Hello,

Please also check the container sizes where you want to place the ad. The main content width in a standard layout with a main content and sidebar is only 696 pixels. You will bot be able to fit a 728 px ad. Test it on a post without sidebar as the content will be 1068 px without a sidebar.

Thank you!

Hello,

You can use this css code in the theme panel->custom css box. This is the default spacing value so you can change it to a bigger or smaller number.
.td-page-content p, .td-post-content p, .wpb_text_column p, .td_block_text_with_title p, .woocommerce #tab-description p, .mce-content-body p{
margin-bottom: 26px!impportant;
}

Thank you!

Hello,

The lighbox feature needs the images to link to the image file as described here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-window/
As for the second request, it’s recommended to create a new topic for each ‘major’ one. There isn’t a guide line but it’s preferred for the topic not to get too long as searching users have to scroll through a lot to get to the reply they are looking for.
As for the source issue, our theme via and source were not created with this in mind. In fact our theme was not created with this in mind as we created the theme with the idea that users would create new posts directly into wordpress, not pull content from an external source. Sorry but there is no simple solution to get the source to fill in automatically. You will have to hire a developer to help out with the modification.

Thank you!

Well the code was provided for the category description. You were not specific enough so I assumed what you needed changed. But I also mentioned the other elements so you should not use the css but rather use the fonts section of the theme panel: https://www.screencast.com/t/Bc04fFfNKQpc
You need to change the font for the module you use on your category page. You can see the module used in the category settings: https://www.screencast.com/t/QW8gwlA3

If you are referring to the posts that do not show a thumbnail, then you will have to check the posts and set a featured image for them. There will be no thumbnail if no featured image is set on the post. https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/

Thank you!

Well we do not plan to stay in 7.0. We just added 7.0 compatibility in the latest update. We will add 7.1 compatibility in future updates.

Hello,

You probably activated this setting: https://www.screencast.com/t/U601Fxlr
Please do not use a general modal image if you have images linking to external sources. The theme lighbox requires images to link to the image file itself. If you add the lightbox to ALL images, then the ones that do not link to the image file will provide an error message.

Thank you!

Hello,

Sorry but I cannot see this on our end. The quotation marks remain the same: https://www.screencast.com/t/cvnvQ8WLilhttps://www.screencast.com/t/DtwVxoZNv
Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.

Please provide a link to your site so we can inspect it.

Hello,

Unfortunately the lightbox will not work with images that are provided externally. The lightbox requires the images to be present in the media library and the link for the images to be linked to the image file itself. Otherwise the lightbox will provide a cannot load image message. We do not recommend using the lightbox with external images.

Thank you!

Hi,

I found a tablet with android 5.1.1 (pretty hard to find as all our devices are now with min andoroid 6.0)
But still, the error is not present. I cannot see it. The site seems to work ok. The screenshot you provided above shows a menu above the mobile header which does not seem to come from the theme.
Unfortunately we have not tested the webview of android. We only tested the themes on standard browsers. The webview strips the site of elements and javascript. The menus require js to run properly. he webview is not meant to display complex elements such as a premium wordpress theme:
Here is an official description from Android:

By default, a WebView provides no browser-like widgets, does not enable JavaScript and web page errors are ignored. If your goal is only to display some HTML as a part of your UI, this is probably fine; the user won’t need to interact with the web page beyond reading it, and the web page won’t need to interact with the user. If you actually want a full-blown web browser, then you probably want to invoke the Browser application with a URL Intent rather than show it with a WebView

Thank you!

Hello,

The mobile version should not be exactly the same as the desktop. Your phone is maybe requesting the desktop site every time. You may have a setting somewhere on your phone. Please test from a different device and provide a link to your site we we can inspect it.

Hello,

Unfortunately just by using the theme settings you will have to use a different sidebar on each page or post where you want a different ad. Our theme ad system does not allow rotating ads. This is done through plugins though. Try the adrotate plugin for such functionality.

Thank you!

Hello,

Now I’m not sure exactly which error is the dominant one here. The first was a google DFP code and now there is a get_header.
Th google dfp is not part of the theme.
The get header error is a wp error that can be fixed like so:

Hello,

You cannot get the same look if you use a page you can edit in visual composer as the homepage. Right now you have just a list of your latest posts set up from the wordpress settings. Please use a static page here: https://www.screencast.com/t/AbIQFV8yI and then use this guide to set it up: https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/

Hello,

If your site is optimized for page speed properly, the difference will not be very impacting on the loading speed. Please use this guide if you do plan on using sliders: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/

Sorry but unfortunately there is no simple way of having the pagination for these smart lists on top and bottom. The pagination code needs to be recreated in order for it to work properly with double pagination.
There is no simple solution I can provide via the theme support for this. You will have to hire a developer to help out with the code as we cannot offer any custom work at the moment.
Thank you!

Hello,

This is done through the basic wordpress tiny mce editor. You can use html inside the editor and wrap your posts inside div or span element and use custom padding for the text. The theme has no control over the post creation of wordpress. You will have to use the wysiwyg editor and create your content.

Our theme already supports php 7.0.
We have not yet made any implementation for 7.1 so I cannot say for sure when the theme will be compatible with the latest version of php

Hello,

This could be a problem from wp super cache. If you use the plugin, please use this method to fix the issue:
Use this link and add the customization as marked here: https://github.com/Automattic/wp-super-cache/pull/185/files
Edit wp-cache-phase1.php and add the green code from the right column as it shows there.

Thank you!
