I don’t know if it’s the fault of the update, the fact is that with 10.391 everything works, if I update wordpress gives me a fatal error message (something like:
critical error on your website, how to learn debug in wordpress).
Can you help me please? I absolutely want to upgrade to 10.4.

I did the update to 10.4, activated mobile plugin and apm, then found the homepage not working.
I turned the amp off, it didn’t help.
I did downgrade to 10.3.9.1, it didn’t help.
where could the problem be?
I sent login to ftp and database to tagdiv support

Not at all helpful, sorry. We know that this tool is in beta, and we know that it is not functioning well for a great part of the users (one only has to see the forum these days, after the update release date).
Transferring the responsibility of the bug I pointed out to another plugin (when the tool is not behaving like it should) is not a great way to make this theme work.
I hope that we can solve this, and many other bugs/issues, to use the most of this great theme! Thank you!
I have installed the theme but its not showing the entry point for license & thats why other plugins are not getting updated.
I have updated again to 10.4 now and it seems the release has been fixed with regards to the empty categories.
Hello, I need help to know how to make a backup copy of the theme used, since in the new update they advised me to load the pro version of the theme to apply the changes, but being an online newspaper it can see failures and data loss, for this reason I want to make a copy of the topic used by News Magazine.
Today i’ve installed the last update of Newspaper Theme Version: 10.4
After the complete installation of the theme, the YOAST SEO Plugin doesn’t work properly.
So, for the homepage i have a title insterted for the <title> tag and in the source code it shows the old <title> tag that was inserted.
Note that i didn’t made any updates for the YOAST SEO plugin.
Can you please check if there are any conflincts in the last update?

After the update, the share buttons name show the wrong colors.
They are set correctly to #ffa301, but they are colored on the page itself.

As this was not a CSS problem, I highly doubt the new tool (CSS analyzer) did the trick. So, the deve team must have implemented a fix (but didn’t share with us in the update..).
About the TD Composer, already did that (deleting and reinstalling it). It solved the AMP sharing buttons issue, but not this one..

1. It could be from the latest update, so I recommend you to reinstall the TagDiv Composer plugin and try again.
2. Try to reinstall the plugin, if the problem is still there please start looking for a plugin conflict.
3. Well, this you can find out only when you test your own website and fix the bugs related to your website page.

I tried to update all manually as describet ( I thing better thing),
but this time, for first time, at the end of process I had a blank page with a wordpress notice “fatal error, see how to do debug…” o something like that..
I come back via ftp and with backup site goes back to work..
According to you why this thing happended?

Also, if you have more extra plugins, please disable them and then update the theme.

After an automatic run, you have the possibility to do it manually.
“This custom tool performs an automatic test to find missing CSS rules applied by user interaction. Moreover, you can manually interact with a chosen section/component from the page while the tool records all the involved CSS.
