Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. The test again. It could be a plugin conflict. Also if you have any custom code added, please remove it and if you use a child theme please witch to the main theme to rule out any customization issues.

Please3 keep in mind that our mobile theme has not been tested with the external cache and if you have these the theme will not working as properly.
After several investigations in this regard have concluded that this type of issue come from WP Super cache which is not fully compatible with WordPress 4.6 and that’s why this problem occur. We hope that WP Super cache plugin will be updated it as soon as possible and that problem will be fixed. Notice that this issue appears and on Mobile Theme from Jetpack when the caching plugin is active.
Please notice that we have reported this issue to Jetpack and we are waiting for an update from them. Until that, you should use our workaround posted here -> https://github.com/Automattic/wp-super-cache/issues/132
Also, please try the theme without any untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting in the theme.

I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using an old version of the theme with some untested plugins. Please try to update the theme to the latest version of it (Newspaper 7.3), update the Visual Composer to 4.12, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. If you want to bring high results with the theme, please notice that you should keep up with our updates. 3) Sorry but the modules cannot be modified. They do not have block settings like blocks do. On categories you can only select the style you want to have but the posts will be only in the latest sorting order. You cannot use visual composer on categories.
4) This is the case with css. It affects all of the elements sharing the same classes so the code has to be made proper by a developer that has the time to think of all the possible implications :). Css is a very complex part of a site. Please remove the custom css I provided as it cannot be re-written at the moment as I added !important tags to it. Remove the code and let meknow about it so i can access your site again and provide the correct version of the code that will not affect the mega-menu.

Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. It is possible that your untested plugins used by you in theme to interact with it and cause a lot of unknown issues.

Please notice that all these types of customizations can be made using the Visual Composer plugin which is fully tested with the theme and you can use it without any problems. Also, please notice that is not a simple task and you will have to assess through reading the plugin’s documentation in order to achieve the similar layout. I am not sure what exactly could cause that issue. You can try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, then test the site again. Is possible that the tracking code from google to not track every visit and the stats to not be relevant.

The 500 error is usually a server side error meaning that there is something wrong but the server couldn’t provide more information about the problem. It is a general error usually caused by configuration issues with the websites programming, PHP or system permissions.
I found here some useful information about possible reasons on this errors and a few tips in order to fix it: http://pcsupport.about.com/od/findbyerrormessage/a/500servererror.htm Also, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out conflicting plugins. Also, please try contacting the hosting provider, tell them this problem and they should be able to provide a more accurate response.

I’ve checked your site and noticed that you have a very strong cache which may affect page’s content. The cache may come from from your server so try to contact you host provider and ask him if there is an cache on the server. The cache it’s very tricky, even if you deactivated the cache plugin some pages may still be delivered from cache. Try to enable WP Super Cache again and delete the cache a few times then test the site again. Note that WP Super cache is not fully compatible with V 4.6 of wordpress but you can use the fix from this topic as a temporary solution: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-theme-does-not-work-properly/
There is a big difference between mobile theme and the responsive theme. Basically the mobile theme load a simpler version of the page, fewer resources are requested and the page load faster. There is no support for shortcodes in mobile theme and when the server prepare the html it’s skipped a lot of php code from Visual Composer, the queries made to the database are fewer and the response time is smaller. Also page size is smaller on mobile when mobile theme plugin is active.
However the difference may be negligible if the site is not properly optimized. Our theme was developed to be fast but to hit a good score may be needed additional customization.

– on homepage displays three posts from featured category fallowed by latest article list.
– on other pages displays only the content from mobile editor.
When mobile theme is deactivated you will have the same content displayed on any device, there is no need and additional setup for the page.

Since last 4-5 days , I am working on Newspaper theme for day and night and have done many modifications. But there are few parts of various demos that I do not know to imply. Since I am the creative unique layout for my home page so I don’t’ really want to import the full demo settings from any particular demo types.
Though for learning purpose I do have options to take the backup of my current homepage using “Visual editor classic mode” and then install any demo I want to use. But the real problem is- Installing new demo layout not only changed the Homepage layouts but it also changes various other settings like theme color, header , fonts etc.
I have already worked hours for other settings and hence I don’t want to loose any other settings. So, I want only “Classic mode codes” from all our demo layout styles. or If there is any other way to get the “classic mode” layouts for homepage like using google chrome “view page source options etc.
If it’s not possible to provide classic mode codes for all themes , please give me the codes for “http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_blog_travel/ ” because I love the first front page slider on this page and I want to use it.
or if you can suggest any other method to achieve what I want to achieve, please let me know.

Please notice that our system is based on cropping and not for resizing of images. Our cropping system to the center to top. Please notice that the cropping system of our theme is the same for all featured image and this will crop the image from the center to top. I have installed Newspaper theme very recently on my website tomatoheart.com and hence I have all the updated version of all themes and plugins. My Mobile plugin is active and I can see it’s settings under “Plugin settings”- “Mobile Theme”
I do have made some changes here like Search button colors or menu background colors but when I visit it on mobile – I only see the mobile responsive version of the desktop version, not the mobile plugin version.
A few days back, I did notice the mobile plugin versions ( with three featured and then latest articles) but it never remains permanent and now I can’t even see it.
Are there any things which I should enable or disable after installing and activating “Mobile Plugin” ? Since I am editing/modifying various things, hence I have disabled super cache and CloudFlare integration options, hence there should be no issues because of cache or cookies.
Also, please tell me what is the right way to use default default mobile responsive version of this theme rather than using mobile plugin version? Should I deactivate the plugin ? How much speed difference is there between mobile plugin version and mobile responsive version? If it’s very little or negligible , I would love to use the mobile responsive version with all visual composer elements.
3. Is there any way to design two different homepage design using Visual composer , one for mobile and other for desktop as we have options to do the same with other pages like Contact pages, about us page etc ( Mobile editor and desktop editor) ?
4. If the mobile plugin is disabled, still I have re-write – pages like ( about us, contact us etc) in mobile editor section of pages or it’s valid only in case , I have enabled mobile plugin?
Please help me to understand and correctly setup the mobile theme for my website. Thank you.

Please notice that the parallax/responsive effect can be made only using the Visual Composer and that effect it can be maintained only for the stretch row on the full image and not for another image, sorry! If you want to achieve similar parallax effect using the CSS, please try to search some online solutions in this regard or you can read the following topic because there you will find some steps about you can achieve this -> http://www.w3schools.com/howto/tryit.asp?filename=tryhow_css_parallax and could useful for you.

The duplication of featured images usually occurs when adding the image in the featured image section and on the post itself thus resulting in 2 images being displayed. Please make sure you do not ad the featured image inside the post content. Only add it here: http://screencast.com/t/fl8HNEo5
If this is not the case, we did have reports in the past with featured image duplication caused by plugins. Sometimes plugins add their own featured image like photon for example. In your case I can see in the code a WPDM template which contains the image. It could be a plugin causing this so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then check the posts again.

The theme has been developed to be fast but it may still need configurations on this matters so test your site using google’s page speed insights testing tool(or gtmetrix) and make sure you follow the guide instructions and methods then test your site again.
I’ve tested your site using google page speed and noticed that your server response time is very slow. As I can see in your source page, you are using a RAW HTML from Visual Composer with a custom code added by you. So, please try to disable all your plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out a conflicting plugin. I have checked your console and I noticed that you have some js errors which might be created by these untested plugins which you are using on our theme and which can interact with it and cause a lot of unknown issues.

We deactivate front-end editor from Visual Composer trough a hook because some times appear issues when theme’s blocks are used. You can enable the Visual Composer front-end editor by removing this code from theme’s functions – http://screencast.com/t/1N4LB7WhP2jR but unfortunately, will not work properly if you use theme’s blocks on the page.

I have the same problem. But my VP does not appear when I want to create a new entry. I do not have the option to use the plugin.
