I’ve checked your site and noticed that you’re using mobile theme. Unfortunately for the moment mobile theme does not have any sort filters for latest article section. You can sort posts for mobile only if you deactivate mobile theme and the same content from desktop will be served on mobiles.

On our demo we don’t use mobile theme and all page content is also displayed on mobile devices. I assume that you’re using mobile theme and in this case the site will have a different layout on mobile devices. Mobile theme won’t render shortcodes so if you want to display blocks on mobile devices just deactivate it. Note that the Speed Booster plugin disable itself when an incompatible plugin it’s installed. We added this measure to avoid conflicts with the plugins that won’t allow to move their CSS/js resources at page bottom. After WordPress released V 4.5 there appeared a jQuery conflict in our theme, also older version of VC won’t work with it. We fixed this conflict and the current theme version available on themeforest, V3 works fine, also we included last version of Visual Composer plugin.
Try to update the theme at current version available on themeforest, V 3.0, also update Visual Composer at V 4.11.2 following our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ deactivate all other plugins, clear all caches and test again.
You don’t need to delete the plugin via ftp all the time, it can also be done from your dashboard. However sometimes may appear some issues with this process and ftp remains best way to upload the theme or a plugin.

These custom post types from above image,l are not added by the theme, they seems to be generated by some plugins, also our theme does not influence theirs functionality.
