Please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP method and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Notice that the WordPress is fully tested with the theme and until now we have not encountered any issues in this regard. Try my advice according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/ Also, please check your system status to be increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Check your PHP memory and increase theme because it may be exhausted.
Also, please notice that our theme has not been tested with WPEdit and we cannot say for sure if it will work or not with our product, sorry! Also, we cannot provide support for untested plugins.

Keep in mind that the Visual Composer is fully tested with the theme and it should work as properly. Please try to disable the old theme, delete it and make a new clean install from scratch only with required plugins and rule out any conflicts. So, you should make this online via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. Please notice that you should be logged in as administrator if you want to have some permission to use the Visual Composer editor, otherwise, you will have no permission. Also, please ensure that you are using the latest version theme which comes bundled with the latest version of required plugins. We already have a site running with thousands of visitors daily. I did a page speed test for mobile and we are geting 54%
I’ve cloned the same site on a sandbox location on the same server, installed your theme, even disabled most pl;ugins and we are now getting 0… but when we install your mobile theme whiich is not so flexible to do what we want, we get 34%
Ive left a few plugins we can’t do without and I went to status to see page booster
one by one I became shocked
v4.5 – Disabled – incompatible plugin detected: updraftplus/updraftplus.php
same for askimet, Disqus Comment System and some others
just seems that the plugin is of no use since these are kind of key plugins and even common ones too
please can you advice what next if your speedbooster doesn’t work?
What really concerns me more is that I activated 3 different themes on the same site and tested, they all performed way better and the only reason I bought this was the promotion that this theme was going to be super fast… seems a lot of optimizations beyond the normal is required if I’m not mistaken

I installed WP Super Cache, and it did not load the home page or its images, everything was left blank. As in the following image.

First of all, please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and if yo9ur are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicts. Make sure if your system status is correctly increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ You can try to disable the lazy load option from theme panel, clear all your caches and test again.

I’ve just bought and installed this through FTP, and I was wondering why I cannot save the theme panel?
I’ve checked the system status and followed up the instructions in https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ (I use .htaccess to configure the PHP.ini and SUHOSIN)
I’ve also clear cached (from plugin and browser), turned off all of my plugins too, but it still can’t save the theme panel.
Demo install works fine though, but when I want to save Theme Panel, the loading icon is just keep circling and nothing happened.
Hopefully your team can help me with this issue 🙂

I just got the Newsmag theme and installed it. Before the installation, I switched off all the plugins, except for the compatible ones. The PageSpeed in this case was around 75. Once the Newsmag was installed, the score dropped to 37 and the site is totally slow. I checked the system status and did everything whats in there, so everything is green there. I want to find out what happened, could you help me?
I also tried to install the necessary plugin, but it gave me the following error:
The plugin does not have a valid header.
Downloading install package from http://tribo.ru.xsph.ru/wp-content/themes/Newsmag/includes/plugins/js_composer.zip…
Download failed. Not Found
I tried to upload the zip file through FTP, but the error remained.

Try increasing the memory allocated to php and in your wp-config.php file.
On our box we needed to change it to 128M to have it work right (default WP setting is 40M, which is nuts).
Check the “system status” page in the theme panel to see where you’re at and where it’s recommended to be.
That is the usual issue with “it’s not working…”
(I don’t work here … just long time user) 🙂

You can request a refund on envato if you want, but this is not a problem from the start. The theme has a few requirements that your host must fulfill in order for the theme to work properly. Good afternoon: When I check the system status of the Theme within wordpress it launches an Amp plugin compatibility error with the Speed Booster plugin
I would like to know if there is any way to solve the problem without needing to deactivate the Amp plugin since I am using it by Webmasters theme and have the functionality of Accelerated Mobile Pages

Make sure you enough memory allocated to WP for Visual Composer; the default is not enough. See the ‘system status’ tab in the theme panel.

Is the plugin active? Did you check your system status? The plugin code needs to be changed and the id’s discovered using the provided function. If the function cannot find your id’s, you can try to disable all plugins except visual composer and speedbooster and check again. Plugins could interfere even though you remove the compatibility code from speedbooster.
