You can create a sidebar with tagDiv Composer like in this article https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/ You can set the layout of row.
1. Add 1 row (or existing one) or more inner row
2. Split into 3 columns
3. You can add whatever element you want into the second column and consider it a sidebar.

, if the ads are auto ads, then you need to add the code between head tags, this can be set in our theme in Theme Panel -> Analytics/Js Codes.
