If your settings from the theme panel are missing and you use default templates, then please make sure you have Standard pack plugin installed and active.

Like @great1212 said is not ok to set the r private key on forum because, other users can use it for there projects, so I remove it from your reply.
If you want to update the theme, the first step will be a full backup for your website and database and only after that update the theme.
The theme need to be update manually, via FTP/cPanel, upload the zip with the new theme version, then delete the existent theme and extract the theme zip, after that, from WordPress dashboard select the Newsmag > welcome and install/update the plugins from there, also, in case that you are using extra theme plugins and those are not in Newsmag > welcome section, check theme in Newsmag > plugins.

However, page loading speed can depend on many factors, and each website is unique from this point of view. Let me explain some of these factors and maybe they give you some starting points for optimizing your website.

Also, if you want to update the theme I recommend that you update the theme on a staging website and make sure that you have activated the tagDiv Standard pack plugin to keep the look of the website.

Greetings: I duplicated some pages td cloud templates as I had for a previous event 40 Under 40 and want to use the same files for a new event Top 100. Everything looked fine as I would open the Cat, Single, and Header and make the updates no problem, but the one thing I can’t change is when you look at the Cloud Library Templates my update Header still shows the mobile header of the old one. The question is how do I change the Headers mobile version? I know how to open the single or category and you use the manager to select which header you wish to use no problem, but there is no option like that for the header file to select its mobile counterpart? If you use Mobile theme plugin, then you can not edit the pages with TagDiv Composer.
You have only some settings for this layout, which you can find in Theme panel -> Mobile Theme. Please note that if a page is made by Composer, than the content won’t be displayed on Mobile theme version. You should create the content with the Mobile Editor.
So, you should add the content in the Mobile Editor, a special field only for the Mobile Theme plugin as in this screenshot per documentation: https://www.screencast.com/t/PqBz1IrupWxM
