I saw that you use Block 23; I recommend you use Flex Block (1-5) or Big Grid Flex. You can design it as Block 23, and you will make the changes in the frontend, and disable the tagdiv Standard Pack plugin because is deprecated.
I recommend using Cloud Templates, then you can edit them in frontend with tagdiv Composer.
But if you want to use Block 23, then to disable the category, please go to Theme Panel -> Block Settings -> Category tag on module -> https://i.imgur.com/p15iuc5.png

You can try to update the theme on a staging website.
After you update the theme, you need to update the theme plugins too.
