Hello!
We will take in consideration your query for the future.
Thank you so much for understanding!
Hello!
Unfortunately, you can not filter which type of posts to display in the Mobile Theme layout.
Thank you!
Hello!
In order to reduce the number of queries, our developers fixed some issues and rebuilt the code. Now, it depends on how many elements you use on the page. I recommend you start optimizing your website.
Thank you for understanding!
Hello!
In the TagDiv Composer, you have the possibility to hide an element on the desktop and tablet viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/YUVUcyrgh and show it only on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. This setting can be seen in the CSS tab of every element: [Display: HIDDEN]. Or, you can create a mobile page which can be different from the desktop version: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
Thank you!
Hello!
Please reinstall the Opt-in builder plugin and make sure it’s activated from the Newspaper -> Plugins.
Thank you!
Hello!
For the mobile version, we have 3 options. The best one depends on each user. You can choose to use whichever one is more affordable and useful for you.
A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
The best and newest feature is the mobile pages, which are 100% customizable and work as you want.
For example, if you need to have AMP, then I recommend the Mobile Theme plugin. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
Thank you!
Hello!
No, but if you want to apply this text ” teaser/intro ” between the title and main text, then you can add an element like inline text, column text or text with title. Save and you will see that text on every post that has been assigned the current template.
Thank you!
Hello!
I’m sorry to hear about this. Please note that every page speed needs some improvement, and it is not enough to install a plugin alone because there are many factors which can affect your page speed quality.
Some factors which you need to take into account are:
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors, if you are using the Standard Pack plugin or not, if you are using the PRO demo or a standard one.
Every code is needed for your great design of the page. It depends on what and how you insert the content and how many elements do you use for that page.
Unfortunately, we can help you only with some advice. Please note that page speed is not covered by the support team: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/
Thank you for understanding!
Hello!
I’m sorry to hear about this. Can you let me know which one is the issue?
Thank you!
Hello!
You are not wrong. We have clients who have a 100 % pagespeed score with our theme, but it will require a little bit of interest in optimizing. Our developers are working hard to improve the page speed in every update, so make sure you use the latest update.

Hello!
Please edit that page and enable the Mobile theme toggle: https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/
Note: This Mobile Editor does not recognize a page builder so the tagDiv Composer shortcodes cannot be rendered. So, if the page is made with the TagDiv Composer, then you can not have the Mobile Theme layout.
Thank you!

Hello!
Our theme has no function to make them disappear. Do you have a backup?
Thank you!
Hello!
I’ve tested this feature on the latest version, and it is working well.
Please make sure you have enough paragraphs in your post.
Thank you!
Hello!
First of all, please make sure you have a backup done, deactivate all the non-tagdiv plugins or the cache plugins you use, and then you can update the theme and the TagDiv plugins also.
I would gladly recommend you to make a backup and update plugins and the theme via file transfer to the latest update: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Thank you!
Hello!
I’m really sorry, but I do not understand what is the issue there and in that photo there is no logo. Please provide your website link.
Thank you!
Hello!
I will add this request to our improvement list.
Thank you!
Hello!
Unfortunately, you can not use it on the Mobile Theme Plugin because it has its own templates and they can not be editable with the TgaDiv Composer. There are no other alternatives.
Thank you for understanding!
Hello Enzo!
Which theme version do you use? Please make sure you use the latest update of the theme.
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, and try again.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello!
