorry.
Any alternative to do this? I’m using [tagDiv] Block 14 on sidebar and the < h3 > titles are breaking my post headings hierarchy.
Hello,
You can create a new post template using the tagdiv cloud library plugin and remove the word ‘by’: https://www.screencast.com/t/Uu33HsTVZY
The date format is changed from the WordPress settings: https://www.screencast.com/t/FZQOeieR
https://codex.wordpress.org/Formatting_Date_and_Time
Thank you!
Hello again,
So I double-checked the adsense code snippet. It’s correct.
1. Ads added using tagdiv blocks on the homepage insist on appearing as squares, even though the space would suggest they should be long and thin. These are Custom Ads 1 and 2 and the code snippet I’ve pasted into theme panel is:
<script async src=”//pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js”></script>
<script>
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({
google_ad_client: “ca-pub-3503819165109177”,
enable_page_level_ads: true
});
</script>
Auto size is definitely on for all screen sizes. I haven’t changed any sizing from the default setting of auto.
2. Into my Cloud Template – property category (so still using the link/example from my previous post) I’ve copied and pasted the code for the ad from sidebar which I know is working. This is done using TagDiv Composer and editing the ad positions that you access when you click on “sample post content” within the template editor. I want the ads to appear top of the article, inline (after 3 paragraphs) and article bottom of the property posts. (I’ve now removed the titles from ads so you don’t see the positions marked anymore). Still not appearing.
3. Copied the ad code from the article top ad position (property template) and adding it to sidebar ad within theme panel. Saved. Refreshed. Sidebar ads do still appear.
4. Not sure I’m doing this right. Created new page. Opened in tagdiv composer. Added ‘Column text’ element. Copied my ad code snippet (the one that works for sidebar) into the ‘edit content’ editor – text view rather than visual. saved. I see nothing other than the block title? https://wmw-dev.co.uk/test-ad-page/ (Also added an adspot – sidebar) and that seems ok.
Any thoughts and advice much appreciated?
Thanks,
Naomi
Hello Valerio,
That would not a problem, that is how it is supposed to be.
With a sidebar (left/right) – https://www.screencast.com/t/ZVohYvLB
The post content space is exactly as it is the published post, so how you see it in the backend will be the final look.
Without a sidebar – https://www.screencast.com/t/hyY9IskV8
The post content in the backend will be the full width of the theme.
These would be useful, so you can see how the post will look eventually. If you want to remove that delimitation you will have to remove the code from the theme. There are a few topics about it
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/editor-and-sidebar-line/
Thanks for the message!

Hello Sheen Paul,
If you want to remove that tag, notice that you should only do it with CSS code. Use the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS area.
.td-post-category{
display:none;
}
The result is here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/jBsly9KRl

Hi, in the big featured image for this template, https://cloud.tagdiv.com/creative-decorating-with-houseplants/
1. How do I remove the background of the featured image? and
2. How do I change the background of the featured image to make it more like a gradient not a copy/duplicate of the featured image?
TY
Hi,
That demo uses a footer page. That means that a page is displayed in the footer instead of a predefined template
– https://www.screencast.com/t/O4V5f1gJ0AXr
Now, if you want to keep using a page in the footer but with different content, edit the page and make the modifications you want
– https://www.screencast.com/t/j8SpgEVGm
Or remove the page in question, then the post templates will apply
– https://www.screencast.com/t/3bwnVM7iuHr9
There are 14 predefined footer templates – https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
Through the cloud library there are 24 footer pages designed by us (you can modify these as well)
– https://www.screencast.com/t/V6NeJq4W3h
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
Thanks
The empty space is the result of hiding the sidebar. The remaining content will not automatically adapt to fill the newly created space.
Tablet is considered between these widths – https://www.screencast.com/t/NTYFSAe3
I could give you a code to remove the sidebar in those cases. Something like this maybe
– http://prntscr.com/kqv72g
Enter it here – https://www.screencast.com/t/wgi9pJqnoFn
@media (min-width: 768px) and (max-width: 1140px) {
.postid-1988 .post .td-pb-span4.td-main-sidebar {
display: none;
}
.postid-1988 .post .td-pb-span8.td-main-content {
width: 100%;
}
}
It will work only on that post, if you decide it works as you want and want it or all posts, remove the class with the ID from the code
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Ffg4t0g8
Seems you managed to remove that space – http://prntscr.com/kqv9j3
That is the padding top of the page, it creates some room between the header and content of the page. In your case you could use the menu overlay page template. This will position the header over the slider.
These are some demos which use the menu overlay page template

– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_nature/
Hello Ophilias,
1)I have inspected your website and I saw that your posts do not have set up featured images and that’s why the visitors cannot see the image on blocks, sorry! Please set up them from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image/
2)Notice that when you load an image at your page, you can set up the size from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/wMRjq0kJ56
3)You can remove the unused category from the panel, from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/qorRfucqSViX
Thanks for your understanding!
