The blank pages (cloud templates) are saved/store in the database. Those have a different structure from the rest of the normal templates. For cloud templates, the theme has individual PHP files for each element and using tagDiv composer and tagDiv Cloud Library those can be set together.

Unfortunately, this can be hidden only with custom code CSS, for the moment there is no option to remove it from the comment section.
Please try this custom css

This code needs to be set in theme panel> custom code-> custom CSS.

If you have tagDiv Standard pack enabled and the styles do not appear, then it means that you have installed a Pro Prebuilt Website and the header and footer design can be edited from the front-end with tagDiv Composer. The templates are from Cloud Library, and these can be edited with tagDiv Composer.
With tagDiv Composer, you can redesign the templates style as you want.
