My Instagram follower counter is showing as 56, and the actual followers are over 5K. I updated the social counter to 4.3, still same. URL: https://mashtips.com
Open the page with td composer. Click on the news ticker and you will see something like this on the left http://prntscr.com/j8pytg. Move your cursor to where it reads row>column at the top and click on row. Then scroll down until you see a delete row button with a black background. Save the page (and update it if you opened from the WordPress admin pages section).
Do you use the plugin? If not, you can deactivate it. If you use it, delete the one you have and try updating it with the latest version that came with Newspaper 8.7.3. Several people have reported issues with the plugin in the latest update. If it is still causing errors, send an email with your WordPress admin credentials and site link to contact@tagdiv.com for assistance (and paste the link to this post in your email).

After theme update from 8.7.2 to 8.7.3, gallery thumbnails are not working correctly.
Thumbnail images either move to the right or to the left. Here is the code to show the gallery:

How to center the thumbnails as before?
Also, when I publish a photo gallery post, there is no thumbnail for that post. Is there any way to make the first photo as a thumbnail?

It is all unformatted, wrongly sized etc., when displaying as Newspaper 8, like the theme just isn’t working. I have reverted to the old theme (7) for the time being.
I updated to new version of the Newspaper theme, but my instagram still does not refresh with my id: faces_oman however it refreshes when i add a forward slash to my id: faces_oman/ This forward slash shows on the home page and wherever I have used Tag Div Instagram plugin. I had to do the same with the social counter. Please help. I don’t want the slash seen with my id.

Hi. With the update of the theme, I have checked that the social sharing buttons on the new AMP version are aligned center, but in the classic version of the theme, they are aligned to the left. So, can I change the alignment to center on the classic version?

Finally, 3 weeks ago I found the solution. The reason was not in the Newspaper theme. WordPress rewrote some global settings after the update to the version 4.9.5. So I fixed them, and everything works.
Thank you when I go to ‘update’ on my site it takes me to Envanto and to get the update it says I have to buy the whole theme again. Is this correct?

update: I just disabled *EVERY* tagdiv plugin + the LightSpeed Cache _(which, for some reason – this hosting company decided to include it on their server stack)_
& the Amazon ads started appearing. standby & I’ll toggle them back on ’till we figure out which one was the culprit…..

I have a BIG problem.
I would like you read the whole text carefully, it is important.
I started my journey on wordpress a few months ago.
I installed the theme, some plugins, and I began to customize the css of the website without knowing that I would first have to create a child theme.
A few days ago a man told me that, with the first update of the theme, I will lost all my changes without a child theme.
So I looked for a guide to update the theme (it was recently released a new version) without losing the changes.
I installed a plugin to make the backup.
I made the backup, and following the same guide on the internet, I tried to install the new theme, without success.
Wanting to go back then I took my backup of the theme and installed it: what happened? The site crashed due to the td composer plugin, integrated into my theme (probably something went wrong in creating the backup).
After restoring the site thanks to the assistance of siteground, the majority of the categories and widgets disappeared; moreover, as if this were not enough, the td composer plugin (the pillar of my website), after being reinstalled, now is flickering when i try tu use it.
Now I’ve recreated the missing categories and widgets, but the fact remains that I absolutely have to learn how to update the theme without crashing the site or losing the changes.
So what would I like to do with your support? I would like to create a correct backup of the site and proceed to update the theme without losing even a personalization (and of course resolve the crashing and the flickering of td composer).
