- NewsmagRequirements for Newsmag
Hello sangam116,
Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme, installed via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. If the problem is still there, you should try to make a new clean install from scratch.
Also, you check your system status parameters to be higher increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thanks for the message!

Hello cmistico,
First of all, please consult your system status and check if your speed booster is enabled or disabled. Most likely, the speed booster is disabled because maybe you are using some untested plugins which disable this plugin for safety and the resources are not moved in the footer section. Also, if you want to use the speed booster with any other untested plugins, you should read more here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/speed-booster-not-compatible-with-vaultpress/ After these changes, please try to set your speed booster plugin according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
Hope this helps!

But we installed it on another hosting account of same provider and it worked fine.
Only change in system status was PHP version.
It’s uploading images well when we installed theme at PHP 5.6.2 and does not work with PHP 5.2.7.
Can PHP version be reason of error?
Hey guys, i have installed this plugin: remove-category-url and i have this message in system status page:
SpeedBooster detected an incompatible plugin, to avoid any possible errors the plugin automatically disabled itself. For more info about this please contact us via the forum – https://forum.tagdiv.com/
Hi,
And is the speedbooster plugin active in the system status section? Most likely you use a plugin or more that are not compatible with speedbooster. Please follow this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tinymce-advanced-and-other-various-disabling-speed-boster/
Thank you!

Hello nico,
Please keep in mind that our theme uses by default the tagdiv_theme.js and if you want to use the tagdiv_theme.min.js you should use our Speed Booster plugin. For more information about this plugin functionality, please consult our guide here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
The Speed Booster is an optional plugin, and it works only with the tested plugins. If you use other plugins, it will be automatically disabled, and I suggest to check this first in System Status. However there is a workaround to make it also work with other plugins, you can read more here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/speed-booster-not-compatible-with-vaultpress/

Hi,
I suspect this issue may be cause by the max_input_vars parameter on your server, the default value for it is 1000 and we recommend that you change it to 5000 or more. For more information about this please check our guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/

Hello bz,
I have tested this feature on my side and the Image Carousel seems to work as properly with the latest version of the theme, as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/nRXyWtXfxczP -> http://screencast.com/t/ek2gGyl2 I suspect your problem happens due to your low value of PHP memory. Please ensure that you have updated your theme via FTP method because this is the surest way in this regard. Try to increase the system status parameters according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Also, clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results.
If the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP only with the required plugins and check the results.

Hello kleber,
Before trying the manual method, you can try a few things to get the demo install to work (the manual method is not a walk in the park. It’s easier if you get it to work automatically)
First thing you need to check is if you meet the newspaper system requirements:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Then you need to increase your system status parameters:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
These 2 will be required not only for the demos, they are requirements for the theme’s functionality.
Then, if the demo still won’t load, you need to check if you have the correct permissions on your upload folder. If not you can use the c-panel to change permissions (set them to 777) or if you do not have access to the cpanel, please contact your hosting provider. Another thing you can check with your host is to unlock the demo if there is some setting which blocks access to it.
If all of these will not do it, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and request the manual instalation and we will provide the XML file for the specific demo you want to import.
Thank you!
