After you install the update, make sure that you update the theme plugins, these will not be automatically updated -> https://i.imgur.com/ZVX8pr3.png
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If you are trying to save something in theme panel and the loading icon is in a loop, ask your host to check if you do not have some firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request. Usually these make some 403 or 404 error in console when you click on save settings button from theme panel.

I’m having the same issue. I can’t save, many of the options with arrows just spin and spin and don’t load at all after the update.

I moved my site to another hosting and updated the theme to version 10.3.6 and Newspaper now stopped creating automatically when publishing videos featured images and thumbails. I always have the video format chosen and I do everything as before, but no photo of the video will be displayed next to the post or in the media library. Do you have any idea where the problem may be? Thank you in advance

Hi, i updated the theme and all plugins. But since this, the THEME PANEL are totaly strange.
First, the color are just grey or light grey (sound like disabled) and when I made any changes, just can’t save… because the SAVE CHANGES button are disappear!

Hello, I have used Newspaper for 5 years and really like it.
Just upgraded to 10.3.6.
–After upgrade the modal function for photos does not appear to be working. I have selected Modal image”ON” in the image detail window and the image shows up very large and no next “>” or previous “<” buttons. Images with Modal image “Off” show up the same.
–The search Icon on the home page does not bring up a search window.

Actually just noticed it has deleted the username itself since I added the Instagram username???

Make sure that all the TagDiv Plugins update as well. My update didn’t auto-update the TagDiv plugins so I went into the theme panel and did it manually. No other problems so far.
i have no theme panel..
tagDIV elements all missing aswell since the update…
not impressed at all…they should pull the update before anyone else tries to install it…

I have some problems with the Theme Panel after updating to 10.3.6 and updating the plugins:
1. Accessing Block Settings > Thumbs on Modules/Blocks will not open – continual spinner.
2. Opening Plugins’ Settings/Mobile theme shows a blank window. I.e no settings
3. Opening Plugins’ Settings/Multi-Purpose shows a blank window. I.e no settings
Checked Newspaper/System status – all OK.

My logo is not working.. the resolution is still 272x90px but it is cropped to a box !!! The latest Update totally Messed up my website !! What a loss to me ! Now i have to do almost everything from the start !!!
What the hell.. All my hardwork is gone when i tried to update to the latest version !!!My widgets are gone, my fonts are gone , everything is changed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why you are so irresponsible ???
Update: I deactivated all my plugins via phpmyadmin – I can access my backend again. But as soon as I activate td composer or td standard pack the site breaks.

Hi Financhaser, unfortunately for the moment there is no possibility to set popups elements in our theme, we hope to add this option in coming updates. Right now only the login and featured video are display as popup -> https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-video-popup-sticky-video-features/

I updated the theme via theme panel today. First theme, then plugins. Now I get the following message and my page is not reachable anymore:

Both mentioned files are in the correct folder with todays date.
After the lastest update, I’m still having a problem with Instagram. I received a “critical error” e-mail from WordPress, too.
Our Instagram feed is not appearing on our pages after the update. We see the following error message on our page:
Instagram GalleryBlock Render Failed – Invalid OAuth access token.
We accessed our Newspaper Theme Panel, and our Social Media area, and our button to access the Instagram feed is “greyed-out” and not clickable. The following message appears below:

This is strange, usually this is add by some plugins or custom code for ads.
As a suggestion, please make a full backup to your website and database and make a theme update to Newspaper v10.3.6 and see if the problems are still persisting.
