Well, there is nothing to help with I’m afraid. You will have to activate that feature in the theme panel and wait for the posts to get views. Then the block will be populated again. If the option is disabled the counter for the 7 days will be gone so a new one will have to be created. It does that automatically you only need to record a few post views for the block to show content again.
As as a recommendation, please export your theme settings before updating next time so you will not longer be exposed to such issues. This only happened in a few cases, it could be a plugin or other specific conditions but it;s better to be on the safe side next time.

Our theme does not have such a functionality. The only settings available for category pages are found in the theme panel-> category section. Anything beyond that will have to be custom made. If you want to use visual composer and create custom category pages you can simply redirect your categories to pages created in visual composer using 301 redirects: http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/beginners-guide-to-creating-redirects-in-wordpress/

Well it is possible even now. The module meta info is nothing but a function being called on a specific module. If you access each module file you will see the calls for them like so: http://screencast.com/t/k0U56xxP
Simply remove these fields for a specific module and that one will no longer show the data.

Sorry for the inconvenience but the theme API will not work from the child theme. The fix needs to be implemented on a development stage, there is no quick fix we can add here. I will add this to our list for future updates but I cannot promise anything as we get lots of suggestions and we must prioritize.

Our theme uses the default search of WordPress so any results in the search goes through WP unmodified. Unfortunately there is no search result for a tag page. Maybe you will find a plugin that has such functionality.

Our theme modules and blocks were designed to ignore the read more tag. There is a single module that will show the read more tag but that can only be used on categories/ search templates/ 404 pages. 1. We do not have any reports of any slow down with our theme. We have lots of installs using the current version of the theme and we have no such reports from our users until now, so I think it;s safe to say that it is something on your end that is causing the issue. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then test again.

2. This is a wodpress issue that started from the latest update. WordPress will not allow you top delete any theme from the WP dashboard. You will have to use ftp. It’s a wordpress bug, not a theme bug.

Well the post views were not created with this in mind. Usually articles are posted as a whole and a few adjustments made here and there, but it does not take a long time usually between posting and updating. We never encountered this type of article creation before. It is surely a unique example. I’m afraid I don;t understand exactly what the issue is. Our theme does not have any feature to play a video in it’s thumbnail directly on the homepage. The blocks show an image thumbnail of the video, not the video itself. If you click on a video post in on the homepage it will lead to the post, not play the video. And there is no feature to open the video in a new tab. We did not advertise any of this anywhere.

It’s best to pick the accent color for the links and change other more static elements with css if you do not want the theme accent colors over all elements. Links are very widely spread and used on all types of situations, Dropcaps for example, not so much. They can easily be changed, but the links are very hard to target.
