Hello,
There seems to be an analytics code error in your browser console. Please remove your analytics code and test again. Also disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
Thanks.
Hello,
The recommended permissions for a file is 644 and for a folder i 755. Make sure you have these set to your server.
Please also try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
If plugins did not affect permissions, then maybe another source could have. Please make a clean install of WP and the theme and test again as the file permissions are not changed by the theme.
Thank you!
Hi,
It seems to work on your site when the code is applied – https://www.screencast.com/t/qFjqtqn8Pjy and after I refreshed the page a few times the count increased from 39 to 43 with some delay.
Also this code does not affect the view counter, maybe you have installed a plugin with this functionality which can interact with the post view count feature and cause this problem. Try disabling all the plugins except Visual Composer and see what happens in regard to the post view count.
Thanks
Hello,
I can’t see the issue now but you do have errors in your browser console: https://www.screencast.com/t/0qkGZJfY
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Wow,
OK, this has been a great missunderstanding. This happens when you do not create your own topic. We assume you want to create something similar to the original post. This topic was about creating a tab on a post: https://www.screencast.com/t/tu1KlAs0zKB
If you mentioned your problem from the start this would not have happened. That is why wer recommend creating your own topic and detailing exactly what you want to do.
A video player will not work in a a tab element but you never mentioned a video playlist until now.
This is a visual composer limitation, not a theme limitation. You cannot use a video player with a tab element. Sorry. You cannot use tabs with video elements or video playlists.
Please next time create a new topic and add specific instructions to exactly what you want to achieve and where you want it.
Thanks
Hello,

Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
As for more custom fonts, you will have to edit the theme files like so: https://www.screencast.com/t/xYLB4ty7
Thank you!
Hi,
If a featured image is set in the post and enabled in Theme panel – https://www.screencast.com/t/UdNyuegnhjCL and it is not displaying it could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except Visual Composer, clear cache and also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thanks
Hello darel,
It seems to be a transitions issue which happens due to your untested plugins which you are using on your website, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/XiysNqh6 Most likely, some of them interact with the theme core files and cause this type of problem. Try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello paologalli,
I have checked your website, and I saw that you have some customizations through the site. Also, I noticed that you are using the Rocket Loader plugin which is very problematic with our theme and might cause a lof of unknown issues. Try to disable all untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
Those tags displayed above the Latest Articles do not originate from the theme. This could be a plugin so please disable all plugins except Visual Composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thanks
Hello JJ0000,
Most likely, this error happens due to your untested plugins used by you. Try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Also, if the problem and the error is still there, try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
Unfortunately you cannot use blocks on the mobile theme as it does not use visual composer. Blocks are added through visual composer which the mobile theme does not recognize. Sorry but the only way to showblocks on mobile is to use the standard responsive version of the theme and disable the mobile theme plugin .
Thanks

Hi,
The grid used in Category top post style 10 – https://www.screencast.com/t/uLIzlJlo is Big grid 10 shown here in the demo – http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/big-grid-10/ and you can add it on a page in Visual Composer – https://www.screencast.com/t/xOo8g3M4jFQm
Thanks
Hello,
A caching plugin is meant to increase page loading speed not drop it. There is some other issue on your site. There could be another plugin that provides a conflict with wp super cache. Please disable all plugins except visual composer and wp super cache, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then test for speed again.
Thank you!
Hi,
It should work, just open the page in Visual Composer editor, be sure to save any changes you make to the rows, blocks etc – https://www.screencast.com/t/5ttgjEyyL then click Update – https://www.screencast.com/t/xfZKgHfiaH
If you already did this and it still does not work properly, please follow this tutorial – https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ and adjust the parameters as explained because this could be related to exhausted memory used by php.
Thanks
Hello,
Please only use the visual composer version that comes with the theme. Please disable the plugin and delete it from the plugins section and then install it again from here: http://screencast.com/t/PtNqOuhl
If the error is still there, then access your files via ftp and delete visual composer (js composer) from your plugins folder and then try to install again.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.
Hello,
Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
You will see in the big red square that the mobile theme does not use visual composer.
You can make the mobile theme appear on mobile devices and the standard theme on desktop. This is the default mobile theme implementation.
Thanks.
Hello,
No, the visual composer is not modified. It’s the theme that is modified in order for it to be compatible with the plugin. You can use your own plugin if you have a payed license for it but there is just 1 limitation. When an update is released for the plugin, we need to make the proper adjustments in the theme if something should not work so you should be careful when updating the plugin if we have not made the proper adjustments yet. We only recommend using the version we have tested and implemented in our theme code. Right now it’s version 5.0.1
Thank you!
Hello fukutaryo,
If you want to display the Sidebar on front page only, you should use the Widgetized Sidebar element from Visual Composer, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/KGir4NpeiC
Thanks for the message!
Hello,
Please use this guide to update your theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and use this one to update visual composer: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
You do not need to pay anything extra. You do not have to buy visual composer
Thank you!
Hello,
Ok, let’s try this a different way.
The solution posted above was to place a tab element on a post. On posts you cannot use visual composer out of the box (it can be activated from the plugin settings but it’s not tested) so the solution was to create the tab on a page as shown above…but on an empty page. Your example is of a page that has lots of other content. Simply create a blank page and only add the tab element on it. Nothing extra.
Then after you set it exactly as you want it, access the text mode and copy all of that code inside the post content in text mode as well.
Thank you!
Is there a way I can use the mobile theme AND the visual composer. For example can I make the mobile theme appear on mobile devices and the visual composer contents appear on desktop?
Do you use a modified version of VC in here? I have a license so I can update it at anytime not sure if that would break anything or not with this theme. It would certainly get rid of that annoying register your license to get free updates message.
I’m really sorry for the late response. I was still expecting an e-mail at a response, but I forgot I was redirected to this subject from my own subject.
So this is what I don’t understand:
I have the Tabs elements and have also put titles on each tab and a link, That is completely done. Then you say I have to ”take this code and place it in your post editor, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/O3BcsOHV -> http://screencast.com/t/HSb0Jso7 ”
At that part I am completely losing you and have no idea what to do. When I go to ”Backend editor” and then click ”text” like you say me to do in this picture: http://www.screencast.com/t/O3BcsOHV
I then see this on my screen: https://www.dropbox.com/s/reqvp19flxgcyno/Schermafdruk%202017-01-13%2017.27.54_Ink_LI.jpg?dl=0
And then you posted this picture: http://screencast.com/t/HSb0Jso7
And I have no clue what to do with this and this text you put there ”this si the code from visual composer editor” is also not helping.
Could you just be way more descriptive in each step, because it seems you are taking leaps and I am missing parts.
