If it works on a clean install then it is clear that it is a problem with you current install.
Please try to re-install the theme and see how it goes. I cannot provide you an answer what could affect this as it doesn’t happen on my side and like you said it works on a clean install.

Hi,

You will have to update your theme as there was a problem with the mobile theme and the previous version of the theme. Please re-download the theme from themeforest and use this guide to install it : https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ The version will still be 7.3 as we did not change the version.

I suggest to check this without any other plugins except Visual Composer and Yoast to make sure there is not a conflict, as on my side it works and also we did not received any reports in this regard.

You need to update also all the plugins that come with the theme(Visual Composer, Social Counter..) from the plugins folder – https://forum.tagdiv.com/whats-included/

Also it is recommended to make a full backup so you can revert in case that something goes wrong – https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups

Exista un Editor separat unde poti adauga continutul pentru mobile. Daca vrei acelasi continut ca si pe desktop, poti dezactiva pluginul Mobile Theme, pentru ca tema are deja o versiune pentru mobile. Pluginul este optional.

We did not tested any fb plugins with our theme, but based on many users reports it should work properly with the theme. You will need custom modifications for this as the mobile logo was designed to appear on the mobile header between the menu and search icon.

Unfortunately the W3TC plugin is not tested with the theme and it is a complex plugin which has many settings that could conflict with the theme. So you will need to check the plugin’s settings and see what couse this issue.
We recommend Wp Super Cache with this configuration – https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
If you want to uninstall the W3TC plugin please check this tutorial – http://journalxtra.com/wordpress/uninstall-w3-total-cache-proper/ as it is not enough to deactivate and delete it.
