Hello,

I recommend checking if you use standard templates from the theme panel, blocks from 1 to 25, and big grid blocks. Replace them with cloud templates and Flex block and big grid flex blocks, and disable the tagdiv Standard pack plugin. The prebuilt website doesn’t affect your page speed and how the website loads, but maybe on the other website, you have other extra plugins, and you optimized the website using the cache plugin, a plugin for images, and the OMGF plugin for Fonts. This depends on how your website is optimized and what plugins you use. You can provide the link to your website to check it.

Hello!

There are a lot of plugins, but depending on your website setup. For example, you can try: the WP Maintenance Mode & Coming Soon, SeedProd – Coming Soon & Maintenance Mode, LightStart – Maintenance Mode, Coming Soon, and Landing Pages, UnderConstructionPage.
Check Hostinger’s built-in options: Sometimes, Hostinger’s maintenance tools might conflict with third-party plugins.
Disable caching plugins temporarily: Some caching plugins (like LiteSpeed Cache or WP Rocket) can interfere with maintenance mode pages.
Test plugins on a staging site before activating them on the live website.

Hello,

My website metrics have improved significantly, and I want to thank you for your help. However, I’m currently facing two issues:

Desktop Shows Mobile Layout

When I open the site in a desktop browser, it displays the mobile version/layout instead of the desktop version.
Images Loading Very Slowly

The images on my site take a very long time to load, or sometimes do not load at all.

I am using EWWW Image Optimizer and LiteSpeed Cache. Despite these optimizations, the images still load quite slowly, and the layout issue persists on desktop.

Hello,

Please disable the wp super cache because you need there a strong cache plugin, like WP ROCKET OR Litespeed cache.
As I said, please disable the AMP because it is deprecated and no longer used.
After you run to optimize the images, you need to use this to regenerate the thumbs -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbs-on-modules-and-blocks/ and use this option for blocks

Hello,

I am experiencing the following issues with my WordPress theme and would like to request support:

Slow Site Loading and Performance Issues

I receive “Largest Contentful Paint (LCP)” warnings in speed tests.
My Speed Index is also significantly high.
These negative results in Google PageSpeed and similar tools are affecting user experience.
Recommended Plugins and Settings

I have installed WP Super Cache as recommended by the theme support team.
I followed the setup instructions provided at https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
I also configured my Cloudflare settings as detailed in the theme documentation at https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Ongoing Problems

Despite these configurations, I am not seeing a notable improvement in my PageSpeed scores, especially concerning LCP and Speed Index.
The site remains slow to load.
Mobile View Issue

On some devices, and occasionally even on my own computer, the site displays the mobile version instead of the desktop version.
This occurs randomly, suggesting there might be a caching or theme conflict.
I have attached a screenshot of the Google PageSpeed results for reference.

Could you please assist me in troubleshooting these issues? Are there additional cache, Cloudflare, or theme settings I need to check or adjust? I would also appreciate your guidance on resolving the mobile view problem.

Help with Mobile Page Compatibility - topic

Hi

I have successfully created a mobile version of my website using the tagDiv Composer without enabling the tagDiv Mobile Theme and Official AMP for WP options. Everything is working fine as expected.

However, I noticed that enabling these two options might further improve speed and optimization. After activating them, I realized that the mobile pages I painstakingly designed seem to not be applied within the tagDiv Mobile Theme and Official AMP for WP frameworks(It is the default theme style).

Is there any way to directly copy my existing styles and setting into the tagDiv Mobile Theme and Official AMP for WP? Or is it recommended to keep these options disabled in my case?

I did a lot of optimising and I want to say that fast speeds are possible. I have NGINX and have redis and fastcgi also I use WPROCKET. When you optimise things correctly – you get great speeds when pages are cached. However, if you have trouble with noncached pages which was my case – I used Super Speedy Plugins. Without cache pages used to load for 10 seconds, now they load for 1 second without cache, also you can check my search bar – it has incredible speeds with over 500k posts. I will attach a link to the plugins, I left a video review for them and you can see the difference. https://www.superspeedyplugins.com/ (scroll to see my review).

New TD composer mobile page showing two versions - topic

I’ve got a second license and launched a new website lincolnshirewire.com

It’s almost the same as the site I’ve operated on Newspaper for ten years

But this time I decided to design a mobile home page and mobile single post template using TD Composer mobile to be different from desktop versions.

I don’t use AMP plugin or Mobile Plugin on the site

The confusion is that although I designed the header and it’s settings are set to global – the page sometimes appears with the header being the one from the desktop TDC pane from the mobile viewport setting ( in this case blank in that viewport ) and full designed in the desktop viewport.

Other times it’s correct and is from the separate templates.

I set up WP Super Cache as instructed – and have also tried Litespeed Cache which the other site operates with and is a hosting recommendation.

When no cache plugin is activated at all the problem resolves and the correct page shows – either cache plugin activated causes the problem.

It’s early days for the site so no cache is fine now – but how can I change cache settings to fix it

Sorry for the delay.

You may have a point about the footer lazyload. However, to know for sure I suggest doing it like this.

Activate the footer lazyload, then clear all the caching, also CSS and JS.

Using the URL inspection tool from Google test the homepage https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/9012289?hl=en

Check what Google sees in the homepage, like this https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/9012289?hl=en#view_screenshot or there should also be a “View crawled page” link to see the HTML.

If the footer content is there, then there is no problem.

In terms of CSS and JS settings, I see you are already minifying and combining the resources. But I don’t think the delay JS option is active https://prnt.sc/33MTHwnBWFFQ Were there issues after activating it perhaps? That setting helps a lot with the score, but can also break some things.

It usually takes some time to make the website as fast as possible. The best case scenario is to activate every possible optimization setting from the theme and from the litespeed plugin. This can result in visual or functionality issues. Then it is about tuning the options, excluding resources that break or depend on others, etc. It can take a lot of time and testing.

Have you tried this option to delay the footer load https://prnt.sc/cK5eSqf5Clcw This may increase the score by reducing the DOM size.

I see that some images are served in webp, but not all of them https://prnt.sc/JMXIC9rG1jE7 I suggest checking to make sure that all the images are converted to webp.

Also there seems to be no lazyload active on the website https://prnt.sc/Qvvj6foUkjrr I suggest activating the litespeed lazyload, in the media settings. In case there are issues with the images after enabling it, I suggest deactivating the pone from the theme https://prnt.sc/rdDEmi_aHSeS

I’ll check the website more, and try to make more suggestions. In the meantime please try what I suggested so far, so we can see how the website performs.

Hello,

I am using the Newspaper theme for mobilehub.ro. The theme looks great when customized, and we want to keep it for the long term. However, the main issue preventing us from using it until now is the optimization. With almost any other theme, we can achieve scores that pass Web Vitals, but unfortunately, with this theme, we cannot.

Below, I’ve included a screenshot showing what we see when using the Newspaper theme, along with certain LiteSpeed settings that should facilitate passing Web Vitals or at least getting close to an acceptable score.

We are using fairly standard templates with minor optimizations, ensuring we don’t include anything that could slow down the website.

Unfortunately, this score impacts our visitors’ experience, and we absolutely need to fix it. We want our site to perform very quickly, and we are running on a LiteSpeed server.

Surely there are other users using LiteSpeed who have managed to pass Web Vitals. If anyone here can share their settings, I would be very grateful.

In the meantime, given LiteSpeed’s popularity among users—thanks to its free plugin and excellent compatibility with other themes—could you please let me know the best settings that the tagDiv team has tested with this theme?

If there is no way to pass Web Vitals with LiteSpeed, what other configuration would you recommend? I have read all the guides suggested on this forum and external sites referenced by tagDiv team members, but I still haven’t been able to pass Web Vitals with this theme. It’s a bit frustrating knowing there are sites in your niche that load instantly, and you can’t achieve the same.

MOBILE THEME or MOBILE TEMPLATE? - reply

Hello,

There is an option to disable the mobile theme from a page/post – https://i.imgur.com/d3kTBRf.png. This option appears in the Gutenberg editor. After you disable the mobile theme on the page, you can use the responsive version. There are no other solutions.

Unfortunately, I’m experiencing the same issue. According to PageSpeed, on mobile, the First Contentful Paint is >5 seconds and the Largest Contentful Paint is >9 seconds in every test. On PC, the values are excellent. I’m using WP Rocket and the MOBILE TEMPLATE, which I set up with Composer.

I simply can’t figure out what I should do. I’ve tried all sorts of settings in WP Rocket based on various guides, but there’s no improvement in this area. What could be the problem? Website: https://ajovokezdete.hu/
