Hello,

You need to ask your host how to implement cache on Nginx.
as far as I know, Nginx usually uses as a cache plugin, Litespeed and it can interfere with the theme when don’t recognize mobile theme plugins and mobile pages, for example, but you can try it.
We recommend using WP Super Cache plugin https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also, please do not ask the same question on several topics.

Thank you!

Hello,

Our theme has no option for pop up this usually comes from ads.
Have you checked for a plugin conflict? You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also, please provide more details in order to help you like a screenshot and a link to your website.

Thank you!

In most cause when the column text not appears is from a plugin conflict.
Please check if you have WP Bakery plugin active because there is a conflict between both page builders

Hello,

Where did you delete the footer? from the page with tagDiv Composer or from the backend?
if you deleted with the composer then go to Cloud Templates, and it should be there, edit it => https://www.screencast.com/t/yquLE1qr, and on the right, you will see the option to Revisions => https://www.screencast.com/t/bjd3BLmstE3J, and restore the version, like this => https://we.tl/t-OSsaNafw7k if delete it from Cloud Templates, then you need to find it in Trash =>https://www.screencast.com/t/AFBXg4Q1

Hope this helps you!

Thank you!

Hello,

I am not sure I fully understand what you are looking to edit. Can you please provide screenshots and link your website with more information about what you want to achieve?

Thank you!

Hello,

Usually, the problem is from the cache plugin used, because the mobile layout will have a different design and most of the cache plugins do not recognize this and provide the mobile version for desktop (or vice versa).
Also, if you use multiple cache plugins this problem may occur.
We tested and recommend the WP Super Cache plugin https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Hello,

If I understood correctly you want to assign a single post template for all posts, for this, you need to go in Theme Panel -> Post Settings -> Default post template => https://www.screencast.com/t/yiEVpb5G, and to apply that single post template, make sure you have set Post Template “From Panel” => https://www.screencast.com/t/UgGZtdTfNEu
but if you have more than one types of post template assigned to different posts then you have to either change them manually or using a function.

Hope this helps you!

Thank you!

Hello,

It is quite difficult to identify where this problem comes from because you cannot restrict the research area (if you cannot use only the plugins in the theme).
What I could suggest is to give a repair to the database and possibly a clean database.
Before you try these two articles, please make a full backup to all files and the database.

Thank you!

Hello,

I just checked your website and seems you have an issue with the logo retina => https://www.screencast.com/t/3QFH1A5YX please remove the logo on the retina, if the problem is solved after that, try to add the same image for both the logo and the retina logo.

Thank you!

Hello,

Sorry, my mistake, the answer was for another user.
Unfortunately, you can’t replace the tags with the categories, using our theme the tags will appear only inside the post.
If you need this implementation this must be done in the theme files by the developer and can be achieved with custom work.

Thank you for your understanding!

Hello,

Please do a test using only tagDiv plugins on a staging website, because there is a possibility, to be a plugin conflict, and see if the problem persists.

Hello,

I understand that you use a standard header template, right?
So, you need to delete and add the logo again in the Theme Panel -> Header -> Logo => https://www.screencast.com/t/gQvgHEDWl5

Hope this helps you!

Hello,

So, maybe I wasn’t clear enough in the explanations, the layout on the first line of the row applies to elements called blocks, the other layouts including the first line apply to flex block elements.
So you can use for blocks from Standard Pack the layouts => 1/1, 2/3+1/3, 1/3+2/3 and 1/3+1/3+1/3

Thank you!

Hello,

The footer templates do not have the button to be edited with tagDiv Composer in the backend. Please check this guide:https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
If you a Pro Prebuilt Website you can edit with tagDiv Composer the footer template can be edited only from the frontend if it is assigned, edit a page/post template with tagDiv Composer and go down to the footer. => https://www.screencast.com/t/rpfNhfyrF
Also, if you have a standard footer template https://www.screencast.com/t/ND7OiqEpPFK ->https://www.screencast.com/t/Z5ZdVYY4wAuP then you need to make changes in Theme Panel -> Footer.

Hope this helps you!

Hello,

Only the administrator and editor can do changes with tagDiv Composer and can save it.
The other users can open it, but the changes made are not saved.
We will try in the future to implement the option to hide cloud templates for the rest of the users who do not have access to edit.

Thank you for your understanding!
