We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. Edit the page with TagDiv Composer. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB; there you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and design for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
You can choose to use whichever one is more affordable and useful for you.
From my point of view, if you don’t use the Mobile Theme plugin, then there is no reason or benefit to AMP. Please read all about AMP here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
It comes with its own templates/design for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Documentation here:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/
Note that you can not customize AMP so much, because it comes with its own design.
About the page speed, please check this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-page-setup-and-peformance/
Thank you!
I am trying to update the look of my website but I updated the Newspaper theme today and now the tagdiv composure is giving my website a high CPU Usage
Physical Memory Usage
1 GB / 1 GB (100%)
I/O Usage

Hello
My issues with my theme comtinue to my frustration.
Many of my posts are not being responsive and making whole site look bad.
Many artciles are not being responsive such as the sidebars not sliding down correctly, I have tried everything, from changing caching plugin settings, disabling thing like server side litespeed caches, pausing cloudflare, rebuilding the single post template, and these things keep happening all the time
Here is an example of an article that is working
https://www.techbusinessnews.com.au/blog/the-benefits-of-autism-in-the-technology-industry/
Here is an example of one that does not. The side bar does not come down correctly and the social icons at the top of the post dont show up leaving a gap.
Then some days some will work, but the other ones that were working correctly before will stop working. The theme is being a nightmare to me and I hope someone from your team can solve all my problems once and for all.
Hello!
I’m sorry to hear about this. Please note that every page speed needs some improvement, and it is not enough to install a plugin alone because there are many factors which can affect your page speed quality.
Some factors which you need to take into account are:
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors, if you are using the Standard Pack plugin or not, if you are using the PRO demo or a standard one.
Every code is needed for your great design of the page. It depends on what and how you insert the content and how many elements do you use for that page.
Unfortunately, we can help you only with some advice. Please note that page speed is not covered by the support team: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/
Thank you for understanding!
Hello!
You are not wrong. We have clients who have a 100 % pagespeed score with our theme, but it will require a little bit of interest in optimizing. Our developers are working hard to improve the page speed in every update, so make sure you use the latest update.

I am using on my website your tagdiv mobile theme plugin.
How exactly your mobile theme plugin does it detect the device type?
My problem is that some times randomly i have responsive theme template on mobile and not the tagdiv mobile theme template.
My plugin for caching is litespeed and i need your answer to fix the issue with the help of litespeed support team.
My website is on production level so answer me ASAP please.
Hi,
If the settings on those website are “somewhat identical” then the only thing that is coming in my mind is the server, the ads and the pagespeed.
If the server is the same one, the check the ads and the pagespeed from websites. For example the last one is the faster one and the one that passed the core web vitals on both mobile and desktop.
Thank you!
Hi, we are using perfmatters plugin to improve the speed of the site. When enabling the feature ‘Removed unused CCS’ we are encountering an issue with the images that are showing up on top of our homepage: the images doesn’t load until there interaction (it takes even more time on mobile). There is an option in perfmatters plugin to remove some items and we would like to remove these but I am not sure what we need to put in the plugin.
Our website is: https://bettingpicks4you.com/ the images in question are the wrapper box at the top of the homepage. This is what they need to remove from the plugin action:
CSS
Excluded Stylesheets: Exclude specific CSS (stylesheets) from the Remove Unused CSS feature by adding the source URL (example.css), or by adding a unique portion of the source URL
Excluded Selectors#
Exclude specific CSS (selectors) from the Remove Unused CSS feature by adding the element id, class name, etc. (#id, .class).
If you can advice what we should exclude to avoid images not loading with such a delay that would be great.
Hi,
I just checked the website and the core web vitals are passed now -> https://i.imgur.com/GdI7jWu.png
Also, if you are using the WP Rocket plugin you can set those settings –
> https://www.infophilic.com/get-almost-100-pagespeed-newspaper-theme/
Also, for the mobile version you can try the mobile theme plugin.
I hope this will help you!
Hello!
A good choice for the page speed, it could be the mobile layout which contain less elements because it can improve a bit your page speed.
Our developers are working a lot to improve the page speed in every update, so make sure you use the latest update(11.4.2).
Some factors which you need to take into account are:
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors, if you are using the Standard Pack plugin on not, if you are using PRO demo or a standard one.

Note: If you want to use version 1 or 2, then you need to deactivate the mobile theme plugin and see the results.

Hello Ripunjay!
Your pages are loading pretty fast, but not your images. As a suggestion, disable the lazy load animation: https://www.screencast.com/t/O5pfqQdb

Hello,
I am facing a lot of problems with mobile pagespeed optimization. The theme is really slowing down my website for mobile devices.
There are a few of the render-blocking resources that show up for mobile devices.
https://snipboard.io/3lzOcC.jpg
https://snipboard.io/bO8SxX.jpg
https://snipboard.io/A0c63T.jpg
My domain is wirefray.com
I would request you to look through all the render-blocking resources, unused CSS and unused JavaScript in PageSpeed Insights, and tell me what I should do to fix them all.
Please note, the result will carry from time to time since I am using a cache and CDN to optimize my website, but these problems do exist.
Regards.
Hello!
When I access your website, it is working well and pretty fast.
Maybe you can try to optimize your website.
The speed of the plugins depends on your host provider, internet speed, and even your computer performance and how many elements you use on that page.
Please note that page speed is not covered by the support team: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/
