Hello!
No. It shouldn’t affect your site for more than a few minutes.
You can make a full backup, just to be sure, and then try these steps, which my colleagues explained to you. Make sure you delete the cache when you uninstall and install the plugins.
Thank you!
Hello @smilelondon!
We can take a look at this and investigate why it is not working for you. Contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin URL and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Thank you!
Hello!
Edit the page with the TagDiv Composer and there you should have these settings: https://prnt.sc/KnFXv_-AWtsl
Thank you!
Hello @jackb149!
In the cloud templates, you can add the ads when you edit the post with TagDiv Composer in the element called ” Single Post Content ” in the tab ADS. Documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/
Or you can use the element called “Ad box” from TagDiv Composer, and there you need to add the ads: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/
In order to customize the ads on mobile, this will depend on the mobile version that you use. You can choose from three different options:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
In your example, the last column is the column from the right(desktop). But, we have an option to re-order the columns: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-re-order-the-post-page-on-mobile/
Thank you!
Hello @prateek!
What I’m telling you is that the issue you are encountering with the templates disappearing after editing them will be fixed in the next update.
Regarding the CPT archive template, this type of template is not available at the moment.
Thank you!
Hello @prateek!
They are similar, not identical. We are at the beginning with CPTs. I hope we will add more features and templates regarding them.
Thank you!
Hello!
It should work now, check again!
Thank you!
Hello @giorgoskey !
In order to avoid misunderstandings, please provide more information(screenshots/video) about what exactly you need to achieve or what is the issue there and your website link.
A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
Download, capture, and send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link; paste it here.
Thank you!
Hello @mila_grish !

Hello!
This white space on this page: https://dronefluence.com/newsletter-archives-2/ is because the page does not have enough content. That’s why there is a space after the footer.
If you change a slug, then of course it will load the page that has that slug.
Thank you!
Hello @prateek!
Unfortunately, we do not have this type of template: archive templates for custom taxonomies at the moment.
We know this issue and the fix will be added in the next update.
Thank you!
Hello @dita999 !
When a template is assigned, it should look like this in green: https://prnt.sc/LhxgWgwiNKU5
Please click on the template once in order to assign it to that page.
Thank you!
Hello!
Please delete the global colors code from YellowPencil and then it will apply the color from the TagDiv Composer.
Thank you!
Hello Shawn!
Unfortunately, we haven’t any block with this feature.
Thank you!
Hello @herondino !
You can use a license key for one single product(website). Update the theme to the latest version and verify in the section My license: https://prnt.sc/F6V2G0FGuLNX
Thank you!
Hello @lyon !
Unfortunately, the shortcode that we created to display a location on Google Maps works only by retrieving the location stored with the help of our form builder. It does not accept any other input as an address.
Thank you!

Thank you for understanding!
