First of all, ensure that your theme requirements match with our useful guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ Also, you should consult your hosting provider because might be a server problem and they should be able to provide a more accurate response.

Hello tanose,

Please notice that the speed of your website depends on how well your site is optimized.
-> https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?hl=ro&url=https%3A%2F%2Finsanertech.com%2F&tab=mobile

Notice that is not a simple task and if you do not have any experience in this regard you will do not bring good results for the theme. Also, notice that we have a speed optimization tutorial but this is addressed only to advanced users. So, if you follow the steps which are presented in this tutorial here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/ you can increase the page speed loading and if you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because the speed optimization services are not covered by our support policy, as you can read here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/support-policy-2/ Check our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ regarding on dedicated server to fit our requirements.

Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option to minify the style.css file and we cannot recommend any plugins with this functionality because is not tested with our theme. For minifying this file, we are using CloudFlare for our demo and works fine. If you want to read other views from our users, please check this topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tip-how-to-easily-minify-your-css-without-breaking-your-site/
Also, check all of your Ad Spots and if you have entered any suspicious code through them, remove all of them and check the results without them.

One of our top members here on the forum wrote his own optimization tutorial here:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tutorial-chriss-custom-optimizations-for-functions-php-etc/ and here -> https://www.infophilic.com/get-almost-100-pagespeed-newspaper-theme/

Basically, these are the theme requirements
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Another useful gui for increasing the page speed can be found here -> https://kinsta.com/blog/google-pagespeed-insights/

Hi,

I have inspected the website, the composer seems to be active and working at the moment. What exactly is the problem? Is there an issue when you want to use the composer?

Most problems with the theme and theme plugins are caused by insufficient resources, you could check this guide and the theme system status
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
If needed increase the mentioned parameter values.

Thanks

Hi kimmeern,

Please check your Requirements for Newspaper and try to increase them, here is our documentation for Requirements for Newspaper : https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Also if you install some plugins that are not tested with our theme deactivate them, save settings and try again with a new page ( try to make a new page with wp composer)

Tested plugins: https://www.screencast.com/t/5PymqbIEL

Thank you.

Check the requirements from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ Also, check the system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation. Ensure that your theme has been installed via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case. Hi Support,

When I try to add an element to a page for example Text With Title then I choose edit content button the window overlay opens blank but is stuck on loading with a circle.

Looking in console there is an error

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 () https://www.boxsetter.com/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/includes/wpeditor.php?wp_path=/home/website/boxsetter.com/

I’ve checked server requirements which is fine memory limit is set to 512MB. I’m using latest theme Version 9.0.1. I’ve tried on Mac using Safari and Windows using Chrome but the problem persists.

Any idea what the problem is here?

Cheers, Sas

Hi,

As a first suggestion you could check the theme requirements guide carefully
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
If needed contact your hosting provider to increase the allocated resources, or activate the needed PHP extensions.
Then try again to see if the issue is solved.

In case there is no need for modifications in that matter, in some cases the solutions from these topics worked for various composer problems, you could give them a try if possible
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/gray-page-tagdiv/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/javascript-error-td-composer-wont-load/

Let us know what you find.
Thanks

Hi,

That may be a 500 error (an internal server error) like mentioned in this topic I found
https://www.godaddy.com/community/Managing-WordPress/This-page-isn-t-working-HTTP-ERROR-500/td-p/54593

Or a browser issue, like in this Chrome related topic
https://www.easytechguides.com/google-chrome-connection-errors.html

You could at first try in a different browser to rule out the browser being the problem. If there is still a problem you could contact your hosting provider and mention this to them.
Be sure to check the theme requirements guide as well
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Let me know what you find.

So that error appears when you access AMP versions of posts? Did you maybe add any code in the theme files or theme panel, or maybe by a child theme? Or maybe modified the AMP plugin? Temporarily remove theme if you did and test again.

Regarding the mobile theme plugin, once activated plugins don’t deactivate themselves. Unless this is defined in their code maybe. Our mobile theme plugin doesn’t have an auto deactivation function.

Could be insufficient resources maybe, you could check that
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Or maybe a server problem. You could also ask your hosting to check if there are any errors in the server error log, that might indicate why plugins deactivate themselves.

Hi,

So you create the page, add the composer elements you want and save it. Then if you edit that page again with the composer it is blank?
The page content as well as posts content should be stored in the database of the website as soon as you save them.
You could check if there are enough resources as a first step
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Also as a quick test deactivate all your plugins, leave only theme plugins active. Redo the steps you mention and check if the same happens. Could be a plugin conflict of some kind.

Let us know what you find.
Thanks
