Hello,

Unfortunately our theme is not compatible with opera mini. Sorry. Opera mini is a stripped down version of the opera browser and it is missing key elements required by our theme. We cannot do anything about it as it will require us to build a theme specifically for opera mini with reduced content and no complex elements. Unfortunately our theme is only compatible with the standard browsers: opera, ie, firefox and chrome but not any sub-versions or stripped versions of these browsers. Opera classic will not work as well. Just the standard version that offers the full compatibility required by our theme. This will be the case with most complex themes I’m afraid. Opera mini simply lacks the needed components.

Thank you!

Hello,

The menu hover and the links are affected by the theme accent color. The red color on your blocks is added through visual composer but that only affects the block itself, not external elements. You can change the accent color like so: http://screencast.com/t/I26bXYN2dVB

Thank you!

Hello,

If you cannot see he background, there could be some kind of error on your site so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have implemented. We have no reports of such issues and we cannot recreate the issue on our end.

Thank you!

Hello,

You can try the coding method if you have the proper coding skills, but you can also use a redirect plugin and make the add to card go to an external url of your choice. There are a number of redirect plugins you can use to make thing easier. The link you mentioned will redirect the add to card to a link you have to specify in the code but it will not ake it open in a new window. This code should do it though: https://businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-add-cart-url-open-new-tab/

Thanks.

Hi,

Every time you switch themes, you should regenerate thumbnails as every theme uses it’s own thumbnail size. They are not compatible with one another.
You can use the ‘force regenerate’ plugin that will also delete any unused thumbs from your site.

Thank you!

Hi,

You have to copy and paste the image on your server and then use the ad code like so:

<div class="td-all-devices"><a href="the link the ad provfider sent you"><img src=the source path where you placed the image"/></a></div>

You can paste the image anywhere on your server as long as you add the correct path in the code above. Here is an example of the ad code with an image and url:

<div class="td-all-devices"><a href="#"><img src="http://192.168.0.70/newspaper7/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/rec728.jpg"/></a></div>

I hope this helps.

Hi,

Our theme does not use the font awesome files if you do not install the plugin. We use our own font icons found here: http://screencast.com/t/RgcAkorv30
Visual composer on the other hand uses it;s own font awesome files. In order to make sure the visual composer file structure is intact you can simply disable and delete the plugin and then install it again from here: http://screencast.com/t/H4lXvgzgeg
If the file structure is intact, then you will have to try the methods I exemplified above.

Thank you!

Hi,

Please download the main theme package again from envato and under the plugins folder you should see this: http://screencast.com/t/hFhiJXn664J
Then you can install the rev slider plugin,

Thank you!

Hello,

I investigated this further and there truly seems to be an issue with the layout in newspaper 7.4. I will pass this information on to the development team and we will look for a fix as soon as possible.As a temporary solution, you can add this custom css in the theme panel->custom css box:

.td-main-content-wrap{
overflow: hidden;
}

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hello.
The code works fine on my end not occupying the whole background: http://screencast.com/t/d05FtThiyT
Please provide a link to your site so I can inspect it
Thank you!

Hi,

Unfortunately we have not tested any tracking method except for google analytics and we only implemented compatibility for it. We did not create any tracking ourselves so i have little advice to give in this regard I;m afraid. Maybe hiring a freelancer would be the best choice if there is also a deadline involved.

Thank you!

Hello,

If you set a background image to the category, then the post will grab the background from the primary category as the guide above shows. This is the default theme implementation. If you want to remove this feature you will have to edit the theme core files like so: http://screencast.com/t/NBSX7fUha This way your posts will no longer grab the background of the primary category.

Thank you!

Hello,

For the search form, you can use this css code to change the color:
.td-search-form input[type=submit]{
background-color:red!important;
}

The image titles can be changed with this code:
.wpb_singleimage_heading{
background-color: red!important;
}

As for the add to card:

.woocommerce .product a.button, .woocommerce .product #respond input#submit, .woocommerce .checkout input#place_order, .woocommerce .woocommerce.widget .button {
background: none red;
}

Simply change the word red inside the code.

Thank you!

Hi,

Yes, I have checked your site and the issue is exactly as i suspected. Please do not use the mega-menu on sub-menu elements. We only tested it on main level elements. That is the intended way of using the feature.

Thank you!

Hello,

This is because you use the mobile theme. The author box was created using visual composer. The mobile theme does not use visual composer. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Thank you!

Hello,

1) The top padding can be removed like so:
.home .td-main-content-wrap{
padding-top:5px!important;
}

2) our theme does not have this option and there is no simple code I can provide for this. The search widget depends on the search icon. This is the way our theme was built. You can probably replace the sarch widget with a wp standard one like this topic suggests: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/replace-search-icon-with-search-bar-in-the-header/

Thank you!

Hi,

We only recommend this caching plugin and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also make sure you disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.

Thank you!

Hello,
I have checked Chrome again and the script is there as expected. Right click your site and click the view page sources and you will see he script at the bottom of the page.
If you have any more trouble with this you will have to hire a developer to help out as we cannot offer any customization services at the moment.
Thank you for your understanding.

Hello,
It works fine for us. We have not managed to see this redirect happening. Please let us know if you still have trouble with this.

Hello,

Our theme does not have any such options but you can use plugins for this as Stig suggests. We have not tested that plugin but you can gibe it a try and see how it goes.

Thank you!

Hello,
The main reason for this is the sidebar name you assign to it. WordPress will strip the sidebar of content if you use any symbols or language specific characters. Please use only standard letters as the name cannot be seen anywhere besides the widgets area.
Thank you!

Hello,
The mobile theme plugin can be activated as any other plugin by following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
We removed the insall now button because lots of people installed the mobile theme plugin without knowing what it does. We had to make sure people understood the theme is responsive without the mobile theme and that users read the guide before using the plugin
Thank you!

Hello,

The standard envato license specifies that the theme can only be used on one final end-product at a time so if you want to use the the on 2 separate sites at a time, you will need 2 theme copies: https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard

Thank you!
