Hi,

@dalekurt
If the theme system status is set properly, something else must be causing the issue. Please try as a test to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, then check if everything works as intended.
Also check while editing the page with the composer, in the browser console. See if there are any errors present while trying to use the editor. Let us know the results.

Thanks

Hi,

Seems the composer is not working properly. Please try to reinstall the theme by FTP
https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Reinstall the Visual composer plugin as well, deactivate and remove it then install it from the theme package.
Also check the theme system status parameters, ask your hosting provider to make modifications if needed according to this guide
https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Let us know if there still are problems.

Thanks

Hi,

I believe you might be referring to the Hero element, which has an option for a description. This should be present in the general tab of the element
https://www.screencast.com/t/9CODmhlFwZRl
If the composer is not working properly for you, please check the theme system status
https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Ask your hosting provider to make modifications to the parameters mentioned, according to the guide. After everything is set properly, please check if the tagDiv composer is working properly.
Let us know if there still are problems.

Thanks

Hi,

The theme panel endless loop could be caused by insufficient resources. Please check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide
https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
You can ask your hosting provider for assistance or ask theme to make the needed changes for you.
After everything is set, please try again to use the theme panel. Let us know if there still is an issue.

Thanks

Hi,

For the loading issues please check the theme system status parameters
https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Make modifications if needed, or ask your hosting provider to make them for you according to the guide. Then check if everything works as intended.
If you use the mobile theme, this will not display the same content for pages, as on desktop. Maybe the plugin you are using provides a shortcode that you can use on mobile pages, in the mobile editor
https://www.screencast.com/t/nLgATZOIVobt
If that is not the case, then you could simply deactivate the mobile theme plugin. This plugin is optional, nor required. Then the same content form desktop will be shown.

Thanks

Hi,

That is usual, so you are creating the pages with the tagDiv composer, using desired elements. Then as you save and view the page there are no elements present.
Please check the theme system status and ask your hosting provider to make modifications if needed, according to this guide
https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Insufficient resources can cause issues like this. Then check if everything works as expected.
If there is still a problem please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information so we can take a look.

Thanks

Hi,

The elements will be displayed if you have updated the theme, and the multi-purpose plugin is active. They will appear below all other elements in the elements list

Hello Rogger Baylon,

First of all, check the system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Most likely, your PHP memory has exhausted and that’s why you cannot save anything.

Hello defocusmedia,

Please make sure that you are using the latest theme’s version via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/ Once the theme has been installed like this, all of the theme’s settings should work as expected. If the problem is til there after this, please provide more details about the issues, give me some useful screenshots so I will be able to provide a more accurate response. Also, ensure that your system status parameters are right increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Also, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them, leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and check the results.

Hi,

Yes that is possible, simply reset the theme activation key in the theme system status, then activate it in the new location. There is no problem doing so.

Hi,

Please try as a test to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, and clear any caching installed. Then try the composer again, see if it works properly.
The system status looks right, but there are errors in the console. This way we can identify if a plugin is the cause. Let us know the results.

Hello Flyer87,

Do you have checked your system status parameters to be correctly increased? Also, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them, leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files, clear all the caches, purge all CDN files if you are using Cloudflare and check the results. Also, make sure that you are using the latest theme version and WordPress CMS.

Hope this helps!

Hi,

It seems you have successfully configured the social counter in the sidebar, at the moment
https://www.screencast.com/t/RcslyR0BoGJ
The social counter requires information to be entered in the appropriate fields
https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
To ensure the proper functionality of the theme and theme plugins, please check the theme system status and make modifications according to this guide
https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
You could ask your hosting provider to help you in this matter, if needed. Insufficient PHP memory can cause such issues (endless spinning wheel).
