I was been able to modify the date of the last update of the posts, thanks the following code, that I copied and modified in the child theme: includes > wp_booster> td_module_single_base.php. Now I’ve found another problem: infact inside the posts the update date is correct, but in the preview post module, it isn’ t change at all. Can somebody help me?

Hello Catalin and sorry for the delay. I don’t know how to be more explicit. I disabled “CATEGORY PULL-DOWN FILTER” in the theme panel.

Could have been that, like you mention. If the copied text had maybe inline CSS, the theme setting probably will not apply, it is not that strong. Maybe preview the posts before publishing, or make sure the text does not have additional style.

On my newspaper theme, I notice that the font weight on the mobile device varies unexpectedly. On some places it is heavy and in the same post, it changes its weight automatically. You can see in the screenshot that the font weight on the upper part of the display is lighter and below part is heavier. Whereas, I have changed nothing in the font style in the theme. Everything is on default in the font area other than the weight of Post Content font which turned to “300 Light”. You can see this on the following URL

Does that happen only with those scripts? try to enter a simple text and see if that saves. Open the browser inspector console – https://www.screencast.com/t/ezQ3xvGoaTc
Any potential errors will display there. Try to save again and see if anything is displayed in the console.

in fact it is not working on ANY posts or page since the update even if the AMP is enabled and it does display in the preview. The exact same pages were working before the recent newsmag update so there is an issue here. Those are some examples of pages affected:

If you look them in preview they look fine but if you look at the URL above they going to 404 even if amp is correctly enabled and they show in AMP in the preview. Those pages were working in AMP before the update. We have several sites affected and getting google search consol flagging the issue as well as those AMP pages were working before.

When I try to share a post via the Facebook share button, the preview actually has teaser text for another post (my “About” page text). A View Source shows that <meta property=”og:description” content=”XX”> is set with the correct description text:

We would like to link the generated posts from RSS feeds to the place where the post comes from. To do this, the URL of the post preview on the title/tumbnail need to link to an external place, not the default wordpress post content. Is there a way I can do this?

That may be the cause, it was a simple suggestion. Visual composer is now called WPBakery page builder I believe since sometimes last year. After you update the theme update WPBakery as well, deactivate and remove it and reinstall it

An insufficient WP memory value can cause problems, even crashes. For most users a 256M value would be sufficient.

That may not work with the modules, each block uses predefined modules with predefined thumbnail sizes, the design is based on that. Why not use multiple types of blocks for different results, instead of conditioning the same block modules.
I have never tried something like that, can’t say if it would work properly or not, it seems to not work. There are design problems, for example the article titles are not visible for some modules doe to the extra CSS.
Maybe review your modifications if you want to keep using them, or try other modifications. Or simply use different types of blocks, that would be much easier.

While sharing my homepage link on fb and whatsapp the preview is showings shortcodes like [vc_row_inner css= are displaying instead of meta description

Notice that you can make a custom title for your review section from Cloud Template Library. Sorry, but the theme notice that does not have any such an option for it.

There are some cases where there are errors provided after the templates cannot be loaded. Mostly server related errors that we will try to investigate and fix as soon as possible. Are there any errors displayed in your case?

I’ve already done that as you can see on my very first post on this thread.
The problem is, whenever a post is not a review post, the Title element will remain there as you can see on this screenshot (which is a post without review): https://prnt.sc/k44pa2 comparing to this post with review: https://prnt.sc/k44p01 which has a review title using the Title element.
What I need is a review title element on which it will only appear whenever a post has review on it.
Maybe a little addition of review title element on Cloud Library Composer in the next update will help.

Did this issue just started to appear? Did you maybe install a plugin just before? Deactivate all your plugins as a quick test, leave only theme plugins active.

Is there shortcode for review title available in the Cloud Library Composer?
Judging from the normal review system, if we break it down, there should be 4 different shortcodes for each element, like this: https://prnt.sc/k4bprl
But based on this screenshot https://prnt.sc/k44nck, we are missing out the review title shortcode as pointed on point #1 on this screenshot https://prnt.sc/k4bprl.
Ideally, there should be 4 different shortcodes available including the review title.
Do I miss something on this?

I’ve Newsmag 4.4, on wp 4.9.7 with plugin called “Multipage plugin” (v1.3.7). It creates a pagination with nice summary for splitting post, but in Newsmag (only in Newsmag, no in other templates that i tried) review box goes on every post’s subpage. With other templates it goes only in the last subpage, and this is right! In addition of this, Newsmag shows also a standard pagination (1,2,3) for subpages created by multipage, but this is needless because there is Multipage’s Summary for this!
You have any easy solution for this?

On making a new post template using Cloud Library, I notice that there are shortcodes for review system.
But there are only Review Overview, Review Overall, and Review Summary. The Review Title is missing.

Although I managed to make a custom title for the review using Title shortcode, but in the output, the Title shortcode ofcourse appears in all posts (using the Cloud Library Template) including posts without review.

I know Facebook is forcing all applications to be reviewed and approved by August 31. I would like to know how this impacts the Social Counters. I was doing maintenance today and noticed that none of the counters reflect what is on the host sites. Specifically Instagram is off my hundreds. Even after doing a cache purge. Knowing that Facebook is forcing Application review and Approval, I felt I might look to upgrade to 8.8 but I am so freaking gun-shy after the absolute fiasco of upgrading to version 8. It took me a month to get my site back up after that mess.I am running 8.7.2 and don’t have days to spend to get things up and running if this 8.8 upgrade is as big a mess. What fixes or improvements are in 8.8? Does it address any of the Facebook changes that have come and are coming? Is there a link guiding through the process of updating to 8.8?
