There are translation plugins that you can use. The theme is compatible with WPML, but there are also free plugins that you can try

It would be helpful if we could inspect the issue. Please make sure that this is caused by the WPML plugin. Deactivate all plugins except theme plugins and WPML and clear all caching installed. There should not be any layout problems like you mention.

Most of the items are closed, just a couple of comments if you allow me:
1. “You can simply dismiss the message.”
Can you please explain the best way to do this permanently?
Each time I close it, stills comes up “site-wide”…
2. I’ve managed to “manually” change them all.
However the footer / “about us – FOOTER TEXT” is resisting… (WPML can’t find the string…)
Any comments on this?
3. We do not use Adsense, is just a static image, however we want to be able to change it by language (one in ENG and one in ESP).
A bit of php code will do that (an example attached)

PS: I realize that the “Per post category” on the theme settings only works for the main language categories and not the translations. I will be a great improvement to have this option for multilanguage sites as well.

1. That message is not an error, it was added to let people know not to use the translation panel if they use WPML. You can simply dismiss the message.
2. I believe you must use the string translation module, for the widget titles

3. I couldn’t say how you could display ads by language. The theme supports Adsense ads and also other ad implementations, but it does not have such advanced options by default

I have a problem with wpml. I want to create a sidebar for each language so I go to the widgets section and I create it. I choose “show on spanish language” but as soon as I press save, it changes to “all languages” and so booth sidebars are present on each language of the website. How to fix it?
And the question: is it possible to create a different homepage for each language?

I have a few question regarding the translation / localization, perharps you can point me in the right direction here. The main site is in Spanish, and I am using WPML for english as second language.
I’ve read and research, however still have some issues with:
1. Translation .po – .mo files / Theme panel options “mismatch”.
I am getting this error:
WPML Plugin is active! When the plugin is active, the *.po - *.mo files are used instead of Theme Panel Translation.
So following the indications in your documentation, I’ve added the .po – .mo files accordingly for spanish.
However:
a. The “error” message is still on.
b. Not all the string are translated.
Mainly you can see that in some parts of the signin form.
Example: “Create account”, “Welcome! Register for an account”, “Forgot your password? Get help”, etc…
Even if I see this options in the “theme panel” / “Translations” they are NOT in the .mo .po files to modify or translate.
Am I missing something here? 🙂
Any ideas?
2. How to Translate Widget “Custom Titles”.
Simply question, I’ve added quite a few different “theme widgets with custom titles”, however they are not appearing as “Strings” in WPML…
How can I translate the “custom titles”?
3. Banners by language.
I know this is a “hard one”, but I assume I am not the first one to ask and it could be useful for others.
Any way to change the banner by language?

I could ‘t say exactly why the search results are displayed like that by Google. Maybe you can find more similar cases online. It could have something to do with the website language.
The Yoast SEO plugin has to be used for SEO optimization, the theme does not have any options or settings in this matter.
For translation you could try the qTranslate plugin. The theme is compatible with WPML also. Or make tests with other plugins as well

I believe that verification code has to be entered in the theme header file, between the head tags

I have inspected your website and I saw that you have different layouts in this regard. This behavior could happen due to using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and which can cause such unknown issues. Also, I saw that it applies a CSS which I cannot identify from where come from, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/dENNpUIdCM which breaks the layout. I recommend you to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way and try using only the WPML with Woocommerce without any untested plugins and some CSS minification to exclude any conflicts. Clear all the caches and check the results.

Hi, I’m using the preset footer layout with WPML and the 1st column footer which is supposed to be editor’s picks is not showing any content. Is there a way I’m supposed to specify that content?

Can you tell my why the layouts would be different?
Ok, so I’ve turn off plugins and cleared cache and I still have the same issue.
However I’ve also noticed my WPML translated products have a different layout and don’t have the same issue.

Contact form 7- used to make contact forms
bbPress- forum plugin
BuddyPress- social network plugin
Font Awesome 4 Menus- icon pack, supported in the theme menus
Jetpack- plugin with lots of features *it may slow down your site
WooCommerce- eCommerce solution
WordPress (Yoast) SEO- SEO plugin
Wp User Avatar- Change users avatars

Try the plugin without them ad system first and make sure the ads actually show up first. Add the inside the post content for testing.

Unfortunately I cannot say for sure because starting from the current version the minified version of js is used by our theme. We have not tested assync with our theme js so I can’t say for sure. I assume you are doing this with a plugin so please note that the only tested and recommended plugins to use with our theme are as follows:

From what I can tell you want to show a custom post type in a standard category. A custom post type has a custom taxonomy as well.. Only posts with a post type of ‘post’ can show under the taxonomy called a ‘category’
The plugin you use is not tested so i cannot say for sure if the plugin will work properly with our theme or not.
