In some cases HTTP 500 errors were solved by increasing the WP-memory to 256M, that would be the recommended value. Check all the requirements and make modifications, let us know the results.

@gocciolo Note that now there is an option to disable the Google fonts entirely, this was introduced in the theme in update 8.7.5

As soon as they are disabled there will be no more fonts loaded, you can use your own for example.

So you mean something like an excerpt of the author description text, that is not possible unfortunately. The text that is entered in the WordPress description field will be displayed exactly as entered by the author, it cannot be shortened.

Also the current author box element does not show the author socials, this is on our list of improvements along other updates for this element. We will try to add more options to it over future updates.

The team member could be an option, it also can display socials, links to accounts can be entered manually in it.

I made quite a few tests in then meantime, for me there is no problem in editing all the versions of the page by language, with the tagDiv composer. For example I set a page as homepage, then added a translation to it

I tested with theme requirements and WPML requirements met

Also I had no other plugins active except theme plugins. You could double check all the requirements, deactivate all plugins except theme plugins and WPML plugins.

If there is no positive result we could take a look at the problem. Send us admin login by email at contact@tagdiv.com also include a link to this topic in the email.

The other issue, with the cloud library, this is investigated by us and it will be fixed. Seems to happen for some users, the plugin will be updated along with the theme as soon as possible.

@swamplingman That fix should work for Instagram, the theme update released after the fix was provided contained the same code. The fixes were for the widget and a different one for the plugin. After you replace the code in the theme file for the widget, be sure to clear any caching you have, as well as CDN if used. Also clear the browser cache. Also if possible test with a different ID, see if images are displayed.

However it would be best to update the theme and social counter plugin to the latest version, if you use an older version. There were changes made by Facebook and Twitter as well, so they may not work with previous theme and counter. In the latest version there are no know issues with the socials. I believe there is an issue currently, when the cloud library plugin is active the options for the sidebar are unavailable. This is investigated and it will be fixed in the coming theme update.
You could build the page with the tagDiv composer, there are plenty of text and image elements available to be used. Sorry for any inconvenience.

I suggest you make a new clean install to another sub-domain for testing, clear all the caches, update the plugins to the latest version of them and check the results. The theme install should have to be done via FTP way.

No, that is not possible. That isn’t the actual video you set as featured in the post edit screen, it is a thumbnail image created from the video. Once you set a featured video and update the post, a thumb from the video will be set as featured image

A video icon is placed over that thumbnail to indicate the post has a video format.

The theme modules will only display thumbnails, not videos. You can find out more about this here for example

There is no description for the tag templates, it may be added in a future update however. The new Cloud library plugin is in beta phase, it is also optional. If currently it does not meet your requirements, you could not use it for the time being. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Deactivate it if it appears as activated, then delete it. Re-install the social counter plugin from the theme plugins panel

Then activate it and there should be no problem. This plugin along with the composer will try to be updated automatically after a theme update, sometimes this fails however leaving the plugins deactivated. Let us know if there is still a problem.
