Hello!
You should adapt the RTL from the Composer settings or CSS code because our theme does not have this feature.
Thank you!
Hello!
1. That is a guidance line that you’ve selected there. This line won’t be on the front end.
2. You can edit only the cloud templates with the tagdiv Composer. Please check the differences between cloud vs default templates from our guides:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-default-templates/
3. You can set a featured image only for posts: https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/
Thank you!
Hello!
The file can be found here: td-cloud-library/shortcodes/category
/tdb_category_subcategories.php. Please revert the update, copy the file with the feature it was, and replace it in the new update.
Thank you!
Hello!
Check this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/enabledisable-comments/
Also, delete the comment shortcodes from the single cloud post template: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
Thank you!
Hello Amit!
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello!
Please add a class on that flex block 1 named visibleblock and add this CSS in the Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Custom code -> Custom CSS:
.visibleblock .entry-title{ display: block!important;}
Thank you!
Hello!
Check this out: https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/
You can see all your templates in the Dashboard -> Cloud Templates. If you want to apply it on another website that uses the Newspaper theme, you can add a new page and apply the Gutenberg code while you edit the homepage.
The export/import option is takes only the settings from the theme panel and not the customization from the tagdiv Composer.
Thank you!
Hello Amit!
It’s displaying this message now: You have reached your limit of choices for parent’s total Number of Rooms. Increase your limit. If I choose less option there, this message appears: Some required fields have been left blank.
I don’t understand how you’ve built it there and which option you chose for those fields. It’s strange! It seems to be anything else than the Opt-in builder.
Thank you!
Hello!
Click there to see which element is displayed on the left side.
Thank you!
Hello!
That one is used for the image of the article. It’s the vertical alignment of the image: https://app.screencast.com/PXemqlsUxFFCO
A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
Download, capture, and send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link; paste it here.
Thank you!
Hello!
The settings for that menu page are located in the theme panel. The mobile page can not be edited with the tagDiv Composer or add whatever element you want. The social icons from the mobile menu come from the Theme Panel -> Social/Apis -> Social Networks -> https://i.imgur.com/kKYIECB.png. Remove/edit them as needed.
There are only a few settings for it in the theme panel. For example, you can change the color of the text in the mobile menu from the Theme panel -> Theme colors -> Mobile menu -> Text/icons color.
However, you can change the shortcode with a modal popup shortcode triggered by a button that can look like the current mobile menu. That page can also be edited with the tagDiv Composer https://app.screencast.com/d00epUU2ygyXk?conversation=sLox9iaB82db2YHmnEOrFF and customized with more than just some options from the theme panel settings.
More info about modal popup here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-popup/
Thank you!
Hello!
Currently, we are investigating this issue.
Thank you!
Hello!
If you use cloud templates, you can add the ads using the ad box. You can build a mobile page https://app.screencast.com/Mt1xNQhTMDfHV (check the option copy content) and change the code in the ad box.
So, the ads will be different on mobile.
Another workaround could be to add two ad boxes with different ad codes and hide the ad box with mobile ads on the desktop from the CSS tab of the Ad box shortcode and reverse.
Thank you!
Hello!
You should delete the plugin and re-install it again. In this mode, the plugin will be up-to-date and compatible with the current version.
Can you edit the homepage with the tagDiv Composer and check the settings from the header live search? If they are correct, then maybe there’s a plugin conflict. Please check.
Thank you!
Hello Amit!
I see the website in maintenance now.
Thank you!
Hello!
I’ve also replied to your email; please check.
Thank you!
Hello!
While loading, you should check the console to see which error you encounter. Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello!
Delete it and install it again. You need the Cloud Library plugin.
Thank you!
Hello!
If you used the default templates, please go to Newspaper -> Plugins and install and activate the Standard Pack plugin.
You can customize the cloud templates only with the tagdiv Composer. Ensure your pages have been built with the tagDiv Composer and not with another builder. Do you have any backup?
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:

Hello!
This field, tdb-location-complete, is a general WordPress one. You can not see it in the ACF plugin; it is only in your database. It helps display the full address.
If you no longer need it, you can delete the element and add a new custom field shortcode with your acf.
Thank you!
Hello!
Can you please check if you have the same settings there? Category template vs single post template?
It seems that you hide the article title from that block.
Thank you!
Hello!
I understand the issue and how serious it is. That’s why I let the developers know about your query tagged as urgent, and they should make a good decision for all our customers. The feature has not worked well before, and we have received complaints about it. I hope we can make a great solution as soon as possible. I’m here to give you all the solutions I know so you can have the features you expect. Also, you can revert the update, copy the code from that feature, and apply it in the following new updates.
Thank you for understanding!
Hello!
I’m glad!
Have a nice day!
Hello!
Unfortunately, we do not have any extra documentation about that.
You can build a sidebar with the TagDiv Composer in the cloud templates. Steps:
1. Insert one new row (or delete an existing one).
2. Divide into two columns (2/3 + 1/3).
3. You can add whatever element/shortcode you want from the tagdiv Composer to the second column and consider it a sidebar (also you can add an external shortcode with the help of the column text or text with title shortcodes from the tagdiv Composer)
The “Column text” and “text with title” elements have a button called “edit content.” If you click that button, the WP Editor will open, and you can add text/code/shortcode there. Close the WP Editor from X, save the changes from Composer, and view the page to see the changes.
Thank you!
Hello!
No. Use a flex block shortcode instead and apply a filter there: https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
Thank you!
