Normally, you can edit the pages with the TagDiv Composer and delete the elements you do not need anymore on your website. In order to avoid misunderstandings, please provide more information(screenshots/video) about what exactly you need to achieve or what is the issue there and your website link.

For 5 columns, you can add an inner row split into 2 and another inner row split into 3. You can also specify the width of your inner column: https://prnt.sc/2zjfi6c2phgN or you can set them to “ocupy remaining space” or set width: auto.

I can see the 3d shadow box style applied in both screenshots and it’s working well in Composer. Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue. That’s why we recommend first deactivating ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser), and see the results.
