Hello!

Yes, I’ve already explained all two terms. Let me know about your issue with them so I can help you.

Thank you!

Hello!

“So, we cannot have a page template designed and use it as a standard? We have to create and design each page separately.” Yes, exactly.
As a help, you can copy-paste the entire row from a page already designed into a blank page. You can also duplicate the page, change the name, and make the changes in the Composer.

Do you mean the Extra class field of each shortcode? You can specify a class there to write CSS code quickly. So you can easily refer to that shortcode directly.
Each shortcode has an option called “Extra class.” You can write a class, such as “modify_class,” and write some CSS code using this class, such as “.modify_class.”
About this https://app.screencast.com/OdB8JAtjmRiwH? This is the name of the shortcode type (extended shortcodes) that can be used on any other pages/templates.

Thank you!

Hello!

Could you provide a screenshot with those elements? Then, I can understand what you mean and help you efficiently.

Hello!

You should use a single cloud template for your article: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
Edit it with the tagDiv Composer, click on the article’s content, and check the shortcode options on the left side: https://app.screencast.com/xgIiQiuAbeeFd

Thank you!

Hello!

Can you please provide a screenshot with those elements?
Add a new page, name it, and save and edit it with the tagDiv Composer. That is your page template, and you can customize it in the builder. However, you can not make it global like the other templates.
A single post template can be assigned to an article. More info here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/

Hello!

Please uninstall and delete the tagdiv Composer, clear the cache, and install and activate it again.

Thank you!

Bettina

Hello!

Ah, ok. They are different elements with different styles. The posts loop has 100% width by default. So, you should add the width auto for the posts loop: https://app.screencast.com/FumD9C7wZSYv2
In the CSS there, you can simply add -10, not -10px.

Thank you!

Hello!

Please uninstall and delete the tagdiv Composer, clear the cache, and install and activate it again. If you use default templates, please install and activate the Standard Pack plugin.

Let me know the results!

Ads - reply

Hello!

In the cloud templates, you can add the ads when you edit the post with TagDiv
Composer in the “Single Post Content” element in the ADS tab. Documentation here:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/
Or you can use the element called “Ad Box” from TagDiv Composer, and there you need
to add the ads: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/
If you want to use auto ads (which are displayed randomly on your website), then they should be placed once in the Theme Panel -> Analytics/JS Codes.

Thank you!

Hello!

Edit the article with the tagDiv Composer, and make sure you have the Single post featured image or Single post big featured image. Check the size of the image using the shortcode settings. Also, make sure you upload the featured image in Gutenberg in full size.
Check this out: https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.

Hello!

Unfortunately, we have documentation about the general features, but there is no documentation for a specific demo.
Check the documentation:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/introduction-cpt-acf-newspaper-theme/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/custom-post-type-support/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-frontend-submission-form/

Please provide more information if you have any issues so I can help you efficiently.

A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
Download, capture, and send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link; paste it here.

Hello!

Maybe the update has not been completed, but for every update, we always recommend the following:
-> First of all, please make sure you have a backup.
-> Please deactivate all the non-tested plugins with our theme before updating.
-> Update WordPress, PHP, the theme, and plugins to the latest version: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/.
-> Check all these requirements for the theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Thank you!

Hello!

You should enable these options: https://app.screencast.com/tCT4QF83LgjKR (in the mobile viewport, too), https://app.screencast.com/GwLuvzuCRVAek for live search to work: https://app.screencast.com/tA7isPGOWf6mo

Hello!

Make sure there is no offset on the block (General tab): https://forum.tagdiv.com/offset-feature/. Leave the field empty with no space or value.
To test if everything is set as it should on your website, you can access the article and check if the post view counter is increasing. Ensure you have the single post view shortcode in the single cloud template. Those options are based on the post views from WordPress. Unfortunately, if this is not working, something is not activated for post views or is interfering there. Unfortunately, we can not collect the views before all the options are active if the post views haven’t worked.
Check this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ajax-view-count/
I do not recommend Jetpack. I recommend WP Rocket as a well-optimized cache plugin, but Jetpack is a need for that option. I think this is the right plugin: https://app.screencast.com/KQcrrxBmDXpnA, which has a stats module.

Thank you!

Hello!

It was the Mobile theme plugin, and I just cleared the cache.
We have 3 options available for mobile versions that you can use:

1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. You can see your mobile version there and edit or adjust the elements to look better.

2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.

A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.

Hello!

Then apply the margins to the element -10px left and -10 right.

I hope that helps you!
