Hi, I know. We have restored it each time. However as there is such a jump in versions, I would like to apply an intermediate update ie V10 then jump to the current version.
We are hoping we missed the standard pack on the last few attempts to sort this – but we want to have a back up for on the day if that doesn’t work.

Hi,
You can do a backup to restore it.
Please deactivate the extra plugins during the update process.
Thank you!
Hi,
I am looking to run the updates on Friday again to try this out. Please could I have ZIP of V10 version so that I can also try that should the updates not work again?
We have tried this a few times now with no success and a few of us have looked at it, so I would like to be as prepped as I can on Friday to get the site working right.
Hi Calin, good to hear it’s on the list. Hopefully it’s straightforward to implement and available soon. Thank you for the update.
Hi Anamaria,
I did numerous tests and couldn’t solve it definitively, the problem always comes back.
I have Super Cache active with cloudflare, ngnix cache plesk, I didn’t have this problem before the last updates.
I’ll try to downgrade the version of the super cache plugin and see if it works, but one thing is for sure, there were updates with the latest version of wordpress and even on your part in the mobile plugin, and something may be wrong and forcing this.
Thank you,
Every Woo/TagDiv plug in is activated, I have tried following the instructions and the template is now updated, the cart is still stuck on loading though.
Had 3 of my Newspaper website hacked as well. All were running an older theme version, 10.x and WP 5.x
Updated and cleaned some files and it’s OK now.

Hi,
Please disable the tagdiv mobile theme plugin.
Using our theme you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
If you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer, then when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, the mobile responsive is what you see when that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Thank you!
Hello!
No. It should work well. Activate the shop plugin from Newspaper -> Plugins as well.
Do you have the latest update of the theme and plugins?
Thank you!
Hello,
Unfortunately, there is no option because the amp works with mobile theme and has a different structure.
Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions

Hello,
Yes, I hope that the update will solve the problems, if they still persist, the plugins will need to be verified for compatibility (it also happens that after certain updates they are no longer compatible).
Thank you!
Thanks and soon, I will update you.
Hi.
The last weeks, I do not know if is an update problem, but this weeks the homepage is looking like this.
Could you help me? Thanks!
Many thanks, Calin. We do need to update both WordPress and Newsmag to the latest versions (we are currently one release behind) and I will then check the problem. With luck, what you suggest will solve the problem without our having to fiddle with the plugins.
Michael
I had a similar issue. After updating, either wordpress or newspaper (automatically) the tagdiv plugins where gone. Had to reinstall the plugins. Is this a known error with one of the updates?
Hi Anamaria,
Thank you for helping me, I also suspected that it may be a cache problem, but it turns out that I already use Super Cache, as I have always used, with the settings you have indicated.
By chance, I remember that there was an update to the super cache, I don’t know if it’s related, I’ll try to do some tests by rolling back the version or redoing the settings, but if you can give me more indications of what it might be or other tests to find out, please let me know, I’ll get back to you when I have my tests done.
Thank you!
Hi,
Check this topic here are suggestions that can help you https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/video-indexing-issues-video-outside-viewport-after-update/
Thank you!
Since my last update of the code I have the following error on the log file.
PHP Warning: Undefined array key 1 in /home/unricorg/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_util.php on line 4909

Hi all,
Since the last update that when entering my site via mobile, it opens the responsive desktop version on the first visit, and not the mobile theme, but if you do F5 Refresh, it opens the mobile theme version, I don’t understand why this is happening.
The only thing I did recently was the last update, and I also updated the Google Adsense GDPR message, for some reason the first visit to the site via mobile does not pull the mobile theme version, only if you revisit the site on the next visit.
Thanks
There are updates? How long do you think it will take to resolve?
Recently, I bought a license for my Theme [ newspaper ] and I Active the theme, I got an older version of the Theme, and after the update everything was good, but when I want to apply for the Licence code, I am not able, does not have in dashboard “Activate now”, and when I click on the button in the top to Active the theme I getting the message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” and in the My Licence page i don’t have any domain there listed?
Please update the Twitter icon across the website, after the brand name change so that it looks like X.
UPDATE: I installed everything again clean. No idea what the issue was but it seems to be working now. This thread can be closed.

Thanks, I’m checking these steps and will update you soon.
Also, found this when I upload the image on WordPress admin:
”
The server cannot process the image. This can happen if the server is busy or does not have enough resources to complete the task. Uploading a smaller image may help. Suggested maximum size is 2560 pixels.”
Please check this link: https://prnt.sc/OZ5_lqYuWYPu
I also added small size image less than 2560 pixels
