It seems to be strange. The color for sharing buttons should have the default color and not gray. Remove all of your untested plugins which can interact with the theme and causes this problem and check your custom code if you want something like this.

When I do a search all page and post excerpts looks great, exept for my “home page”. It contains some “code”, maybe from a widget on the “home page”.
Is the excerpt editable?

The “home page” is the one called “Hem”.

Is there a chart that you can provide so i can make sure all photos are correct sizes per section? This is becoming a constant problem.

I also wanted to know if there were specific dimensions for each block? Sometimes they do not show up centered and instead show only part of a picture I would like to make sure that all photos are centered evenly.

Maybe there is a problem loading the theme internal font (CORS issue), check in the browser inspector console. These would be some similar topics

You can remove that plugin, it is helpful only in case of thumbnails problems

But after the regeneration process is done , the plugin would not be needed anymore. You can deactivate it safely.

From what I see there is no background used. Under the header menu is a big grid, but I don’t know what you want to do with it. If you could provide some more details it would be helpful.
3. That is not possible with the options in the theme. The header logo is set once in the them panel and displayed on the whole website. It would only be possible with modifications in the theme files, like creating conditions based on category

I have been using the “Smart List” (Smart List 1 Template) since v.8 Newspaper with no problem. Since the update to v.8.7.2 a strange thing has happened. From numbers 1 to 10 on the Smart List the list works fine, scrolling “Prev” or “Next” within the Smart List. When I place the 11th entry in Smart List, rather than create Number 11 as an independent entry, the number 11 entry goes beneath number 10. The 11th entry appears with its proper number and title, but falls beneath the 10th listing. This repeats for 12, 13 and 14, and so on. I have checked the Heading Tags, which are “Heading 3 H3 Tag”, they are all consistent. The first time this happened I though it was just some strange goof, but it happens consistently at the number 10 entry on the Smart List. Appreciate your assistance with fixing this as I cannot go past number 10 when using the Smart List, template 1.

The theme uses a center-top cropping for the thumbnails used by all modules

Here is talking about updated time which seems to be added at the bottom of each post. It’s strange because our theme does not add something like this, sorry! MayBE, this effect comes from such untested plugins used by you. To achieve best theme results, you should remove all of these, clear all the caches and check the results. As a quick solution, in this case, would be to use such a custom CSS code to hide this date from that section. Use the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS area.

Has anyone a strange behaviour for canonical tags when using smart lists?
Eg:
Main post URL . exemple.com/post-name/ . as canonical URL exemple.com/post-name . shortlink ?316
2nd part of post URL . exemple.com/post-name/2/ . as canonical URL exemple.com/post-name/2/ . shortlink ?316
3nd part of post URL . exemple.com/post-name/3/ . as canonical URL exemple.com/post-name/3/ . shortlink ?316
etc….
Content in HTML is the same for all URLs,
Shouldn’t the sub pages canonical URLs point to the main post page? How can I achieve this? If Google was to honor the canonical tag which it tends to do, this can be an issue, even if the shorlink is the same.
I am still fairly new to working with Newspaper and TagDiv Composer, and we have not yet launched the website using the theme, so I do not know if this is working as intended or not.
When using TagDiv Composer and the Column Text element, if I insert a WordPress Gallery or insert an image with a caption, it does not display in TagDiv Composer; instead, it shows the [gallery] and [caption] short code with all the details. The caption is even stranger because it will show the image properly, but it will show the short tag around the image.
In addition, the galleries do not appear at all in the TinyMCE editor (accessed from the Column Text element). They show as a blank white area, but the short tags appear in the code editor.
When the page is published, the images show properly, but it is difficult to get the positioning correct in TagDiv Composer with it working in this way.
Is this just how TagDiv Composer works with these features, or is this a bug that can be fixed?
Hello my site is ai-europe.eu and everything works great with this theme. But I wanted to share my Homepage (not a Blogpost!! ) to FB and Linkedin. I took the Adresse out of the Browser and pasted it in an FB Post And the strangest thing occurred.
The image and Text I have never defined or typed in. Its a weird text. Facebook Picture
On LinkedIn it was even weirder:

Thats a picture from a Blogpost I did. and no Text at all.
Where can I edit this ?? Where can I define which picture is displayed and the text I want to share ?

Hello,
I just updated to Newspaper 8.72 but this has caused some problems with my header.
I’m using header style 8, but for some reason, the update made the search box move away from where it should be – further left, and further down.
This made the total height of my header increase and it looks strange too.
Here is an image showing before the update and after;
In the meantime, I’ve had to turn ‘Search Position’ to hidden so that the header displays properly.

I have some problems with the theme.
· I have 8.5 version and from yesterday I have some problems with the blocks, because I can not change them and I dont have any option in some parts of my website for them, not always, it is a bit strange.
· I have tried to upload it to 8.7, but, when I do that, some items that I have already done dissapear, icons, item of pricing, testimonials, food menu product (I can change border radious but it doesnt work), and others have some problems, so I had to back to the other version.

This is strange and it is a theme hook or filter or whatever because with tweenty* themes is working as expected.
We have several categories, some created time ago, some recently created but with similar ids (15, 18, etc.)
In our category templates we call get_the_category() function to do some tasks. With older categories array returns expected data, with newer categories templates, array is empty.
As I said, when we use a default theme, everything is working.
Sorry for my late response. You’re right in a certain state. After I disabled all plugins and activated them all again.. it worked again. Really strange. But thank you!!
