An internal server error it’s not caused by the theme, it’s rather related with a server misconfiguration. Please make sure that your server meet the requirements specified in our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/ also check if the parameters from system status have the values indicated here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
With regard at demos if you don’t want to import their content just import the settings. When a demo without content is installed are imported only its settings, by this is mean colors, fonts, header style and any other settings from panel. In this case you will have to create your own posts and pages and customize them as you wish.
By default the theme does not create content for you, that is not its purpose. The theme handle only site’s layout. By this I mean how post/page will be displayed, how a specific part will be colored, when/where some posts will be displayed depending by user’s options. You can look at the demos as starting point in customizing the site. A demo it’s a site already built which can be taken as example when you start you own site development.

Also, please notice that you will have to make some optimization settings in order to achieve a good performance with your site. We have a mini tutorial which you will have to follow all the steps from there if you want to have best results. Please notice that all of these steps involve additional customizations which are not covered by support and which you will have to do it yourself. If you are not aware of all the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

I’ve checked my “system status” and it’s good:
About my Plugins I’m not using Wordfence plugin, anyway I’ve disabled all Plugins except NextGEN Gallery due fear of losing images, but with no success for my issue.
There is no Suhosin in my php.ini, and my console seems ok (except ace.js notice and firebug netCacheReader.js warning):
How I can check now? I’ve no idea.

We tested our theme and we do not seem to have this issue on our side. The theme is optimized for best performances so please try this without any plugins. Disable all of them except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Also make sure you increase the system status parameters like this guide suggests: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ and make sure you meet the requirements for newspaper: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
If you still have issues with this, try to create a sub-domain and make a fresh install of wp and the theme for testing purposes.
