Hello @clecio !

For sure, something is interfering if this happens only from time to time.
There is an error, or what exactly is not working?
If you mean cache, then we recommend the WP Super Cache Plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Thank you!

Hello Joachim!

This code seems to be an element from the Opt-in builder. If I inspect the homepage, I can see that there is a modal pop-up element that contains this button.

Thank you!

Hello!

It shouldn’t be like that. Did you have some CSS codes or something custom in a child theme? Make sure that you have all the plugins installed and activated, as well as up-to-date.

Thank you!

Hello @brain4web !

I can see a 404 template by accessing that link. Can you please provide more information about what you did and why it didn’t work there?

A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
Download, capture, and send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link; paste it here.

Thank you!

Hello Joachim!

We also have the 404 templates, which can be modified in the TagDiv Composer: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-templates/ (see 404 templates).
If you use the Coaching PRO header, then these are the elements from your header: https://prnt.sc/EnkC-wzg-OBe
Delete the ones you do not want there.

Thank you!

Hello Joachim!

Check this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/ and set up only the posts.

Hello!

Please note that the Opt-in builder plugin is different than Newsletter plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-newsletter-plugin/ (Copy-paste the URL manually in a new tab)
Try to use the Raw HTML, and style it via CSS.

Hello!

A code in your frontend is appearing only when you have a plugin uninstalled when it should be installed, so instead of the code, it will display the element from that plugin. Check in Newspaper -> Plugins (the Standard Pack plugin).

Hello @floorforce !

We shouldn’t have anything like that. Only if any file from our theme gets infected.
I’m sorry, but we try to reply as fast as we can.

Hello @amjad !

It’s possible to add the wrong code. Did you check if the theme panel will save your settings if you check the field where you inserted the code again?

Thank you!

Please uninstall the mobile theme and amp because amp creates those URLs.

Hello @clecio !

This seems to be a caching issue. Please try to uninstall the cache plugin and check if the problem is solved. Make sure you do not use an object cache or any caching tool in your Cpanel.

Let me know the results!

Thank you!

Bettina

Hello!

Make sure your plugins are up to date.
Activate the Standard Pack plugin.
That option need to be in Post Settings -> Post and custom post types -> show date.

Thank you!

Bettina

Hello!

That setting it will show the date and not the modified date.
