- TutorialsSystem status parameters guide
I am having the EXACT same problem. Any solutions? I checked all of my system parameters to make sure the limits were set high enough to accommodate larger files. When I look at the system status built in to the Newspaper theme, all the boxes show up GREEN indicating that my system meets all requirements.
I thought it was a Flash problem at first but when I choose to install the demo without the sample content, the flash pop up box works fine.

Hello,
Check the system status parameters and increase them according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Thanks.
Any page that we try to edit with tagdiv composer gives us a 520 error. We just cant access the composer.
Everything in the system status panel is green.
When we try to access the tagdiv composer from here (pic attached: https://prnt.sc/llfokc) – it gives a 520 error (since we are now using cloudflare CDN) (pic attached: http://prntscr.com/llfqox)
Astonishingly, we moved the website to hostgator web host and there we were able to access the tagdiv composer with ease, but once we are back to godaddy it is not working.
Very strange for us.
System Status only shows 2 lines in yellow:
1) Home URL != Site URL Home URL not equal to Site URL, this may indicate a problem with your WordPress configuration.
2) No caching plugin detected – for best performance we recommend using WP Super Cache
#1 Should not be a problem. We have always set WordPress in its own directory for tidiness purposes and have never had any problems.
#2 Should not be a problem either. I am working in a testing environment with no traffic.
I edit on theme panel and the site takes 10m or more until i can see the changes
The system status are ok, i cleaned cache and have no plugins but the recomended by tagvid

Hi,
Please check the permissions on your upload folder as suggested. More information here
– https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions
– http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-fix-file-and-folder-permissions-error-in-wordpress/
The second step is to make modifications to these parameters if needed, according to the guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Hosting providers can do this for you, most do.
Also check what PHP version are you using (should be higher than 5.6), check in the theme system status panel for example. There was a similar case before when using an older PHP version caused problems when installing a demo.
The last step if you have made all the above mentioned changes and the result is the same, is to contact us at the mentioned email address and provide all the necessary information (admin login, FTP access or cPanel if possible).
Also paste a link to this topic so we can identify you.
Thanks
