You probably have a js error in your browser console. This is mainly caused by plugins. If you say you do not have any untested plugins, then it could be a child theme or customization you made or a cdn server setting, an optimization of the theme js.
Please try to redo nay at all modification, minification, customization. If you use a child theme, switch to the main theme.

Plugins can also affect the image uploading so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

We did implement a better font loading system in the latest version of the theme. I;m not sure how you had it set up, but if you want to change the default overall font of the theme you will have to change all fonts from the theme panel to the font you want. There are 2 default fonts in our theme. Open sans and roboto. If a font is set on default, it will be either open sans or roboto. There is no way to change the default font used by our theme but you can change from the default to another font like this guide shows: https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/

I have no clue what hack you are referring to but you use a very old version of our theme. If you are refeering to the latest wordpress version then you should update your theme. There is no way a theme from 2014 will work with a wordpress version released in 2017. You will have to update your theme. Unfortunately we have not tested the facebook comments on smart lists. The comments are grabbed from the post style used on the smart list. Please check the post style used on the smart list and make sure it is one you modified to show the FB comments on.

Yes, the height can be changed from the line height but you mentioned other customization though 🙂 Unfortunately time does not allow us to tackle any complex tasks as we have lots of questions to reply to and we cannot allow too much time on a single request as we will not be able to answer to everybody that way. That is why we try to limit customization as that takes the majority of the time spend on a single request. We try to help out where we can though if it;s not time-consuming.

If you need a login on your site, then google will call it unsecure if it’s not https.

Unfortunately this issue is known with facebook videos. They will not position properly if they are portrait videos. Try to embed these types of videos inside the content and do not use them as featured videos.
